Abstract

Abstract Culture will continue to develop and change in line with the times, the acceleration of the development of science and technology, as well as the development of human intelligence, It is necessary to have an organizational culture in the performance group, especially qualified individuals to become quality educational institutions. In the introduction we give an understanding of what is meant by organizational culture in an educational environment and give when the emergence of culture and organizations, The term culture can be interpreted as the totality of patterns of behavior, art, beliefs, institutions, and all other products of human work and thought that characterize the conditions of a society or population transmitted together.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang jejak kehidupan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah dan perannya dalam kepeloporan dan ketokohannya, dan dimensi transendensi Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah secara profetik mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter sebagai spirit dan kepribadian para santri. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi partisipan, studi dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, mendeskripsikan kehidupan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah waktu di pondok pesantren. Kedua, mengetahui peran Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah dalam kepeloporannya mendirikan lembaga pendidikan, ketokohannya dalam Ormas dan kearifannya sebagai Mursyid Thoriqah Naqsyabandiyah Ahmadiyah Mudzhariyah. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan dimensi transendensi profetik kepemimpinan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah dalam mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter sebagai spirit dan kepribadian para santri dalam mengelola Pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah adalah ulama’ yang telah menghasilkan karya-karya kitab terkait keagamaan, tasawuf dan kebahasaan. Kedua, peran dan kiprah Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah sebagai tokok Pendidikan Islam, tokoh Ormas Keagamaan NU, serta tokoh sufi dan Mursyid Thoriqah Naqsabandiyah Ahmadiyah Mudzhariyah. Ketiga, prilaku dan kepemimpinan Kiai Abdul Wahid Khudzaifah secara profetik transenden mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter para santri berupa kepribadian yang amanah, sabar, ikhlas dan istiqamah, kesederhanaan dan rendah hati, serta tegas dalam tindakannya.

Abstract

Improving the quality of pesantren educational institutions through public relations management can be done by developing and applying appropriate public relations techniques. Pesantren educational institutions are traditional educational institutions that have their own management but do not deny changes in the current digital era. Public relations has a very important role in the relationship between two parties both from internal and external segments which aims to improve the quality of pesantren educational institutions. So to create a good communication, a good relationship is also needed by making an institution have solid management in the field of public relations. the application of public relations techniques according to Jefrerson and DeRoche theories where the techniques developed are written, oral, demonstration and electronic techniques. Public relations techniques can combine electronic techniques with written, oral or other techniques. This can make it easier for the wider community to get information, ideas or activity reports that can integrate between the institution and the wider community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali tentang manajemen kualitas pendidikan Islam unggul dalam program tahfidz al-Qur'an menggunakan metode Ummi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan fokus pada SD Qur'an Utrujah Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan program tahfidz al-Qur'an dengan penerapan metode Ummi. Metode Ummi merupakan cara belajar Al-Qur'an yang menekankan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam menghafal, dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan terstruktur. Program ini dirancang dengan baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan agama yang mendalam serta menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Strategi manajemen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang dapat digunakan oleh guru adalah strategi POAC (Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, Pengendalian). Dalam penerapannya, guru mengikuti sepuluh pilar Ummi Foundation. Setiap pilar memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan kualitas dan efektivitas program tahfidz, termasuk manajemen yang baik, sertifikasi guru, proses pembelajaran yang tepat, target yang jelas, pembelajaran yang konsisten, alokasi waktu yang memadai, rasio guru dan siswa yang seimbang, pengendalian internal dan eksternal, laporan perkembangan siswa, serta koordinator yang handal.

