Abstract

Penyuluhan pertanian menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam berhasilnya sektor pertanian, penyuluh pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam proses penyaluran informasi dan pengetahuan kepada petani termasuk peningkatan keterampilan petani. Penyuluh pertanian dapat berasal dari lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta dengan satu tujuan bersama berupa mensejahterahkan petani dan keluarganya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis persepsi petani terhadap 4 metode penyuluhan pertanian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Modelidu Kabupaten Gorontalo, yaitu metode temu lapang, temu wicara, demonstrasi dan metode ceramah. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan panduan wawancara. Data primer didapatkan dari petani jagung yang ada di Desa Modelidu, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari kantor desa, Badan Pusat Statistik dan artikel penelitian yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berupa tabulasi hasil jawaban responden penelitian yang disajikan lewat tabel dan grafik kemudian diikuti dengan ulasan deskriptif.  Data dianalisis menggunakan skala likert dengan skala lima (sangat setuju, setuju, kurang setuju, tidak setuju, sangat tidak setuju). persepsi petani terhadap metode penyuluhan temu lapang mendapatkan skor tertinggi dengan rata – rata skor 191,67, hal ini membuktikan bahwa petani jagung di Desa Modelidu menganggap metode temu lapang efektif dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan meskipun metode ini merupakan metode konvensional, metode temu wicara tidak terlalu mendapatkan atensi yang besar dari masyarakat dengan sistem pertanian yang masih konvensional dengan skor rata – rata persepsi petani sebesar 182.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of interactive Qur'anic learning media aimed at enhancing student motivation in elementary schools. Through the library research method, this study analyzes various relevant sources regarding the use of interactive media in education, particularly in the context of Qur'anic learning. Interactive media is an innovation in how we engage with information and content in the digital era. For instance, mobile applications and digital platforms have proven effective in capturing students' interest and increasing their engagement in the learning process. Furthermore, research shows that integrating Qur'anic values into learning media not only enhances students' religious understanding but also contributes to their character development and learning motivation. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for educators and media developers in creating effective and engaging learning tools, as well as fostering technology-based learning innovations, particularly for Qur'anic education.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of human resource quality and public service quality on public satisfaction levels in Patamuan District, Padang Pariaman Regency. It employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The study population consists of individuals who access services at the Patamuan District Office, with a sample of 90 respondents gathered via questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Findings reveal that human resource quality exerts a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction, evidenced by a significance value of 0.031 (< 0.05) and a contribution of 52.1%. Similarly, public service quality shows a positive and significant influence on satisfaction, with a significance score of 0.047 (< 0.05) and a contribution of 44.0%. Collectively, both factors significantly affect public satisfaction, as indicated by an Adjusted R Square of 0.607 (60.7%), while the remaining 39.3% is attributable to variables beyond this study. These outcomes suggest that enhanced human resource quality in terms of capabilities, knowledge, and skills along with improved service delivery that is prompt, precise, and courteous, leads to higher public satisfaction with government services. Consequently, ongoing efforts to boost the competence and professionalism of officials, as well as refine the public service framework, are essential to make services in Patamuan District more effective, efficient, and focused on community satisfaction.

Abstract

Enhancing pupils' comprehension of mathematical concepts is a significant difficulty in education, especially for abstract notions. This study seeks to examine the impact of Augmented Reality (AR) utilization on students' comprehension of mathematical topics. The research encompassed 60 students as participants, employing a quantitative methodology and a quasi-experimental framework. Data were obtained using learning interest questionnaires and kids' report card grades. The results of the regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 11.18 + 1.061X, demonstrating that augmented reality usage significantly enhances students' comprehension of mathematical topics. The constant a = 11.18 signifies the baseline level of comprehension, whereas the regression coefficient b = 1.061 denotes that each one-unit increment in AR utilization improves students' understanding by 1.061 units. Consequently, augmented reality utilization can function as an efficacious method to assist pupils in comprehending mathematical topics in a more dynamic and engaging manner. Abstract

