This community service activity aims to improve the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a training program focused on business management, product marketing strategies, and the use of digital technology. The program employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) as its method, emphasizing active participant participation through interactive workshops and direct mentoring. The program was implemented in July 2024 and involved 30 participants from various MSME sectors in the Muara Dua sub-district. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' understanding of business management, marketing strategy development, and increased confidence in adopting new technologies. Technology implementation was evident in the use of social media as a primary tool in MSME product marketing strategies. Furthermore, this activity also had a positive impact on increasing revenue and expanding market reach for entrepreneurs. Strengthening networks between MSMEs, local governments, and local communities contributes to the creation of a sustainable and competitive business ecosystem in the future.

Society of Lingkungan VIII Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Medan City utilizes the Al-Buchari Mosque as a means of worshiping and gaining knowledge for the Muslim community. However, Al-Buchari Mosque still uses water containers to wash the hands of its worshipers in order to prevent the transmission of the Sars-Cov 2 virus, which is an increasingly worrying situation. Medan Johor District is a red zone area in terms of the spread of the Sars-Cov 2 Virus. Based on data from the Corona Pandemic Prevention Task Force, Medan City has had more than 1000 positive cases of Covid-19 in the city of Medan. This is due to the lack of public awareness of the importance of washing hands, maintaining distance, and wearing masks. One of the effective ways to prevent the transmission of the Sars Cov-2 virus is to create a sink that does not require us to hold it but control it with our feet. So that the spread of the virus through hand media can be avoided. With this non-contact hand washing, people who worship at the Al-Buchari Mosque will minimize the transmission of the Sars Cov-2 virus through hand media.

Low technological literacy and an ecosystem for developing innovation and creation that is not built at the village level are one of the reasons why the village is not developing. The use of information technology can be a medium that connects the community and village government. The village government can utilize information technology to deliver services related to governance and village development as well as fostering and developing community empowerment. This service will focus on increasing digital literacy to support communities that are resilient in digitizing MSME activities.

The Tani Melati Group located in Desa Bekiung, Kecamatan Kuala, Kabupaten Langkat is a farmer group that pioneered the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot larvae, currently capable of producing about 10 kg of maggot larvae per week. The existence of this farmer group is very helpful for the community and the local government in managing the existing organic waste. Production of maggot larvae in this village is improving the quality of feed, but is hampered by the need for a roasting oven for drying BSF maggots. This service aims to assist partners in improving the quality of BSF Maggot to be used as animal feed using the BSF Maggot Roast oven drying machine and to socialize the post-harvest processing of BSF Maggot feed into freshwater floating fish. The socialization activity of making floating fish feed with Maggot BSF as the main protein source was carried out by comparing the protein sources of fish scales with maggots. The conclusion of this service activity is that there is an additional tool for managing BSF Maggot as animal feed in the form of BSF Maggot Roast Drying technology which has great potential in improving the quality, quantity, and expiration of the BSF Maggot which is getting longer. In addition, partners also gain new knowledge in the form of how to manage BSF maggots into floating fish feed that can be used in freshwater fish farming. This service output program includes fish feed training services, procurement of drying technology using a roasting oven, activity videos, and scientific articles.
