Abstract

AbstractThe variables used in this study are personal factors, organizational factors, and non-organizational factors. The research objective is to describe the Organizational Commitment which includes Personal Factors, Organizational Factors and Non-Organizational Factors at Grab Drivers in Lowokwaru District Malang, to identify and analyze the significant influence of Personal Factors, Organizational Factors and Non-Organizational Factors simultaneously or partially on Organizational Commitment. driver Grabin Lowokwaru Malang District. The population in this study is thecommunity driver restoin the District of Lowokwaru Malang, amounting to 90 drivers. The sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Hypothesis Test and Coefficient of Determination. From the results of the description analysis, it is concluded that in general the respondents agree with Personal Factors, Organizational Factors and Non-Organizational Factors also have a high enough Organizational Commitment, but in this study Non-Organizational Factors have no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, it can be seen that the Sig. from non-organizational factors of 0.818> 0.05. In the t test, it was concluded that personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors simultaneously affected Organizational Commitment with the Sig. equal to 0.00 <0.05. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination of the adjusted R Square value of 161, which means that the dependent variable has a contribution of 16.1% to the independent variable. As for partially but not significant effect on Non-Organizational Factors on Organizational Commitment as evidenced by each Beta coefficient on the t test for Personal Factors (0.325), Organizational Factors (0.252), Non-Organizational Factors (0.025) have no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. on the driver Grab in Lowokwaru Malang District.  Keywords: Personal Factors, Organizational Factors, Non-Organizational Factors and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Abstract This pandemic phenomenon makes it a challenge for business actors to maintain income and economic growth, one of which is Clodia Outfit in running their business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, employees remain at home, but in this case it doesn't make Clodia Outfit not run its business. The purpose of this study is to simultaneously analyze the influence of social media, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of UNISMA students at Clodia Outfit Malang. This research design uses a quantitative approach with descriptive data analysis conducted in November 2021. The sample used is a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression test resulted that there was an influence between social media on purchasing decisions (sig. = 0.000). There is an influence between brand image on purchasing decisions (sig = 0.000). There is an influence between product quality on purchasing decisions (sig = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that social media, brand image and product quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions for UNISMA students at Clodia Outfit Malang. Clodia Outfit must continue to provide consistent prices so that it can increase sales, continue to serve well, create or make something different from the others that can attract the attention of consumers, and still maintain the quality of its products. Keyword :  Social Media, Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase  Decision

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image, customer satisfaction and complaint handling. The object of this research is the Singosari community with a sample size of 102 respondents who have made deliveries to J&T Express. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of partial research analysis, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. While partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, partially, company image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. While partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Prices and Facilities on Consumer satisfaction on KM passenger ships. Napoleon route Kendari-Wanci (Case Study of PT. Aksar Saputra Lines) partially or simultaneously. The population and sample were all KM economy class passengers. Napoleon which numbered 96 passengers. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in the study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using non probability sampling is purposive sampling. The criteria of respondents in this study were KM economy class passengers. Napoleon route Kendari-Wanci. The testing technique of retrieving the data used in this study includes the instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test.                The results of the analysis show that partially the reliability variable does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. While partially the responsiveness, assurance, empaty, price and facilities variables significantly influence customer satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that the realibility variable responsiveness, assurance, empaty, price and facilities significantly influence customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Facilities and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand image, service quality, product quality, and price influence simultaneously or partially on purchasing decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the study population of 192 customers at the Alibaba counter, while the study sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a purposive sampling method. The results obtained using multiple linear regression test Y = 10,848 + 0,359 X1 + 0,221 X2 + 1,054X3 + 0,994X4 + e. The results of this study indicate that partially brand image variables, service quality, product quality, and price have a positive influence on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Product Quality, Price and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee performance at CV is affected by work conflict, workload, personality type, work stress, and rewards. Bola Surya Shuttlecock and to determine the effect of Work Conflict, Workload, Personality Type, Work Stress, and Reward on the Performance of Staff simultane-ously or in part.This research employs quantitative techniques.Ex-planatory research is the term for this kind of study.This study's population consists of employees of CV. Bola Surya Shuttlecock using snowball sampling numerous as 95 respondents.methods for gathering data using questionnaires and documents. Positive and significant world conflict has no effect on the performance of CV employees Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (2) Workload has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at CV. Shuttlecock Solar Ball. (3) Personality type has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at CV. Shuttlecock Solar Ball. Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of advertising attractiveness, celebrity endorser, brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions on shopee food users. The sample in this study were 92 shopee food users. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling where every customer who has made a repeat purchase has the opportunity to be a sample. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The object of this research is PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) with a sample size of 95. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of partial research analysis, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing brand image, product quality and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand smartphones (case study of Meteor Cell consumers in Batu City). The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at Meteor Cell outlets, and the sample used used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, namely a sample taking technique with certain considerations. The sample collection technique used a quantitative method in the form of distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. Based on the research results, it is known that brand image, product quality and price perception simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for purchasing Vivo brand smartphones. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price Perception, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Image and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Cafe Litchi customers using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 86 respondents was obtained. This research method uses simple regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Partially, this research shows that Brand Image has an effect on Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image has an effect on Customer Loyalty, price has an effect on Customer Satisfaction, price has an effect on Customer Loyalty, Brand Image has an effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, price has no effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty.  Keywords: Brand Image, price, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, cafe shop