Abstract

Evaluation is the most important thing in the implementation of training, because it reflects the level of development and progress in the quality of training results. Research methods are steps that have been systematically arranged to achieve the field of science. And the method used in this study is qualitative which is Library Research, which is research that combines library data in the form of books, journals, magazines, historical records and other literature literature. In this case, the researcher collects relevant data and then analyzes the data by reading carefully and writing it with a conclusion Evaluation of training in the ROI (return on investment) model or also known as Return on Training Investment/ROTI) is an evaluation that measures the benefits of training compared to the costs (cost-benefit). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of human resources at Al-Ghafur Vocational High School in Sumenep. The research method used is qualitative through a case study. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of human resources includes the design and development of a curriculum that meets the needs of students, with a primary focus on HR management. The goal is for all school members to have a high spirit to advance the educational institution. Other strategic steps include regular performance monitoring and evaluation, as well as staff training and skills development. The principal also strives to build good relationships with the community through meetings with students' guardians, social activities, and school events. As an educational manager, the principal focuses on improving HR quality through regular planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising. Factors such as effective leadership, a supportive organizational culture, clear policy implementation, technology development, and HR training also play important roles in improving HR quality.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas SDM bisa ditempuh melalui diklat dengan rencana dan strategi yang tepat. Pengembangan organisasi pendidikan Islam ditentukan oleh SDM yang berkualitas, berkompeten, berdaya saing, kreatif dan inovatif. SDM yang dimaksud adalah pelaku pendidikan (kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua) . SDM merupakan faktor penentu terhadap pengembangan dan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi pendidikan Islam. Melalui studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini memfokuskan pada konsep renstra diklat, unsur-unsur renstra dan pentingnya program diklat dalam pengembangan SDM, proses renstra dan posisi kegiatan diklat serta strategi pengembangan organisasi dalam institusi pendidikan Islam, dan rencana strategi diklat pengembangan SDM dalam organisasi pendidikan Islam di era digital pada masa pandemi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat bahwa di era digital ini diperlukan SDM yang mumpuni dalam menguasai literasi baru seperti: literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia yang semua itu bisa diraih melalui diklat dengan renstra yang mantap agar output SDM yang dihasilkan mampu menyelaraskan dengan perkembangan zaman di era digital.

Abstract

The agent of change in the field of education is a teacher who needs a skill and also extensive knowledge to transfer knowledge to students in an effort to improve competence including teachers of Islamic religious education. So it is very important to hone competence and something that becomes new with the development of the times towards teacher competence more – more for Islamic Religious Education teachers. The purpose of designing this training model is to produce a valid training model to improve the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers so that the author can describe various kinds of training design models for the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers at the primary, middle and upper levels. The results of the discussion include the concept of designing education and training programs, Design Stages Through Training Models and training design models in improving the competence of PAI teachers such as the IDI, Dick & Carey, Kemp and goad models. The application of the Dick & Carey model in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes significant stages in a training program design.

Abstract

The era of society 5.0, a technology-based era that makes humans part of it, means that internet access is no longer used only to share news or information, but, it has gone hand in hand with human life. Method with qualitative approach through type of library research. Continuing to data collection techniques using text reading techniques, classification and analysis in the form of content analysis. The results of efforts to improve the professional of PAI teachers in the 5.0 era through heutagogy approaches and Internet of Things (IoT) methods. As for the context of PAI teachers and the era of Society 5.0, heutagogy is important for several reasons: Deep understanding and personalization of learning, dealing with information complexity, increasing critical and creative thinking skills, student independence, technology-based skill development, alignment with Islamic values and ethics, development of lifelong learning attitudes and contextual and multicultural understanding. Meanwhile, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) Method in training for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the era of Society 5.0: Interactive learning, monitoring the learning process, adapting learning materials, accessing learning materials remotely, monitoring student welfare, virtual collaboration, utilizing smart devices, data analysis for improvement and IoT-based professional training. Thus, the application of heutagogy approaches and IoT methods in training for PAI teachers can help to adapt to the demands of the Society 5.0 era, utilize technology effectively, and improve the quality of learning and professionalism and offer various opportunities to improve learning and teaching.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation, results, and supporting and inhibiting factors of digitalization-based learning quality improvement management implemented at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Putri. This research was conducted using a qualitative model with a variety of case study approaches. The results of this research show that the implementation of management to improve the quality of digitalization-based learning at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Putri was carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the management of improving the quality of digitalization-based learning are very visible, it is easier for teachers to convey learning, and female students can easily understand lessons related to visualization. Supporting factors in improving the quality of digitalization-based learning include developments in digitalization and the demands of the times, the availability of digital technology, and full support from the boarding school leadership, as well as the enthusiasm of the teacher council in improving the quality of learning. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that the cost of providing digital facilities is very expensive, and teachers' digital literacy abilities are uneven.
