Abstract

AbstractThe existence of human resources is an important aspect in the organization, because it will determine the effectiveness of the organization. Increasing an individual's ability has the potential to improve group performance and improving the performance of all employees will improve organizational performance which will contribute to accelerating achievements and goals set by the organization. This research is an analytical survey research that aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation, ability, commitment, environment simultaneously or partially on employee performance (Case Study on Employees of PT. PLN Transmission Service Unit Substation (ULTG) Malang). The population in the study were employees of PT PLN Malang Substation Transmission Service Unit (ULTG) amounted to 37 people with saturated sampling technique or total sampling The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, F test and T test. The results of this study prove statistically that motivation, ability, commitment, environment simultaneously or partially affect employe performance (Case Study on Employees of PT PLN Transmission Service Unit Substation (ULTG) Malang). Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research was conducted at UD. Lestari Eco the village of Sembung Tulungagung. The purpose of this study was to knowing and analyze the effect of Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions Rambak Lestari Eco Crackers the village of Sembung Tulungagung.The variables used are Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Promotion as independent variables, while the Purchasing Decisions variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 100 cunsumers at Lestari Eco Tulungagung uses the purposive sampling method. Data collection methods by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for Windows software.The results showed that the variable Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand Trust and Promotion had a simultaneous significant effect on the Purchasing Decision. While partially only Brand Trust and Promotion variables did not have a significant effect. Keywords : Price, Product Quality, Distribution Channels, Brand Image, Brand      Trust, Promotion and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location towards customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening variabel. This research used quantitative methods by collecting the data through questionnaires. The populations in this study were Kedai Singgah coffee shop customers which located at Bendungan Sutami Road, Sumbersari, Lowokwaru, Malang. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The sample were 93 respondents with a questionnaire collection technique. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis techniques, tracking analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis tested service quality; product quality, price and location which directly affect customers’ satisfaction based on the results of the tests that have been carried out that service quality, product quality, price and location affect customers’ satisfaction. The second hypothesis examines the relationship of service quality, product quality, price and location directly affect customers’ loyalty. The third hypothesis examines the relationship of customer satisfaction directly affecting customers’ loyalty. The fourth hypothesis examines the relationship of service quality, product quality, price and location indirectly affect customers’ loyalty through customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of prices, advertisements and sales promotions simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest in Lazada E-Commerce. The method used is purposive sampling technique which is the technique of determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria. The analytical technique used is quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and also through f test and  t test using the SPSS program.Based on the results of data analysis simultaneously shows that the influence of price variables, advertising and sales promotion has a significant influence on consumer buying interest in Lazada E-Commerce. While partially the price and advertising variables have no significant effect on consumer buying interest. And for sales promotion variables have a significant influence on buying interest in Lazada E-Commerce. Keywords: Price, advertising, sales promotion, buying interest

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find out the influence of product quality, service quality, and price to the purchasing decision at BSM (Bandung Super Model) Jl. Sengkaling Malang. The Population is all customers who have ever visited the BSM (Bandung Super Model) Jl. Sengkaling Malang. The sample collection technique has been done by using accidental sampling based on the accidental which means all customers who have ever purchased the products of BSM, and 89 respondents have been selected as samples. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the test show that product quality, service quality, and price variables which have positive and significant influence to the customer decision. Based on the partial determination coefficient value, it shows that product quality becomes the variable which has dominant influence to the customer decision. It means that when the product quality is getting better, it will have influence to the increase of the customer decision at BSM (Bandung Super Model) Jl. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and quality of information systems on customer satisfaction of Gojek. The population in this study were the Gojek customers in the Tlogomas RW 6, RT 1 and RT 2 Malang. The sample used is some Tlogomas residents with the respondents being Gojek customers. The technique used in sampling is a technique using the Slovin formula, the sample selected is 41 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used were simultaneous hypothesis testing (f), determination coefficient (R2), and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that the independent variable simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R value is 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the partial test results, three variables have an influence on customer satisfaction, service quality (sig = 0.045), price (sig = 0.005) and information system quality (sig = 0.030) have an effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: service quality, price, information system quality and customer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT The coffee shop business in Indonesia is currently growing, this can be seen from the significant increase in the number of coffee shops in Indonesia in the last three years. Even though the coffee consumption of the Indonesian people is low, the majority are coffee lovers and most coffee lovers are not only men but women also like it. Quoted in (beritasatu.com) The coffee trend in 2020 will continue to grow and this growth is supported by several factors, such as the habit (culture) of hanging out while drinking coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is the consumers of Malang Coffee Family Café, with a sample size of 89 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables service quality, product quality, price and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the variables of service quality and location have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT     his study aims to determine and analyze the influence of facilities and locations on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable. In Sumenep there are several futsal courts, one of which is Awi Futsal Loak Jang-Jang which was established since 2015 until now the study population was 4200 population for 3 months and the sample used in this study was 98 respondents of Awi Futsal Laok Jang-Jang, Arjasa, Sumenep customers. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and sobel test.        The results showed that facilities have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have no direct effect on customer loyalty, location has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, location has a direct influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction does not have a direct influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction cannot mediate between facilities and locations with customer loyalty.Keywords: Facility, Location, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of InstitutionalOwnership, Profitability, Debt Policy and Company Size on Dividend Policy in Food andBeverage companies for the 2016-2018 period.The variables used are institutional ownership, profitability, debt policy and company size asthe independent variable, and dividend policy as the dependent variable. The data collectionmethod used is documentation. The data types in this study are secondary data. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, this study uses data fromcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and samples are taken usingpurposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 10 companies.The results showed that institutional ownership and debt policy had no effect on dividendpolicy, profitability had a positive effect and company size had a negative effect on dividendpolicy.Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Debt Policy, Firm Size, Dividend Policy.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims the effect of capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure on the financial performance of case studies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables used to measure the capital adequacy ratio, namely capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure. And the dependent variable in this study is financial performance. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 193 manufacturing companies and the samples in this study were taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria and obtained a sample of 95 manufacturing companies. The data collection method used is the documentation method, namely by recording or documenting the data listed in the annual report at (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study state that simultaneously capital expenditure, profitability, leverage, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Partially, capital expenditure, profitability, and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a positive and significant effect on financial performance.
