Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job insecurity and career development on employee loyalty at Informa PTC Palembang. The research employs a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, where all 95 employees in the population were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tests, including partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that job insecurity and career development significantly influence employee loyalty both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 27.9% of the variation in employee loyalty is explained by these variables, while the remaining 72.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The findings suggest that the company should focus on managing job insecurity and strengthening career development programs to enhance employee loyalty Keywords : Job Insecurity, Career Development, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: Burai Village in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, has significant potential in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, particularly in the creative industry, culinary arts, and handicrafts. However, MSMEs in this village face various challenges, especially in financial management, such as unstructured bookkeeping, low financial literacy, and limited access to formal capital. This community service program aims to enhance MSME actors’ understanding of the importance of sound financial management and the use of technology in managing their finances. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation (survey and material development), implementation (socialization and training), and evaluation to ensure participants' understanding and application of financial management practices. The training results showed a significant improvement in MSME actors' knowledge of financial recording, separation of personal and business finances, and the use of digital tools such as Sepran accounting apps and e-wallets. MSME actors also began preparing more structured financial reports to facilitate access to funding. This program successfully improved the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in Burai Village.Keywords: financial management; UMKM; digital technology Abstrak: Desa Burai di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kreatif, kuliner, dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, UMKM di desa ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti pencatatan yang tidak terstruktur, rendahnya literasi keuangan, serta kesulitan dalam mengakses permodalan formal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan yang baik dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan (survey dan penyusunan materi), pelaksanaan (sosialisasi dan pelatihan), serta evaluasi  untuk memastikan pemahaman dan implementasi pengelolaan keuangan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pencatatan keuangan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi akuntansi sepran dan e-wallet. Pelaku UMKM juga mulai mempersiapkan laporan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur untuk mempermudah akses modal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM di Desa Burai.Kata kunci: manajemen keuangan; UMKM; teknologi digital

Abstract

Work discipline is an important factor that reflects the level of employee compliance with the regulations and standards set by the company. Meanwhile, a clear and detailed job description helps employees understand their duties and responsibilities, thereby increasing work efficiency and effectiveness. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. Oasis Water Internasional Banyuasin South Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using linear regression techniques to determine the extent to which work discipline and job descriptions affect employee performance. The results of the study showed that both work discipline and job descriptions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Thus, companies need to pay attention to and strengthen these two aspects to improve employee productivity and work quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether compensation and social support have an effect on employee turnover intention at SMP Meitreyawira Palembang. The type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were 75 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests consisting of t tests, f tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely compensation and social support, on the dependent variable, namely turnover intention, this was indicated by the t-count value of compensation of -3.347> t-table value of 1.993 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of social support of -3.823> 1.993 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the hypothesis proposed in this study is that the compensation variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The social support variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The magnitude of the influence of the compensation and social support variables is 57.2% on turnover intention. While the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other variables such as work stress and workload which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and emotional resonance on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk Banyuasin. With a quantitative approach, this research involved 75 respondents consisting of employees in various divisions. The independent variables studied include transformational leadership style and emotional resonance, while the dependent variable is OCB behavior. The research results show that the transformational leadership style partially has no significant effect on OCB, with a t value of 1.306 which is smaller than the t-table of 1.993 (p = 0.196 > 0.05). On the other hand, partial emotional resonance has a significant influence on OCB with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously, these two independent variables have a significant effect on OCB with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Regression analysis shows that emotional resonance has a more dominant influence on increasing OCB compared to transformational leadership style, with a regression coefficient of 0.238 and a significance of 0.002 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.157 indicates that transformational leadership style and emotional resonance together explain 15.7% of the variation in OCB, while the other 84.3% is influenced by other factors. Thus, this research confirms that emotional resonance plays a more dominant influence in increasing employee OCB compared to transformational leadership style.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh brand image, online customer review, dan social media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise Plave melalui group order di platform X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 500 anggota dan sampel yang digunakan yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 83 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan group order babystar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis t dan F, dan uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi. Hasil analisis uji t penelitian ini yaitu brand image dan social media marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan online customer review memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menunjukan brand image, online customer review, dan social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise Plave melalui group order di platform X.

