Abstract

The leadership of the head of the madrasa is important in managing the madrasa he leads, including the formation of akhlaqul karimah. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive type that portrays the leadership of the madrasa principal in cultivating akhlaqul karimah in MAN Sampang. There are three research focuses with the following findings. First, the form of civilizing akhlaqul karimah students applied at MAN Sampang is carried out every morning some teachers and BK welcome students who come, while students who enter the MAN Sampang environment will shake hands with the waiting teacher and BK teacher, not precede the teacher who walks in front of him not riding a motorcycle when passing in front of the teacher and madrasa lobby, reading prayers before and after KBM. The two leaderships of the madrasa head participated in carrying out existing policies, including being an example in cultivating good morals towards teachers and students. The three supporting factors in cultivating akhlaqul karimah at MAN Sampang are adequate infrastructure, policies from the madrasa principal, the willingness of the students themselves and the attitude of the education staff who directly meet with students will become role models for students at MAN Sampang.

Abstract

The first step that parents take before entering their child into an educational institution is to choose the school of interest. To be able to attract the interest of the community, especially parents and prospective students in educational institutions, the school needs to make efforts to develop schools in order to maintain the image of the school in the community. Principals and teachers play an important role in this effort, especially the principal as a leader who carries out his leadership, namely regulating, managing all the resources of the educational institution he leads. Based on this, research was conducted at SMA Wachid Hasyim regarding the principal's efforts to build a positive image of educational institutions to attract public interest, with two focuses, namely: 1) What is the principal's strategy in building a positive image of educational institutions to attract public interest at SMA Wachid Hasyim Pamekasan; 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for principals in building a positive image of educational institutions to attract public interest in Wachid Hasyim Pamekasan High School.

Abstract

Supervisi atau pengawasan dilaksanakan sebagai usaha dalam memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya sekaligus sebagai antisipasi ketika ada persoalan yang perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan serius. Dalam lembaga pendidikan sepervisi sebagai kontrol utama bagi kepala madrasah dalam memastikan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar menyesuaikan dengan tujuan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian ke MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan tentang implementasi supervisi dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan yang terdiri dari tiga fokus penelitian yaitu: 1) Bagaimana implementasi supervisi dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan; 2) Faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan; 3) Bagaimana dampak atau implikasi supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MA Az-Zubair Tlanakan Pamekasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengasuh dan pengurus dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi pembinaan karakter disiplin santriwati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Qulub Polagan Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembinaan karakter disiplin santriwati yaitu membuat peraturan atau tata tertib kedisiplinan santriwati dan membuat atau menyusun pedoman pelanggaran beserta hukumannya diberikan kepada santriwati yang melanggar. Dalam  pembinaan karakter disiplin santriwati sudah dibentuk struktur dan yang mengendalikan yaitu para pengurus dan pengasuh. Pelaksanaan pembinaan katrakter disiplin santriwati dilakukan dengan pembiasaan dan keteladanan yang baik dari pengasuh dan para pengurus, pemberian motivasi dan nasihat dari pengasuh dan para pengurus kepada santriwati, pemberian keputusan kepada para pelanggar aturan dengan hukuman atau sanksi, evaluasinya dilakukan dengan cara rapat bersama pengurus yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap yaitu setiap minggu sekali.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 membawa kebiasaan baru pada dunia pendidikan baik proses pembelajaran maupun menajerial disekolah. Dari hasil wawancara, pada masa pandemi manajerial sekolah tidak dijalankan secara optimal terutama pada inovasi pembelajaran. Pada siswa, mengalami literasi yang rendah. Dari dua hal tersebut, maka diperlukan penguatan manajemen madrasah dan literasi yang disesuaikan dengan masa pandemic covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan terpisah antara guru dan siswa. Manajerial difokuskan pada guru, sementara literasi difokuskan kepada siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 4 sesi yang dikemas menarik dalam dua hari. Materi untuk guru oleh praktisi pendidikan sementara materi untuk siswa dilakukan oleh trainer literasi dan kepemimpinan. Penguatan manajerial menggunakan tiga metode yakni metode ceramah variasi, metode problem solving dan metode tanya jawab. Pelatihan literasi menggunakan empat alur yan dimulai pra pelatihan, pre tes, penyajian materi, dan post test. Ada beberapa kendala yang dapat diselesaikan secara baik dan membawa dampak positif. Pengabdian ini disambut baik oleh pihak sekolah dan seluruh peserta antusias melakukan serangkaian kegiatan.

