Abstract

School counselors play an important role in monitoring and recording student behavior. Accurate implementation is necessary to document such behavior effectively. This research aims to develop a student behavior recording application called a knowledge management-based behavior recording application. The recorded data is then published and can be accessed by parents (sharing knowledge). The research method used is research and development which consists of the following stages: literature review, needs analysis, product development, and product testing. Validation tests conducted by subject matter experts, IT specialists, and managers showed average scores of 96%, 88.4%, and 94%, respectively, which fall within the “excellent” criteria. These results indicate that the behavior recording application is worthy of further development. The results of teacher evaluations regarding usability, increasing knowledge, and benefits of implementation show that 44% strongly agree, 52% agree, and 4% disagree. Parents' evaluations regarding usability, accuracy of recording, and transparency of access to information showed that 48% strongly agreed, 50% agreed, and 2% disagreed. Findings indicate that the app can document student behavior accurately and is suitable for decision-making purposes by schools and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate strategies and methods to enhance teachers' innovative behavior through a structural equation modeling analysis of the causal relationships between teachers' innovative behavior and organizational culture, ICT literacy, self-efficacy, and work motivation, as input and recommendations in the field of education. This quantitative research employed path analysis using Smart-PLS, followed by SITOREM analysis. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using F-test, t-test, and multicollinearity test. The sample in this study consisted of 153 English teachers in vocational high schools in Depok City, West Java Province. The results showed that innovative behavior was influenced by organizational culture and ICT literacy, but not by self-efficacy and work motivation. Meanwhile, work motivation was influenced by organizational culture and self-efficacy, but not by ICT literacy. It is important for teachers to have high self-efficacy and good ICT literacy skills, work in an environment with a supportive organizational culture, and have high work motivation. Improving teachers' innovative behavior is an ongoing process that requires commitment and effort from various parties. Therefore, appropriate strategies and methods in the implementation of learning are expected to create a conducive learning and teaching environment so that teachers can be more innovative and effective, and also contribute to improving the quality of learning

Abstract

Teacher work productivity can affect the progress of the quality of learning in schools. From the initial survey, it is seen that the work productivity of teachers, especially private junior high school teachers, has not been as expected, meaning "das sein" has not been like "das sollen". Therefore, the teacher's work productivity is interesting to be studied. The research aims to find an effort to increase teacher work productivity by examining the relationship between other variables with teacher work productivity. The other variables are commitment to the profession and supervision of the principal. This research was conducted using the correlational statistical method to find out whether commitment to the profession and supervision of the principal has a positive relationship with teacher work productivity. Based on these results, an analysis was then performed using the Sitorem Method to establish recommendations and find a priority order for improvement of the indicators of the research variables needed. The study was conducted on private junior high school teachers in Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency with a population of 134 teachers, with a proportional random sample of 100 teachers. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between commitment to the profession with teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.512, there was a positive relationship between the supervision of principals with teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.464, and there was a positive relationship between commitment to the profession and supervision of principals as together with teacher work productivity with a correlation coefficient of 0.676. This shows that teacher work productivity can be increased through strengthening commitment to the profession and supervision of the principal. The results of Sitorem's analysis show that strengthening commitment to the profession and supervision of school principals can be done by improving indicators that are still weak and maintaining good indicators. Indicators that are still weak and require improvement in the order of priority handling are as follows: 1. Professional development efforts, 2. Services to students, 3. Guidelines for student success, 4. Responsibility, 5. Love of the profession, 6. Provision of feedback from results supervision, 7. follow up supervision, 8. Continuity of supervision, 9. Provision of assistance and guidance, 10. Interaction in supervision, 11. Speed of completing work, 12. Personal development, 13. Positive contribution to the environment, 14. Targets to be achieved , and 15. Relationships with fellow teachers. Whereas the 3 indicators that are in good condition and remain to be maintained are: 1. Obedience to the rules, 2. Quality of work, and 3. Compliance with work

Abstract

The research aims to produce strategies and ways to improve lecturers' creativity through efforts to identify the magnitude of the direct and indirect influence of Transformational Leadership, Empowerment, Effectiveness and Utilization of ICT, and Work Motivation. This study uses a survey method and path analysis techniques, which are then subjected to SITOREM analysis. The population in the study amounted to 269 people, and a sample was taken randomly of 215 lecturers using the Taro Yamane formula. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of Transformational Leadership (by1 = 0.184), EmpowermentEmpowerment (by2 = 0.163), Effectiveness and Utilization of ICT (by3 = 0.275), and Work Motivation (by4 = 0.148) on Lecturer Creativity. SITOREM analysis proves that increasing creativity is done by improving weak indicators, namely the courage to take risks and work on complex things, developing or maintaining indicators of developing something new and different, providing problem-solving, and openness to new ideas. Transformational leadership is done by improving weak indicators, namely encouraging novelty, having charisma, having consideration, and providing inspiration. The implications of this research suggest that higher education institutions in Indonesia should prioritize the development of transformational leadership styles, empower faculty members, and invest in ICT tools to enhance work motivation, ultimately fostering a creative and innovative academic environment.

Abstract

The limited interactivity of conventional printed modules often impedes the development of students’ critical and analytical thinking skills. This study aimed to design and validate an interactive digital module using the Anyflip platform for the topic “My Indonesia is Rich in Culture”, targeted at fourth-grade elementary students. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) method based on the ADDIE model—comprising Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—this study involved 25 students from SDN Pabuaran 02, Bogor Regency. The module underwent expert validation and was tested through a pre-test and post-test design. The expert validation yielded an average score of 96.5%, indicating high feasibility and validity. Student responses demonstrated an 80.6% satisfaction rate, and the N-Gain score was 0.60, reflecting a moderate improvement in learning outcomes. These findings indicate that the Anyflip-assisted digital module is a viable and effective tool for enhancing student engagement, motivation, and cultural understanding in elementary education settings.