Abstract

The United Nations (UN) has set 17 goals to protect the earth, considering that natural assets are increasingly depleted along with the increase in the world's population. Responding to the UN's call regarding this global issue, Reliable Consumption and Production can influence consumers' desire to consume. This indicates that the factors of Conditional value, emotional value, curiosity value, and Green Personality on Green purchase Considerations of Generation Z consumers in Palembang City. The research strategy used in this study is a descriptive Quantitative Strategy using the SmartPLS version 3 program, the population of this study is generation Z aged 17-27 years with data collection using an online survey. The sample tested was 105 respondents. The results of this study illustrate that the factors of Conditional value, Epistemic Value, green self-identity have a significant influence on Green purchase Intention but emotional value does not have a major impact on the Green purchase Intention of Generation Z consumers in Palembang City. Based on the results of the considerations, it was found that increasing consumer awareness of products in the environment as a whole affects green buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Product, Price, dan Physical Evidence terhadap Brand Trust Wardah Cosmetic yang berfokus kepada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi pada Universitas Indo Gobal Mandiri Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi terdiri dari mahasiswa ekonomi dengan angkatan tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2024 sebanyak 746 responden. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 260 responden, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Pengujian data pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, reabilitas, serta menggunakan juga uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 27. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Price berpengaruh paling besar terhadap Brand Trust, sedangakan variabel Physical Evidence berpengaruh sedang terhadap Brand Trust dan variabel Product berpengaruh kecil terhadap Brand Trust. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Product, Price, dan Physical Evidence masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Trust Wardah Skincare dikalangan Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Koperasi karyawan merupakan wadah ekonomi yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota, namun kerap menghadapi persoalan transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta tingginya risiko kredit macet. Melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) di Desa Sembawa Mulia, dilakukan pendampingan penyusunan dan perbaikan dokumen hukum Koperasi Karyawan SMK PP Sembawa sebagai upaya penguatan tata kelola kelembagaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan pengurus dan anggota, analisis dokumen, serta lokakarya bersama untuk menyusun revisi dokumen hukum sesuai dengan prinsip koperasi dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa dokumen hukum koperasi, seperti Anggaran Dasar/Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART), aturan pinjaman, dan perjanjian kredit, masih lemah dalam aspek pengaturan hak dan kewajiban anggota, prosedur pinjaman, serta mekanisme pengawasan. Melalui pendampingan ini, disusun dokumen hukum baru yang lebih jelas, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta memuat ketentuan sanksi yang tegas terhadap keterlambatan pembayaran. Perbaikan dokumen hukum terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman anggota terhadap aturan koperasi, memperkuat transparansi laporan keuangan, dan membantu menekan potensi kredit macet. Dengan demikian, kegiatan KKNT ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan tata kelola koperasi menuju lembaga yang sehat, transparan, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan identitas visual dan daya saing UMKM Keripik Tempe “Feby” di Desa Sembawa Mulia Kecamatan Banyuasin, melalui pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI). Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, diskusi kebutuhan branding, pendampingan, serta pelatihan pembuatan logo, banner, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI mampu menghasilkan logo dan banner yang profesional, efisien, dan sesuai karakter produk. Identitas visual yang lebih baik membuat produk lebih mudah dikenali konsumen sekaligus meningkatkan kepercayaan terhadap merek. Pelatihan digital marketing juga berhasil memperluas wawasan pemilik usaha dalam penggunaan media sosial dan marketplace sebagai sarana promosi. Kendati demikian, keterbatasan literasi digital masih menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, kombinasi branding berbasis AI dan strategi pemasaran digital terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat posisi UMKM di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.