This study analyzes work motivation in improving employee spirit at the Department of Education and Culture of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. Low spirit, lack of recognition, limited facilities, and weak discipline were identified as major challenges. This research applied a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews with seven informants (consisting of heads of divisions, sub-sections, and staff), and documentation. Data were validated through triangulation. The findings indicate that good working relationships, communicative leadership, and opportunities for training support motivation, while inadequate facilities, unclear reward systems, and weak discipline hinder morale. This study concludes that strengthening recognition, providing adequate facilities, and offering fair career development are crucial to increasing morale and organizational performance. The novelty of this study lies in applying motivation theory to the public sector, especially in the education office, where motivation directly impacts service quality and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Research starts from the problem of the importance of human resources as the driving force of an organization, so that organizations must encourage their employees to work more professionally and uphold integrity. However, this is not enough to require extra role behavior or behavior outside the formal role which is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of integrity, professionalism, transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency. This study uses an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Kerinci Regency, both Civil Servants (PNS) and Pramubhakti who were directly related to this research. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, then the analysis of the T test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous). The results showed: 1) There is an influence of integrity on OCB, 2) There is an influence of professionalism on OCB, 3) There is an influence of transformational leadership on OCB, 4) There is an influence of integrity, professionalism and overall (simultaneous) transformational leadership on OCB. Abstract

Health development is directed to eradicate infectious diseases from animals, such as rabies. The Indonesian government is targeting the elimination of rabies in humans due to bites from Rabies-Transmitting Animals (HPR) by 2030, with a requirement that at least 70% of the HPR population be vaccinated. Padang City faces major challenges in controlling rabies, such as increasing cases of HPR bites, limited vaccination, low public awareness, lack of human resources, and suboptimal implementation of the One Health concept. This study aims to determine the implementation of the rabies prevention program and the factors that influence it in Padang City. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and source triangulation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the program had not been optimal due to limited human resources, budget, and low community participation. The obstacles faced include internal factors such as lack of budget and human resources, as well as external factors such as difficulty in adjusting the socialization schedule and low community participation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kelembagaan sosial dalam penguatan identitas budaya Minangkabau di Kota Padang, dengan fokus pada peran lembaga adat dan lembaga sosial dalam mempertahankan dan mentransmisikan nilai-nilai budaya tradisional kepada generasi muda. Dalam konteks globalisasi dan modernisasi yang semakin berkembang pesat, identitas budaya lokal semakin terancam oleh masuknya pengaruh budaya asing yang lebih mudah diterima oleh generasi muda. Kelembagaan sosial berperan penting dalam menjaga kelestarian nilai-nilai budaya lokal agar tetap hidup dan dihargai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yang mengandalkan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat dan anggota lembaga sosial yang terlibat langsung dalam pelestarian budaya Minangkabau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga adat memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam menjaga tradisi dan nilai-nilai budaya Minangkabau, terutama melalui pengelolaan ritual adat, pendidikan budaya, dan penerapan hukum adat. Sementara itu, lembaga sosial juga berperan dalam memperkuat identitas budaya melalui penyelenggaraan kegiatan budaya, seperti festival budaya, pelatihan seni tradisional, serta seminar yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap budaya lokal di kalangan generasi muda. Namun, kedua lembaga tersebut menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menarik minat generasi muda yang cenderung lebih tertarik pada budaya asing akibat pengaruh media global. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyarankan agar kelembagaan sosial dan adat dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan media digital sebagai sarana untuk memperkenalkan serta melestarikan tradisi Minangkabau, sehingga dapat melibatkan generasi muda secara lebih efektif dalam pelestarian budaya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pelestarian budaya yang lebih efektif, dengan melibatkan peran kelembagaan sosial yang adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis dinamika hubungan sosial dan budaya dalam proses implementasi kebijakan publik di Kota Padang, dengan menekankan pada peran nilai-nilai sosial dan norma budaya lokal dalam memengaruhi efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan aparatur pemerintah, tokoh adat, dan masyarakat, serta dokumentasi terhadap regulasi dan kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan publik di Kota Padang sangat dipengaruhi oleh struktur sosial dan sistem budaya masyarakat Minangkabau, khususnya dalam hal pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis musyawarah, peran tokoh adat, serta nilai-nilai kekerabatan dan kolektivitas. Ketidakharmonisan antara substansi kebijakan dengan realitas sosial budaya masyarakat menyebabkan resistensi terhadap kebijakan dan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi publik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan kebijakan yang adaptif, kontekstual, dan partisipatif dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik sosial budaya lokal agar implementasi kebijakan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan diterima secara luas oleh masyarakat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara pendekatan administratif dengan pendekatan kultural dalam membangun tata kelola pemerintahan daerah yang responsif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.
