Abstract

Mathematics is a branch of science that is always used in all life and also supports other sciences. Learning outcomes in learning are very important because the success of learning carried out in teaching and learning activities can be seen from student learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are the results achieved by students or someone after doing learning activities. teachers must find the right method in learning mathematics. Difficulty and low interest of students in learning and understanding mathematics material can be overcome by applying appropriate learning methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in student learning outcomes taught through the Make A Match type cooperative learning method and the expository method on triangular flat shapes. From the observations seen from student learning activities, it shows that the more active and more enthusiastic in learning are the classes that use the Make A Match learning method. This means that the Make A Match learning method has better learning outcomes than the Expository learning method.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in the process of improving the quality of human resources. Improving the quality of education is a process that is integrated with the process of improving the quality of human resources itself. Resources that have the potential through a selection full of educational elements are expected to be able to help support schools in shaping students with character. The development of a student's personality can be achieved through several processes, including through his participation in organizations outside or inside school, but often students are faced with a lack of self-confidence when they are faced with social realities with various problems when they enter a social environment. Personality development is expected to be one of the solutions for them to get progress, by helping to contribute in various activities, besides that it can also make them as people who are balanced and have great concern for the environment.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises have a large enough role for the welfare of the community. This sector can absorb a large enough workforce and provide opportunities for UMKM to develop and compete with companies. The partner of this activity is UMKM Taniku which is engaged in the agricultural sector of Cirebon whose business activities are selling and providing services. The problems faced by Taniku are the marketing of products and services, productivity, and a decrease in turnover. Implementation methods include (1) analyzing the situation and identifying partner problems, (3) determining partner problem solutions and achievement targets, and (4) evaluating activities. The solution offered is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing productivity and sales turnover by implementing digital marketing applications. Conduct training and marketing assistance by utilizing web-based technology. Abstract

Jabung village has a fairly high number of dairy farmers compared to other livelihoods, such as employees, farmers and laborers. This is a great potential for the village to become a special tourism village on dairy farmer edutourism. Currently, the village government is taking inventory of various potential villages that are developed to become tourist villages. The inventory is carried out in stages in line with the activities of the Regrestrasi Awal Sosial Ekonomi (regrosek) specifically for the economy in 2022. The purpose of this service activity is based on the village government's desire to empower a number of dairy farmers to become learning centers for other farmers outside Jabung Village. Preparation is carried out by fixing various supports for the maintenance of dairy cattle. Starting from feeding to milking. Abstract

Dengan seiringnya kemajuan teknologi yang berkembang sangat cepat saat ini maka kemungkinan diperlukan suatu aplikasi tentang belajar tajwid yang mudah dibawa tanpa repot-repot seseorang membawa sebuah tafsir Al-Quran dimana biasanya seseorang malas untuk membawanya padahal kadang mereka membutuhkannya. Sehingga membutuhkan aplikasi-aplikasi, seperti halnya dengan menggunakan aplikasi mobile device untuk belajar tajwid ini maka pengguna dapat lebih cepat mencari sumber informasi tentang terjemahan arti isi dari tajwid itu apa saja. Aplikasi belajar tajwid ini menggunakan teknologi Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME) dan diharapkan bisa bermanfaat serta dengan adanya aplikasi ini mudah-mudahan akan mempermudah seseorang untuk memperoleh informasi tentang belajar tajwid pada perangkat mobile.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the correlation between metacognitive and problem-solving skills among science students. The sample consisted of 32 students from departement of science education in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation method. The data were collected using a problem-solving test and a metacognitive awareness inventory (MAI). Technique of analyzing data uses the Pearson’correlation test by using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Result of this research is there is a significant linear relationship between metacognitive and problem solving skills as the value of deviation from linearity is 0.225, which is greater than 0.05. The obtained Pearson correlation value of 0.382* also indicates a strong positive correlation (+0.382*) and a significant correlation (0.031<0.05) between the two variables. As a conclussion, there is a correlation between metacognitive and problem solving skills among science students. Further analysis revealed that students with higher metacognitive skills tended to perform better in problem-solving tasks, indicating the importance of metacognitive skills in science problem-solving. These findings suggest that promoting metacognitive awareness could enhance students' problem-solving abilities, and support the integration of metacognitive strategies in science education. These findings highlight the importance of promoting metacognitive awareness in learning process to enhance problem-solving skills by using innovative learning strategies.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 juga mempercepat transformasi virtual di berbagai negara. Secara makro, transformasi virtual berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian. transformasi pelayanan publik dari model manual (konvensional) sehingga dapat diprioritaskan melalui perangkat elektronik (online). Sejak pandemi Covid-19, aplikasi dan website terus dioptimalkan oleh pemerintah agar dapat memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat. Menyadari besarnya manfaat transformasi digital, Presiden Joko Widodo pada Rapat Terbatas tentang Perencanaan Transformasi Digital. Daerah Cirebon memiliki potensi yang cukup besar dalam pengembangan sumber daya masyarakat di masa mendatang. Bidang Pelayanan E-Government di Cirebon sebagai unsur lini dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Bidang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional. Bentuk pengumpulan data dengan dokumen, observasi dan wawancara mendalam kemudian peneliti menguji kredibilitas dan melakukan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan penelitian. pelaksanaan program, diperlukan evaluasi. Dalam proses evaluasi ini akan dilihat apa kelemahan atau kekurangan dari Transformasi Digitalisasi E-Agenda dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik di Desa Palimanan Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Chakra Lestari Sejahtera, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient adj value of 0.466 meaning that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 46.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (6.743> 2.009), this is confirmed by a significant probability of 0.000

Abstract

The purpose of this study is; (1) to determine whether it is effective to improve understanding of English vocabulary by reading English novels; (2) to find out the general public's preferences in choosing the language of the novel. The research uses a description method and an online questionnaire survey to find out the clear number of respondents' answers. Based on data collected through a Google form questionnaire distributed to social media. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: (1) reading English texts continuously causes respondents to get used to English vocabulary; (2) respondents prefer English novels to Indonesian ones.

Abstract

Background: SMK Asy-Syadzili merupakan salah satu SMK di Kabupaten Malang yang siswanya juga merupakan santri di pondok pesantren. Karena itu, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan mengikuti waktu efektif pondok, yaitu dilaksanakan dalam dua shift, yaitu pagi dan siang. Akibatnya kegiatan pembelajaran kurang maksimal dan guru merasa kekurangan waktu dalam menyelesaikan materi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan mengkolaborasikan mata pelajaran sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan waktu pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode: Mitra pada kegiatan penngabdian ini adalah SMK-IT Asy-Syadzili Pakis, kabupaten Malang. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah semua guru SMK-IT sebanyak 15 orang guru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga metode yaitu tahap pendahuluan yaitu berkoordinasi dengan pihak skeolah dan mempersiapkan pemateri dan mahasiswa, tahap pelaksanaan yaitu kegiatan workshop peningkatan mutu guru, serta tahap evaluasi, yaitu kerbermanfaatan kegiatan bagi guru dan produk yang ditargetkan. Hasil: Peningkatan mutu guru melalui kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan ini menghasilkan modul ajar kolaborasi dari minimal 2 mata pelajaran yang berbeda. Semua guru sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini karena program peningkatan mutu sangat jarang dilakukan oleh manajamen, umumnya kegiatan workshop hanya yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum atau perangkat pembelajaran
