Abstract

This study examines the impact of government regulation on financial accountability and risk management in public sector institutions, addressing the need for a more integrated understanding of governance mechanisms. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, using primary data collected from 200 respondents in strategic financial roles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability and validity testing, multiple regression, and mediation analysis. The results show that government regulation has a strong and significant positive effect on financial accountability, enhancing transparency, internal control systems, and audit responsiveness. Government regulation also positively affects risk management, although the effect is weaker, indicating that risk practices remain largely compliance-oriented. Furthermore, financial accountability significantly influences risk management and partially mediates the relationship between government regulation and risk management. These findings highlight the interconnected nature of regulation, accountability, and risk governance. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on integrated governance mechanisms in the public sector and suggests that improving accountability systems and institutional capacity is essential for strengthening effective risk management beyond formal regulatory compliance.

Abstract

In general, there are still PAI teachers who only use the lecture method (conventionally) in their learning. This causes students to feel bored quickly during the learning process. However, this conventional lecture method can be varied with other methods to become a plus lecture method. The lecture plus method is a teaching method that uses more than one method, namely the lecture method combined with other methods. The purpose of implementing the plus lecture method is to fix various specific weaknesses of using the conventional lecture method. Thus, this article aims to provide an overview of the application of the plus lecture method at NU Kajen Middle School as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. The article is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it is clear that in general the plus lecture method at NU Kajen Middle School is carried out in three stages, the first is delivering the material, the second and third stages are adjusting the plus lecture method that you want to use. The lecture plus method that is often used is the Lecture Plus Question and Answer and Assignment method. In its application, the lecture plus method has supporting factors, including having sufficient references, having adequate infrastructure, good teaching techniques, religion-based schools and teacher professionalism. Abstract

Matan jazariy merupakan kitab yang berisi uraian-uraian ilmu tajwid yang ditulis dengan pegon berharakat sehingga menarik untuk dipelajari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII A Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Hasanah setelah diterapkan Matan jazariy dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an Hadis. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan model one group pre test dan post test. dengan tujuan untuk mengtahui adanya pengaruh peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan Matan Jazariy. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian, instrumen penelitian observasi, tes dan catatan dokumentasi. Kemudian dengan menggunakan tahapan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Matan Jazariy dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an Hadis memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII A Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Hasanah. Hal ini tampak pada uji t menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 17,753, sedangkan nilai t tabel pada df 26 sebesar 2,4786 yang berarti nilai t hitung > dari nilai t tabel. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya penerapan Matan Jazariy memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan presentase pretest yaitu 0,115% dengan frekuensi 3 peserta didik , rendah 0,846% dengan frekuensi 22 peserta didik, sedang 0,038% dengan frekuensi 1 peserta didik, tinggi 0,00% dengan frekuensi 0 peserta didik dan sangat tinggi 0,00% dengan frekuensi 0 peserta didik dan presentase posttest yaitu 0,076% dengan frekuensi 2 peserta didik, tinggi 0,153% dengan frekuensi 4 peserta didik, sedang 0,73% dengan frekuensi 19 peserta didik, rendah 0,038% dengan frekuensi 1 peserta didik dan sangat rendah 0,00% dengan frekuensi 0 peserta didik.

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a serious mental health problem that requires full attention. One ofhe symptoms of schizophrenia is chronic low self-esteem.Chronic low self-esteem is an aspect that is often associated with mental disorders and the psychological well-being of patients with mental disorders. One of the psychological therapies for patients with low self-esteem can be done with Al-Quran reading therapy, including psychoreligious therapy that can help patients to increase self-esteem, optimism, improve the process of adaptation to others and is able to prevent and cure mental disorders. The study aims to apply the therapeutic intervention of reading the Qur'an in psychiatric nursing care for patients with low self-esteem by helping patients to increase their self-esteem.. Methods: The design of this study is a case report, therapeutic interventions were carried out on 2 participants during six meetings of Al-Quran reading therapy which took place on April 21 - May 10, 2025. Analysis of the nursing process includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, nursing evaluation compared to the results of other people's research and theory. Results: nursing care that had been given to the two patients, Mr. H and Mr. A, showed a positive impact in increasing the patients' self-esteem based on Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) namely in patient H from a score of 10 to 18 and patient A's score increased to 16 from a score of 9. Conclusion: an illustration in implementing general therapy for low self-esteem supplemented with Qur'an reading therapy in all patients who experience low self-esteem.
