Abstract

The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of Deli Serdang Regency designed a da'wah strategy to overcome the phenomenon of promiscuity among the youth of Pantai Labu District. This approach is carried out in response to the increase in deviant behavior among adolescents which is influenced by a lack of parental supervision and an unconducive environment. The main goal of this program is to foster adolescents to have integrity and strong religious awareness through da'wah coaching. The methods used include collaboration with religious institutions such as BKPRMI, Baznas, as well as the police and village officials. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data analysis techniques using data collection, reduction and data presentation. In addition, counseling and seminars were carried out on the dangers of drugs, gambling, and promiscuity involving local students. Da'wah safari activities and youth assistance in coastal and minority areas are also part of this program. The results of the study show that this program has a positive impact by increasing adolescents' awareness of religious values and morality. There are still obstacles such as limited funds and lack of support from various parties. In conclusion, MUI Deli Serdang's da'wah planning based on collaboration and community approach has proven to be effective in reducing the number of promiscuity, but needs further support to expand its scope

Abstract

Indonesian has a role as the national language as well as the official language of the country, so it needs to be fostered and developed as a standard language. However, this development effort is often hampered by interference or deviation caused by the influence of regional languages, which is still strong in Indonesian society. Even among students, who are supposed to write scientific papers according to official languae rgules, language interference still occurs. This condition can hinder effective communication and should no longer be found in students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to describe the phenomenon under study systematically, factually, and accurately. Data were collected through observation with the help of written texts in the form of free essays. The results showed that there were four forms of Acehnese morphological interference in the writing of Universitas Bumi Persada students who were undergoing teacher practice in Paya Tebang Village. The four words consist of three basic words-Rumoh, Pinto, and mangat-and one repeated word, namely grop-grop. In order to preserve Indonesian as the identity of the nation and the official language of the state, the use of these forms of interference must be avoided. If left unchecked, such interference can undermine the uniformity and accuracy of the Indonesian language in accordance with the applicable rules.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of students' use of local languages on their skills and abilities in Indonesian. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method as the primary data collection technique. Random sampling was applied to ensure a diverse and representative respondent pool. The subjects of this study were UNBP students from various backgrounds who actively use both Indonesian and local languages in their daily interactions. The results revealed that local languages serve as the main communication tool among students who come from the same ethnic group or region. They are still widely used in different contexts, not only in non-formal settings, such as interactions with friends and family, but also in formal environments, including during the lecture process and academic discussions. This indicates that students tend to switch between languages depending on the context, a phenomenon commonly referred to as diglossia. Furthermore, the findings suggest that the use of local languages influences students' proficiency in Indonesian. While some students can transition smoothly between the two languages, others face challenges in using Indonesian correctly and effectively, particularly in formal writing and verbal expression. This difficulty is often attributed to linguistic interference, where structures, vocabulary, or pronunciation from local languages influence the way students construct sentences in Indonesian. Overall, the study highlights that the dominance of local languages in daily interactions has a noticeable impact on students' Indonesian language skills. Although local languages play an essential role in preserving cultural identity and fostering a sense of belonging, their extensive use may also affect students' ability to communicate in standard Indonesian, particularly in academic and professional contexts. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing students' Indonesian language proficiency while maintaining the richness and diversity of local languages. Future studies could explore effective strategies for bilingual education to ensure a balanced development of both languages among students.

Abstract

WhatsApp API is a service from WhatsApp that allows you to connect with other software that can carry out two-way communication. Inventory is a resource that is provided either for production materials or finished products that are provided to meet consumer demand. Meanwhile, finished products are goods that have been processed from raw materials into ready-to-use goods. Currently the inventory system of PT. Cita Pangan Nusantara Berkah is still processing data on the finished product after production using excel and manual software, but the process is still not running optimally and is less efficient in disseminating finished product data quickly so that sometimes the service between management and service to customers is less than optimal. However, with the results of this study, a web application that utilizes the WhatsApp API is able to disseminate data on the finished product faster than usual.
