Artikel ini membahas mengenai dinamika dan tantangan civic governance and good governance dalam konteks penerapan kebijakan desentralisasi pendidikan di Indonesia dengan fokus orientasi utama bagaimana kebijakan desentralisasi pendidikan itu menerapkan serta menyelenggarakan pendidikan berdasarkan prinsip – prinsip civic governance yaitu berbasis pada penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang berbasis pada partisipasi warga negara dan good governance yang mensyaratkan adanya transparansi dalam proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan secara komprehensif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan Metode Kajian pustaka Pustaka atau Literatur mencakup berbagai gagasan atau teori yang saling berhubungan secara erat dan didukung oleh data dari sumber pustaka. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dilakukan melalui studi mendalam terhadap buku, literatur, catatan, serta laporan yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dikaji penelitian ini mengkaji agar civic governance dan good governance dapat diimpelementasikan dalam kebijakan pendidikan berdasarikan prinsip-prinsip partisipatif, transparan, akuntabel, keadilan dan integritas yang dapat dipertajnggungjawabkan secara publik. Kebijakan pendidikan di era otonomi daerah berdasarkan prinsip civic governance dan good governance perlu didukung oleh seluruh stakeholders Pemerintahan Daerah dan Non Government Organizations (N.G.O) bidang pendidikan.

Artikel ini membahas tantangan nation and character building dalam konteks masyarakat majemuk, dengan fokus pada bagaimana identitas yang majemuk dikelola dalam pembentukan karakter bangsa. Dalam era globalisasi, setiap negara dihadapkan pada tantangan mempertahankan jati diri bangsa serta mengelola potensi konflik identitas yang muncul. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode kajian pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana nasionalisme, identitas etnis, dan agama dapat dikelola agar tidak mengancam integrasi sosial. Berdasarkan analisis berbagai praktik di berbagai negara, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan identitas harus dilakukan secara proporsional dan inklusif agar dapat memperkuat kohesivitas sosial, serta mendukung pembangunan karakter nasional yang positif. Selain itu, pendidikan dan kebijakan memegang peran penting dalam menciptakan kohesi dan integrasi yang mendalam dalam masyarakat majemuk. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung dialog antar kelompok etnis, agama sebagai cara untuk memperkuat nasionalisme yang sehat, mencegah disintegrasi, dan mencapai pembangunan bangsa yang lebih stabil dan harmonis.

Aplikasi Dana merupakan suatu layanan keuangan digital yang memberikan kemudahan kepada penggunanya. Terdapat respon negatif pada aplikasi Dana yaitu, Pengguna mengeluh bahwa untuk mengupgrade akun premium sangat sulit, dan juga terjadi kehilangan saldo secara tiba-tiba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode HEART Metrics sebagai pengukurusan pengalaman pengguna . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengalaman pengguna aplikasi Dana berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Happiness mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,787 status tercapai, Engagement mendapatkan nilai 0,665 status tidak tercapai dan perlu perbaikan, Adopsi mendapatkan nilai 0,787 status tercapai, Retention mendapatkan nilai 0,742 status tercapai, Task Success mendapatkan nilai 0,756 dengan status tercapai. Perlu dilakukan perbaikan atau peningkatan terhadap variabel Engagement agar mendapatkan nilai yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.

The motive on this thesis is to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT Citra Mandiri Distribution. This study refers to Slovin's theory for data sampling with a margin of error of 5% from a population of 165, so the number of samples is 117 respondents at PT Citra Mandiri Distribution. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Check the data using validation and reliability, data analysis used using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), with 2 hypothesis testing t test and F test which process uses SPSS version 26 software. The results of the coefficient of determination in the study shows that there is a correlation between service quality and product quality with a purchase decision variable of 64.7%. The results of multiple linear regression test of service quality variables have an effect of 18.1% on purchasing decisions and product quality have an effect of 25% on purchasing decisions. The calculated F value on the dependent variable is fully larger than F table which means that the service quality and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on buying decision. The tourism industry will continue to develop according to the times that trigger hotel industry players to continue and to develop the quality of their business starting from the quality of services and facilities provided which are expected to make consumers feel satisfied with the services offered at the hotel. The population taken in this study were 5,768 visitors at Hans Inn. Furthermore,for the sampling is used accidental sampling with 258 respondents by using Isaac and Newton formulas and the data collected by using questionnaire. The data is anylzed with using multiple linear regression with program SPSS Version 25. The results in this study can be seen through the t test, for service quality 6,150 and 3,620 exceeds the t table which affects customer satisfaction. Also, the results of f test is 180.861 exceeds the f table, it means that the quality of service and facilities simultaneously affects customer satisfaction at Hans Inn Batam.

The rapid industrial development of Batam city has increased the basic human need for shelter. Buying property in the form of real estate or a home is also one of the best ways for many people to invest their money. This study aims to determine the influence of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decision. The sample used in this study is 134 respondents using a proaility sampling technique. The data processing process uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all research data are valid and reliable. From the results of the t-test we know that value (X1) promotion (X2) service quality (X3) > t table 1.978 with a significance <0.05. The f value shows calculated F > Ftable 2.69 and significance < 0.05, so it can be concluded that all independent variables are significant explanatory variables to the dependent

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Compensation, Leadership, and Work Environment towards employee performance. Population in this research contains all employees at PT Inti Hose Jaya Perkasa and all the members of the population were the sample. The collection’s data technique used questionnaire which was distributed using google form. The t test hypothesis test result shows that compensation has a positive sigificant effect toward employee performance with a t count > t table of 2.321 > 1.98157 and significance value 0.022 < 0.05, leadership has a positive significant effect toward employee performance with t count > t table of 4099 > 1.98157 and significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the work environment has a positive significant effect toward employee performance with a t count > t table of 4.977 > 1.98157 and significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Then the results of the F test shows that compensation, leadership and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance with a calculated F value > F table of 55.500 > 2.69 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050.

In the world of marketing is always closely related to what is called competition. Therefore, every company will definitely continue to compete in providing the best product and service offerings to customers in order to fulfill customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to discover how much for product quality and brand image effect to purchasing decisions at PT CIN Engineering. The sampling technique in this study is a random sampling technique, the population of PT PT CIN Engineering as many is 152 populations, the number samples of this research is 110 respondents. Data obtained by distributing the questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis was processed using multiple linear analysis. The test data quality in this study using validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test in this study using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. And the effect test uses multiple linear analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). While the hypothesis test in this study used the t test and the F test using the SPSS version 25 software program. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of PT CIN Engineering.
