Abstract

This study determined the development of modules as teaching materials for Anti Narcotics learning, to find out the quality of modules in learning Anti Narcotics in terms of content eligibility, language feasibility, presentation, and images, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the use of teaching materials in the form of modules learning in Anti Narcotics. This study uses the Dick and Carey development model. The module feasibility test is carried out by means of product feasibility testing by reviewing trial design and review design and then given an observation sheet (walkthrough sheet) covering the suitability of content, media, and language by media experts, material experts, and linguists. The subjects of the trial were students of SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan through three stages: individual trials taken by 3 random students, small group trials consisting of 10 students, and field trials consisting of 28 students. The results of research and development of Anti Narcotics module produles namely the quality of the modules developed are valid according to material experts, media experts, and linguists. The Anti Narcotics Module is feasible and effective to be used by students during field trials and is able to assist students in learning drug material. This research is expected to be used as a reference for developing modules on other materials.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of leadership of headmaster and facilities toward job satisfaction to the Public Elementary School of Tanjung Raja. This study was kuantitatif method. The population was all the teacher of State Elementary School of Tanjung Raja. Sample taken by cluster sampling method was 86 teachers. The data collected by documentation, questionaire and observation. The data were analyzed by using regresi with SPSS programme. This study showed there was any influance leadership of headmaster toward job satisfaction to the state Elementary School of Tanjung Raja. There was any influence of facilities toward job satisfaction to the state Elementary School of Tanjung Raja and The conclusion there was any influence of leadership of headmaster and facilities toward job satisfaction to the state Elementary School of Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

This study determined 1) the quality of teaching teachers in SD Negeri 18 Tanjung Raja; and 2) how much is the contribution of the quality of teaching teachers in an effort to improve the status of school accreditation. The sample in this study were 11 teachers. Data collection techniques were 1) interviews, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. Data analysis techniques were 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) data verification. The results of this study indicate that the quality of teaching teachers at SD Negeri 18 Tanjung Raja is in the good category and the quality of teachers who teach contributes to improve the accreditation status of schools at SD Negeri 18 Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

This study determined the management of the SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara library. Sources of data in this study were principals, teachers, librarians and students in SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara. Data collection techniques observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis techniques 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) data verification. The results showed that the four management components carried out by the SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara Library Manager well. It is known 1) the management of the SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara Library good; 2) the management of the SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara Library in terms of organization good; 3) SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara Library Management in terms of deployment very good; 4) SD Negeri 10 Indralaya Utara Library Management in terms of supervision very good.

Abstract

From the results of the research, it was found that many factors affect the professional competence of a teacher. Two of the most dominant factors influencing professional competence are "work habits and discipline." This study aims to examine the influence of these two variables on the professional competence of teaching teachers after participating in PPG DALJAB. Data-based correlational method obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and observations. Data was collected from the population of secondary school teachers in South Sumatra which amounted to 29,950, while a random sample was taken from 150 teachers who had completed the PPG DALJAB. The results of the study succeeded in proving that the work habits and discipline of secondary school teachers after participating in PPG DALJAB had a positive and significant effect on teaching professional competence, both partially and simultaneously. However, there was no significant difference in the professional competence of teaching teachers after attending PPG DALJAB with the previous one.

Abstract

This study examined 1) the influence of democratic leadership headmaster toward learning quality, 2) the influence of teacher’s competence toward learning quality, 3) the influence of class management toward learning quality, and 4) the influence of democratic leadership of headmaster, teacher’s competence, and class management toward learning quality of SMP Negeri in Indralaya Selatan. This research used quantitative methods. Data collected through questionnaire, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPSS version 16 for windows. The results concluded that there is significant influence of democratic leadership of headmaster, teacher’s competence, and class management toward learning quality of SMP Negeri in Indralaya Selatan.

Abstract

This study determined the influence of school-based management and teacher professionalism both partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers of State Junior High Schools in Prabumulih Timur, Indonesia. The sample of this study were 135 civil servant teachers. Research data collection techniques 1) questionnaire; 2) documentation; and 3) observation. The research data analysis technique used the SPSS for Windows 21. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence of school-based management on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the District of Prabumulih Timur, Prabumulih City; 2) there is a significant influence of teacher professionalism on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri in the District of Prabumulih Timur, Prabumulih City; 3) there is a significant influence of school-based management and teacher professionalism together on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri in Prabumulih Timur, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study evaluated the integrative holistic early childhood education at Ananda Palembang Kindergarten. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP Model. The data analysis technique used was qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that 1) context evaluation states that there is no strong legal foundation in the integrative holistic early childhood development program in Ananda Palembang Kindergarten; 2) input evaluation states that Ananda Palembang Kindergarten has been running existing services in holistic integrative early childhood education by having adequate resources; 3) process evaluation states that Ananda Palembang Kindergarten in education, health and nutrition, nursing, care services, protection services and welfare services has been implemented in this institution; 4) product evaluation states that Ananda Kindergarten has been proven by being accredited A in 2018. This paper contributes to other Kindergarten in Indonesia where they will have good accreditation could see Ananda Palembang Kindergarten.

Abstract

The world of education continues to be demanded to be able to produce human resources in accordance with the needs of the community and employment in line with the development of technology and culture of the community. This study examines 1) is there an influence of professional competence on teacher performance; 2) is there any influence of pedagogical competence on teacher performance; and 3) is there an influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence together on teacher performance. The results of the study prove both partially and simultaneously there is an influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence on teacher performance. This research contributes to the teacher because the teacher is a very dominant and strategic element in the process of knowledge transfer. Teaching skills are a hallmark of the teaching profession. Achievement of learning goals and success in overcoming learning problems much depends on the ability or competence of teachers.

Abstract

This study identified the principal's strategy in developing teacher’s professional competence. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects were the principal and teachers of SD Negeri 1 Kota Prabumulih. The results showed that: (1) in order to improve and develop the professional competence of teachers in SD Negeri 1 Kota Prabumulih, the head seems to implement and implement a strategy in the form of "Supervision"; (2) teacher competence at SD Negeri 1 Kota Prabumulih is quite good. because teachers have been trained to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students, and (3) obstacles faced by school principals in improving the professional competence of SD Negeri 1 Prabumulih City teachers, namely: teachers have a solid job in teaching in the classroom so that the teacher does not pay attention to the supervision carried out by the principal, sometimes less and unscheduled implementation time is caused by the principal's busyness in attending official events and meetings outside of school, and some teachers are still there who are late or do not comply with the stipulations on the right time in making the Lesson Plan.
