Abstract

Peka Gizi is a health and nutrition screening program aimed at raising community awareness about the importance of health and nutrition. The activity was conducted at SDN Jia Bima, involving 46 participants from various age groups. The examination included blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) assessments. Most participants were aged 25–35 years (43%) and 36–46 years (35%). Results showed that 41% had hypertension, 11% had hypotension, and 48% had normal blood pressure. Based on BMI, 20% were categorized as pre-obese, 13% as obese, 11% were underweight, and 56% had normal weight. These findings indicate that over half of the participants were at risk of health issues related to blood pressure and nutritional status. Therefore, educational initiatives like Peka Gizi should be implemented regularly as part of promotive and preventive health interventions.

Abstract

The term interfaith harmony is synonymous with the term tolerance. Harmony is a term filled with the meaning of good and peace. The point is to live together in society with one heart and agree not to create disputes and fights. Living in harmony is everyone's dream. Differences on the one hand can be a strength if managed properly and professionally. However, if not, differences in worldviews between multicultural countries will become a factor in national disintegration and prolonged conflict. This article aims to find out the strategy for building religious harmony in Indonesia. The method used in this research is library research, namely tracing books and findings from interfaith harmony studies. The results of this study explain that there are 6 strategies that can be carried out in building harmony between religious communities, namely internalizing tolerance, maintaining kinship (ukhuwah), mutual respect and appreciation, mutual trust and avoiding prejudice, clarifying and confirming the information obtained and acting fairly.

Abstract

Fluktuasi harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) menjadi permasalahan utama petani kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pembentukan harga pasar TBS di Deli Serdang, dan (2) mengetahui integrasi harga pasar TBS di Tingkat Kabupaten Deliserdang dengan harga pasar TBS di tingkat Nasional. Metode analisis menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) dengan data series 1994 – 2023. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan TBS di Kabupaten Deliserdang sekitar 80.45% disumbangkan oleh harga TBS di Kabupaten Deliserdang itu sendiri, sekitar 5.32% disumbangkan oleh Harga TBS di Tingkat Nasional, 13.07% disumbangkan oleh harga CPO Nasional dan 1.16% disumbangkan oleh produksi Kelapa Sawit. Dalam jangka pendek tidak terjadi integrasi antara pasar TBS di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hal ini disebabkan karena market power yang rendah, dan transmisi harga vertical dari Tingkat Provinsi ke Tingkat Kabupaten masih rendah. Sementara, dalam jangka Panjang, terdapat integrasi pasar antara harga pasar TBS Tingkat Kabupaten dengan harga pasar TBS di Tingkat Nasional, CPO serta harga CPO di pasar Nasional. Integrasi pasar TBS di Tingkat Kabupaten dengan Nasional dan pasar CPO Nasional menyebabkan ketergantungan pasar TBS Deli Serdang terhadap gejolak pasar CPO Nasional dan dunia, sehingga pengembangan hilirisasi Kelapa Sawit menjadi suatu Solusi untuk mengurangi ketergantungan ekspor CPO.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of E-Government in improving the quality of public services in the Malang City Public Service Mall (MPP). The problem of slow, inefficient, and non-transparent public services is the basis for the importance of digital transformation through the implementation of E-Government. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MPP managers, front office officers, and service user communities, complemented by observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of electronic queue systems, self-service kiosks, East Java Smart Service (JSS) applications, and NIK-DTKS data integration is able to accelerate the public service process with an average time efficiency of 50-60%. In addition, the level of public satisfaction with speed, ease of access, and service quality tends to be high. However, the challenges faced are the digital literacy gap of the community and the limited capacity of service human resources. This study recommends strengthening digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and strengthening infrastructure and cross-sector collaboration to support the sustainability of digital transformation of public services.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Syaichona Moh. Cholil berupaya menanamkan hidup sederhana kepada para santri. Namun, seiring perkembangan zaman, gaya hidup sederhana mulai tergeser, khususnya di kalangan santri putri. Mereka mulai terpengaruh oleh tren fashion dan gaya hidup konsumtif yang menyebabkan pergeseran nilai-nilai kesederhanaan yang diajarkan para ulama terdahulu. Salah satu keluhan datang dari wali santri yang merasa terbebani oleh sikap boros anaknya di pondok. Hal inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk meneliti peran tabungan kelas dalam membentuk sikap ekonomis santri putri Pondok Pesantren Syaichona Moh. Cholil dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian adalah enam santriwati kelas III Tsanawiyah. Data dianalisis secara menyeluruh dengan teknik editing dan organizing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tabungan kelas memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pembentukan kemandirian ekonomi santri. Program ini bersifat edukatif karena menanamkan nilai tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, dan kemampuan mengelola keuangan. Selain itu, tabungan kelas juga mendukung pendidikan ekonomi praktis, meningkatkan keterampilan manajemen, memperkuat kebersamaan, menjadi sumber dana kegiatan besar, serta menjaga stabilitas ekonomi pesantren. Abstract

This study highlights the significance of integrating Moi community customary values into civic education to encourage students to develop a more tolerant mindset. This study uses a qualitative methodology to incorporate values such as solidarity, mutual respect, and togetherness into the learning process. According to the study's findings, including these values in the education of students not only enhances their capacity to exhibit tolerance towards others but also contributes to a greater sense of solidarity with other individuals and an increased sense of national pride. Furthermore, the incorporation of Moi traditions helps create an inclusive learning environment that equips students with the practical skills necessary to manage diversity. This study found that to successfully implement culture-based education to create a harmonious and pluralistic society, it is required to secure broader support from stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and local communities.

