Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: (1) assess the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction; and (2) determine the impact of product quality on consumer satisfaction.(2) Assess the impact of brand image on customer satisfaction.(3) assess the impact of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. This study is based on a connection.The Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample size, yielding a sample size of 178 persons.In this study, the hypothesis test is a multiple linear regression test.Based on the findings of the data analysis, a significance value of 0.0000.05 was achieved, indicating that product quality has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction.The significance value of the brand image variable was 0.002 0.05, indicating that brand image had a substantial influence on customer satisfaction with Surya Makmur Batam Center goods, according to the findings of data analysis.With a 0.0000.05 significant value, it can be inferred that product quality and brand image factors have an impact on customer satisfaction with Surya Makmur Batam Center items.Keywords: Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, Product Quality

Abstract

Rental business is a very profitable business nowadays. By paying attention to service quality and price can create customer satisfaction to the company and their loyalty will also increase. These aims of these studies were for determining the effected of service quality and price on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Pasar Botania 2 Batam used simple random sampling with 104 respondents which collected by distributing questionnaires. These studies use validities and reliabilities tests, classical assumption tests and influence tests also used path analysis and coefficient of determination analysis, while hypothesis testing on these studies uses t test, f test and Sobel test which is processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the t test show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the price value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, the price has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. While Sobel test results show that service quality has an indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction and the price has an indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Service quality is very important for every company, seen as a major factor in product selection. Customer fulfillment will be achieved if the quality of goods is in accordance with customer requirements. By providing good service to customers will greatly influence purchasing decisions and provide good final results for the company. Not only service quality but promotion is important in fostering a sense of belonging to the product. Promotion also provides good quality service to customers. Because by building good and clear services, it will have a positive impact on both parties to build mutual trust, with mutual trust and no hesitation. Many choices must be made by companies in creating promotional techniques at the individual item level. This analysis utilizes a descriptive study design through a quantitative approach. Using the SPSS application issue 25 to assist in this research. The sample used was 257 resource persons with random determination. Information collection is carried out through the provision of questionnaires, service quality and promotions were fairly distributed, where the independent variables were no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity were found. When service quality has a definite good consequence on the desire to buy, and the promotion variable has a good consequence on the desire to buy. Meanwhile, the f test simultaneously defines if the service quality and supply variables have a good impact on the desire to buy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether consumer satisfaction with Pixy cosmetics at Matahari Mega Mall Batam City is influenced by service quality, product, and brand image. The research was conducted using quantitative techniques. 283 people who shop at Matahari Mega Mall Batam City are the population that is being exploited. 166 consumers became the research sample, which were selected using a simple random sampling method. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Consumer satisfaction is influenced by 67.7% by the coefficient of determination (R2) which comes from the variables of service quality, product quality, and brand image. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, service quality has an effect of 0.113 or 11.3% on consumer satisfaction (Y), product quality (X2) has an effect of 0.288 or 28.8% on consumer satisfaction (Y) and image (X3) has an effect of 0.216 or 21.6% of consumer satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of the t test, service quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the f test results for service quality, product quality and brand image have a significant simultaneous effect. on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction at The Zenzy Shoes Online Shop. The research was conducted using quantitative techniques. The population used consisted of 234 consumers of Online Shop The Zenzy Shoes. 234 consumers were used as research samples using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, product quality (X1) has an effect of 0.352 or 35.2% on consumer satisfaction (Y) and service quality has an effect of 0.563 or 56.3% on consumer satisfaction (Y). Product quality and service quality factors affect consumer satisfaction by 80.0% according to the data of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the t-test, product quality has a positive and partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction and service quality has a partially positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and the f test results show that product quality and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kegiatan reses anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Situbondo adalah kewajiban anggota DPRD untuk menyerap dan menghimpun aspirasi konstituen melalui kunjungan kerja secara berkala, menampung dan menindaklanjuti aspirasi dan pengaduan masyarakat serta memberikan pertanggungjawaban moral dan politis kepada konstituen didaerah pemilihannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan dana reses yang telah dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk kegiatan reses anggota DPRD Kota Situbondo dalam menyerap aspirasi masyarakat mengingat besarnya jumlah dana yang dikeluarkan untuk sekali masa sidang reses serta mengetahui faktor penghambat tercapainya efektivitas kegiatan reses.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan sifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan dana reses anggota DPRD Kota Situbondo belum efektif. Karena dari 6 kriteria pengukuran efektivitas penggunaan dana menurut Makmur masih ada kriteria yang belum terpenuhi. Serta faktor penghambat kegiatan reses yaitu kurangnya pendidikan politik masyarakat, kegiatan reses yang hanya bersifat rutinitas bukan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan terbatasnya anggaran pemerintah daerah dalam merealisasikan hasil reses.

