Abstract

Work discipline is an important factor that reflects the level of employee compliance with the regulations and standards set by the company. Meanwhile, a clear and detailed job description helps employees understand their duties and responsibilities, thereby increasing work efficiency and effectiveness. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. Oasis Water Internasional Banyuasin South Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using linear regression techniques to determine the extent to which work discipline and job descriptions affect employee performance. The results of the study showed that both work discipline and job descriptions have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Thus, companies need to pay attention to and strengthen these two aspects to improve employee productivity and work quality.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of work from home on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Palembang City. Data of 27 respondents were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the simple linear regression method. The result unveils that work from home has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. In theory, this study enriches the literature on teacher performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. In practical terms, the finding in this study may be deployed as a basis for the government and policy makers to improve the performance of primary teachers in Indonesia during the pandemic. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh work from home terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kota Palembang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 27 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dengan spss antara work from home (X) terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y) didapatkan angka t hitung sebesar 2,223 dengan nilai signifikansi (0,05/2= 0,025), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa work from home secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru. Karena t hitung> t table (2,223>2,05954) maka Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan signifikansi, jika signifikansi <0,05 maka Ha diterima, dan jika signifikansi >0,05 maka Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Karena signifikansi pada hasil uji t kurang dari 0,05 (0,036 < 0,05) maka Ha diterima da Ho ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work culture on the performance of teachers at SD IT An-Nuriyah Sekayu. This study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires to all members of 25 respondents. The research method applied in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results indicates that work culture (X) had a significant positive effect on performance (Y). Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of job placement on employee performance at the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach research method with a sample of 37 employees at the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work placement does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job placement perceived by the employees of the Megang Sakti District Office, Musi Rawas Regency is considered high. The magnitude of the effect of work placement on the performance of the Megang Sakti District Office employees, Musi Rawas Regency is 4.8%. This shows that work placement has a low influence on employee performance. This research is expected to be an additional consideration to improve employee performance

Abstract

Community needs are increasing along with the times and technology. Society has started to think about the need for appearance, beauty and so on. The phenomenon that exists is that most people think women look beautiful if their appearance is maintained and their faces are clean. The purchase decision begins with the presence of influencing factors such as high promotion rates, good product quality, and appropriate prices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion, product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Beauty Clinic Palembang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative to see the factors that are tied to consumer purchasing decisions with a direct survey research design by giving a questionnaire. The population of this research is 710 consumers. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 256 respondents as a sample. The results showed that promotion, product quality and price had a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (prob = 0.000 <0.05). Promotion has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (prob=0.000 <0.05). Product quality has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (prob=0.000 <0.05). Price has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions (prob=0.000 <0.05). The conclusion of this study states that product quality has the highest effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purchasing decision is the result of the interaction between consumers' needs, motivations, perceptions, and attitudes towards products or services offered by marketers. Consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by their attitudes and subjective norms towards the products or services offered. This research aims to examine the influence of viral marketing and fear of missing out on purchasing decisions. The research is of a quantitative descriptive type, and data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. A total of 100 respondents were successfully gathered by distributing questionnaires to Mixue product consumers in Palembang, Indonesia, using a combination of accidental sampling and homogeneous sampling techniques. The analysis technique used was a quantitative method based on the questionnaire distribution results. The analysis results show that, partially, viral marketing and fear of missing out each have a positive and significant impact on increasing purchasing decisions. Furthermore, simultaneously, viral marketing and fear of missing out variables together have a positive influence on increasing purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan Pengalaman Finansial Generasi Milenial terhadap penggunaan PayLater di E-Commerce. 2) Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa KSPM (Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal) di 7 Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Palembang. 3) Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian melalui Google Form. Jumlah populasi 180 dengan sampel 150 responden. 4) Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan PayLater di E-Commerce. 5) Sedangkan Financial Experience tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan PayLater di E-Commerce. 6) Kemudian hasil analisis uji F (simultan) menunjukkan literasi keuangan dan pengalaman keuangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan PayLater pada E-Commerce di 7 perguruan tinggi Kota Palembang. 7) Bahwa perkembangan era digital memberikan pengalaman finansial bagi mahasiswa untuk mengenal penggunaan Financial Technology yang hadir dalam memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses dan bertransaksi produk keuangan serta meningkatkan literasi keuangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Cash Value Added (CVA), Economic Value Added (EVA), dan Market Value Added (MVA) terhadap Return Saham Saat dan Sesudah Pandemi Covid-19 pada Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman pada periode triwulan I 2020 triwulan IV 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria Perusahaan yang memiliki kelengkapan data laporan keuangan selama periode triwulan I 2020- triwulan IV 2022. Hasil dari penelitian secara parsial (uji T) menyatakan bahwa CVA dan MVA berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham saat dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. Sedangkan EVA tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham saat dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian secara simultan (uji F) menyatakan bahwa CVA, EVA, dan MVA secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil dari uji beda menyatakan bahwa CVA, EVA, MVA dan Return Saham terdapat perbedaan antara saat dan sesudah pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan platform digital dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengabdian dosen Universitas Indo global Mandiri kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Muara Enim untuk membantu UMKM Kerupuk Kemplang Desa Lembak dalam mengembangkan jaringan, memperluas pemasaran, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pembuatan akun media penjualan marketplace. Adanya perbedaan usia, latar belakang Pendidikan, hingga minimnya figure ahli menjadi kendala dalam penggunaan teknologi di Desa Lembak. Melalui kegiatan ini dilakukan pemaparan materi terkait perkembangan dunia perdagangan saat ini, penerapan e-Commerce yang semakin meningkat terutama sejak Pandemi Covid 19 melanda seluruh dunia, pelatihan penggunaan platform digital berupa pembuatan akun Shopee dan Tokopedia hingga pendampingan penggunaan akun tersebut sebagai penjual, mulai dari proses sign in hingga proses retur barang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh respon positif dari kegiatan ini sehingga diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat dilakukan secara berkala

Abstract

In an era of rapid technological advancement, the food and beverage sector faces increasingly intense competition, requiring companies to adopt effective methods to attract consumer interest. This study aims to examine the impact of Customer Experience, Product Quality, and Price on the Purchase Decision of Mixue Ice Cream in Palembang, specifically targeting students from the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. The research population consisted of 409 Management students from the 2021–2023 cohorts, with a sample size of 202 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and a simple random sampling method. This study employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing data collected through surveys and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The evaluation included tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumption evaluations, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The findings indicate that both partially and simultaneously, Customer Experience, Product Quality, and Price have a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision of Mixue Ice Cream. These results suggest that highly satisfying customer experiences, superior product quality, and competitive pricing are critical determinants of consumer purchasing decisions; thus, marketing strategies that emphasize these three elements can enhance a company's competitiveness in an increasingly tight market.