Abstract

Supervision is a control function that really needs to be carried out by every institution, especially elementary schools. Because every educator and education staff requires development of the tasks carried out. So that supervision can be a benchmark or evaluation material for teachers and education staff. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method which resulted in the implementation of academic supervisors by elementary school supervisors in the Pademawu District, namely supervisors providing guidance to each elementary school in Pademawu District. The coaching is in the form of academic coaching and behavioral coaching. The inhibiting factors and supporting factors for academic supervisors by elementary school supervisors in the Pademawu sub-district are collaboration between supervisors and all educators and education staff in elementary schools in the Pademawu sub-district. So that this collaboration can create a sense of togetherness that can support the implementation of supervision to the fullest. However, in practice, the Pademawu regional coordinating supervisor only had two people to handle 53 elementary schools. So that this becomes an inhibiting factor for the implementation of elementary school academic supervisors in the Pademawu sub-district.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan sudah menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi semua lembaga pendidikan. Begitu pula pada lembaga pendidikan Islam yang sama-sama saling berproses untuk menjadikan lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki kualitas sebanding dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya, bahkan berusaha untuk mencapai pendidikan yang memiliki mutu atau kualitas tinggi. Untuk mencapai hal itu, diperlukan usaha yang berkesinambungan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam, yaitu dengan menjalankan beberapa teori dan konsep manajemen mutu supaya kualitas pendidikan tetap terjaga dan diakui sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menjalankan proses pendidikan dengan baik serta menghasilkan output yang terbaik. Terutama peran kepala madrasah yang sangat berpengaruh dalam peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan. Adapun beberapa konsep yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dalam tulisan ini ialah teori yang dikemukakan oleh George R. Terry yang berhubungan dengan fungsi manajemen dan lima dasar pengambilan keputusan. Pembahasan ini akan mengkaji tentang beberapa konsep mutu dan keselarasannya dengan lembaga pendidikan Islam ketika menanggapi evokasi pendidikan global.

Abstract

The current quality concern is one that affects an organization's ability to survive. Quality must be prioritized in all areas of the organization, including education, if it is to remain sustainable. As a result, quality assurance is very important and must be implemented in businesses using the Total Quality Management (IQM) framework. qualitative The essence of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) is a method for continuously improving services or goods to achieve customer satisfaction. MMT strategy, making it comprehensive. Technical considerations are only one aspect of quality, the extent to which customer requirements are met is another. MMT also pays attention to non-physical aspects such as corporate culture, leadership style, and followers. Service quality will be improved and given a deeper meaning by the integration of these aspects.

Abstract

In every educational institution there is a context of quality development through RKS / M (School / Madrasah Work Plan). This is very important in developing a quality institution because this school work plan is the strongest milestone in all aspects of education. Because the work plan of this school and madrasah is a way to develop educational strategies that are used as guidelines by educational institutions. The role of the head of the madrasah in the unit of educational institutions as a manager who is able to design targets and achieve these designs as a milestone in implementing RKM. Strategies, including: Conducting good and effective communication with the madrasah which regarding managerial supervision. With regard to madrasah work plans, arranging workshop schedules for madrasah work plans or being a facilitator in planning and carrying out evaluation, monitoring and also observation in preparation.

Abstract

Abstrak Quality is a quality that needs to be developed with a series of concepts and managerial in an effort to achieve the quality goals themselves. Quality management is not only related to something related to facilities, teacher professionalism but also does not escape the level of success and achievements of students. The achievements of these students can be obtained by maximizing the potential that students have. One way to maximize and increase the potential of students can be done by grouping students in the department system based on talents and interests. Where the grouping of students can be found by conducting a series of tests on the development of their potential. After that, it is continued by honing the ability of students who are divided into interest talent classes with good development so as to produce quality human resources and later invite both academic and non-academic achievements which ultimately indirectly improve the quality of the educational institution and invite the desire of parents to send their children to quality educational institutions.