Abstract

The quality of education in Madrasah schools depends significantly on how teachers perform. This study evaluates how Total Quality Management (TQM) and teacher training programs affect teacher performance while examining TQM as a moderating factor. The research employs a quantitative design which adopted simple random sampling through the Slovin formula to select 303 respondents from a population of 1,245 teachers spread across 13 cities and regencies. The researchers gathered data through questionnaires and applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS software to analyze these da-ta. The results demonstrate significant positive effects of training programs and TQM on teacher performance while showing that TQM strengthens the impact of training on teacher performance. TQM increases the effect of training on teacher performance by promoting data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous improvement. The findings demonstrate that educational quality will advance through the integration of TQM into teacher training programs. The recommendation aligns with the findings that support establishing a systematic teacher training framework based on TQM in Madrasah education to improve learning results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada carpon Sirakéan Silihwangih . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan merupakan anggota aktif Komunitas “Dongeng Sunda” Facebook dan tempat penelitian juga dilaksanakan langsung pada laman tersebut. Hasil utama penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai yang disajikan dalam karpon Sirakéan Silihwangih tersebut yang meliputi Sunda dalam perspektif karpon Sirakéan Silihwangih , sumber ditemukannya nilai-nilai Sunda, ciri-ciri masyarakat Sunda berdasarkan perilaku dan tindakan, serta bentuk keterlibatan anggota komunitas dalam isu pelestarian budaya Sunda ( Civic Engagement ). Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa karpon Sirakéan Silihwangih itu sendiri merupakan karya sastra berbentuk cerita pendek yang memuat nilai-nilai berupa isu sosial dan budaya terutama dalam pelestarian budaya Sunda ditengah peruban zaman dan arus modernisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis saja' dalam Maulid Sharaf al-Anam dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Balaghah. Maulid Sharaf al-Anam, yang terdiri dari 50 halaman dan berisi 12 puisi dengan doa dan puji-pujian kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, menjadi fokus analisis dalam konteks nilai sastra. Pendekatan teori Balaghah digunakan untuk memahami penggunaan saja' dalam teks tersebut. Fokus penelitian mencakup identifikasi jenis-jenis saja' dalam Maulid Sharaf al-Anam dan eksplorasi signifikansi penggunaan saja' dalam konteks maulid. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data meliputi pembacaan secara cermat Maulid Sharaf al-Anam untuk mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang menunjukkan asonansi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah seperti identifikasi data, analisis klasifikasi data, penyajian data, dan mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam karya Maulid Sharaf al-Anam karya Syekh Shihab al-Din al-Harir, terdapat bentuk-bentuk saja'yang meliputi Saja' Mutharraf, Saja' Mutawazi, dan Saja' Murashasha'. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang kekayaan sastra dalam Maulid Sharaf al-Anam, serta memperluas wawasan penggunaan saja' dalam konteks teks keagamaan. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang Balaghah dan sastra keagamaan.

Abstract

Analisis aliran daya (load flow) merupakan langkah penting dalam perencanaan dan operasi sistem tenaga listrik, terutama dalam memastikan kestabilan tegangan, efisiensi operasi, serta mendeteksi potensi permasalahan pada jaringan distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aliran daya pada sistem distribusi IEEE 33 bus menggunakan metode Newton-Raphson yang diimplementasikan melalui perangkat lunak ETAP. Sistem IEEE 33 bus merupakan representasi jaringan distribusi radial yang umum digunakan sebagai standar pengujian. Metode Newton-Raphson dipilih karena kemampuannya yang tinggi dalam konvergensi cepat dan akurasi tinggi, meskipun membutuhkan perhitungan numerik kompleks. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan profil tegangan di setiap bus, arus pada masing-masing cabang, serta total rugi-rugi daya aktif dalam sistem. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah nilai tegangan berada dalam batas yang diperbolehkan (±5% dari tegangan nominal) serta untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi dengan rugi-rugi daya terbesar. Dengan demikian, hasil analisis ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kualitas daya dan efisiensi sistem distribusi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ETAP sangat membantu dalam visualisasi dan analisis sistem distribusi secara menyeluruh dan efisien.