Abstract

Peninggalan kolonial Belanda meninggalkan jejak mendalam  pada sistem pembelajaran Indonesia, paling utama dalam struktur kurikulum, bahasa pengantar, serta paradigma pengetahuan yang digunakan di sekolah. Proses dekolonisasi pembelajaran tidak hanya menuntut penghapusan simbol-simbol kolonial, namun rekonstruksi epistemologi pembelajaran supaya berpihak pada nilai-nilai lokal serta kebangsaan. Tujuan kajian ini untuk menganalisis dekolonisasi epistemik berlangsung dalam konteks pembelajaran Indonesia lewat rekontekstualisasi peninggalan kolonial dalam pembuatan kurikulum nasional. Memakai pendekatan deskriptif-historis serta analisis dokumen, kajian ini menelaah dinamika antara peninggalan kolonial Belanda serta upaya modernisasi pembelajaran nasional, tercantum dalam kebijakan Merdeka Belajar. Hasil temuan menunjukkan orientasi pembelajaran kolonial yang berakar pada kepentingan kolonial masih terwariskan dalam wujud hierarki pengetahuan, bahasa, serta sistem penilaian, tetapi kebijakan pembelajaran pascareformasi berupaya mendekolonisasi kurikulum lewat integrasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, semangat kebangsaan, serta penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes at MTs Darul Hikmah Az-zikri NW Pringgarata and to examine how much teacher professional competence can illuminate student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Associative method. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation studies, where sampling applied a simple random sampling system distributed to 47 students. The questionnaire form applied a Likert scale score with four alternative answers, while the documentation study was only a complementary technique in data collection. Based on data processing and the results of SPSS ver.26 calculations, statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, which explained that there was an influence between teacher professional competence on student learning achievement. This was obtained from the results of the T-test which produced a significance value of 0.000 <5% (0.05). The calculation of the determination coefficient explains that the teacher professional competence variable is able to explain the student learning outcome variable by 25%. While the remaining 75% is explained by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Health Education on the Steps of Handwashing with Soap (CTPS) plays a crucial role in breaking the chain of germ transmission that can cause infections and diseases, especially in the Elementary School environment. The aim of this service is to enhance children's knowledge and attitudes to correctly apply the steps of handwashing with soap (CTPS) in their daily lives, both within and outside the school environment. This activity is expected to prevent the risk of infections and diseases transmitted through contaminated objects, thereby improving the children's health status. The method used in carrying out community service activities is to convey information through a lecture method, namely a presentation combining educational games and ending with the practice of washing hands with soap (CTPS). The service was conducted at SDN 03 Wera on May 31, 2023. The outreach activities carried out received quite high enthusiasm where the students of SDN 03 Wera were very interested in discussing the benefits of CTPS health education. CTPS health education at SDN 3 Wera is an extraordinary step. This shows a commitment to not only providing information, but also creating an environment where healthy practices like CTPS become a natural part of children's daily routines.

Abstract

Penentuan nafkah iddah dan mut’ah pasca perceraian adalah keharusan yang dipenuhi oleh suami kepada mantan istrinya, salah satu adalah keharusan pemenuhan nafkah iddah dan mut’ah untuk diberikan. Meskipun istri tidak memintanya, mediator sekalu orang yang ketiga memberikan suatu hak-hak yang didapatkan oleh istri yakni suami mengharuskan memberi nafkah. Karena keharusan untuk pemberian nafkah tersebut yang berkaitan dengan hak-hak mantan istri yang diceraikan suami. Pada penlitian ini juga akan membahas penentuan nafkah iddah dan mut’ah berdasarkan mediasi yang ditinjau dari Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini termasuk penelitian pustaka (library research) adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan cara melakukan dan memahami yang mana sumber datanya isi putusan pengadilan yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap, Kompilasi hukum Islam serta artikel, buku dan skripsi yang mendukung untuk penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penentuan nafkah iddah dan mut’ah berdasarkan mediasi pada pengadilan Agama Pasuruan. Mediator tidak serta merta langsung menetapkan jumlah nominalnya atas kehendak tuntutan balik istri (gugatan rekonvensi) melainkan atas kesepakatan demi terciptanya keadilan kedua belah pihak melalui mediasi yang didampingi hakim mediator (non) dan hanya sebatas orang ketiga dalam penentuan nafkah iddah dan mut’ah suami istri. Abstract Determination of iddah and mut'ah maintenance after divorce is a must that must be fulfilled by the husband to his former wife, one of which is the obligation to fulfill iddah and mut'ah maintenance to be given. Even though the wife does not ask for it, the mediator as the third person provides a right obtained by the wife, namely the husband requires to provide maintenance. Because the obligation to provide maintenance is related to the rights of ex-wives who are divorced by their husbands. This research will also discuss the determination of iddah and mut'ah maintenance based on mediation in terms of the Compilation of Islamic Law.The research that the author conducted is included in library research, while this research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a normative juridical approach by doing and understanding which data sources are the contents of court decisions that have permanent legal force, the Compilation of Islamic law as well as articles, books and theses that support this research.This study shows that in determining iddah and mut'ah maintenance based on mediation at the Pasuruan Religious Court. The mediator does not necessarily immediately determine the nominal amount at the will of the wife's counterclaim (counterclaim) but on agreement for the creation of justice for both parties through mediation accompanied by a (non) mediator judge and is only limited to a third person in determining iddah maintenance and mut'ah husband and wife.
