Abstract

Pekerja di bagian packaging industri manufaktur makanan kerap mengalami keluhan fisik akibat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis dan aktivitas berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ergonomi tempat kerja dengan pendekatan Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) untuk mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan potensi kegagalan dari aspek ergonomi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi selama 20 hari, penyebaran kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM), serta wawancara dengan supervisor. Analisis risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode perhitungan Risk Priority Number (RPN). Hasil menunjukkan tingkat risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSDs) berada pada kategori tinggi, terutama pada area punggung bawah, leher, dan bahu, dengan skor tertinggi pada satu pekerja mencapai 77. Beberapa prioritas perbaikan yang diusulkan meliputi desain ulang meja packing satu arah, penggunaan pallet lift, dan penambahan pencahayaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya integrasi aspek ergonomi dalam desain area kerja untuk menurunkan risiko cedera dan meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja.

Abstract

Islam as a guideline for human life to achieve true happiness, both worldly andhereafter happiness. In the Qur'an it is stated that, marriage is happiness (sakinah).From marriage it is expected to get offspring, tranquility and peace. Early marriagethat has occurred lately because it usually leads to disobedience and adulterywhose victims are mostly young people. Pros and cons have emerged against earlymarriage, some support it and some reject it. This study aims: 1) to find out theimplementation of early marriage in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency, (2) tofind out the Islamic legal review of early marriage in Peusangan District, BireuenRegency. This study is a field study using a qualitative approach, implemented inPeusangan District, Bireuen Regency. Data collection techniques throughinterviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carriedout through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results ofthe study indicate that early marriage in Peusangan District is due to economicfactors, dating factors, mutual liking factors, and family customs factors that havebecome habits. However, households that marry at an early age are lessharmonious and happy, because there are often household disputes and quarrels.A review of Islamic law on early marriage in Peusangan District, Regency,according to Islamic law, the opinion of religious leaders is valid, the mostimportant thing is that the marriage meets the requirements and pillars of marriage.However, on the other hand, we must also look at the benefit side.

Abstract

Gampong Mee Tanjong Usi is located in Mutiara Timur District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province, and has residents whose main livelihood is as farmers. The dense population makes agricultural land scarce. Aquaponic cultivation system is an innovation offered as a solution. The Aquaponics system combines a hydroponic system and an aquaculture system. This PKM activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the “Mee Meuhase” group from Gampong Mee Tajong Usi in managing aquaponic systems, producing local food products and increasing income. The implementation method begins with observation and outreach, training and assistance in creating an Aquaponics system, application of technology as well as monitoring and evaluation of program sustainability. The fish seeds cultivated are tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and the vegetables grown are spinach (Amaranthus sp) and pokcoy (Brassica rapa L.). As a result of the implementation of the activity, the activity went well with high enthusiasm from the participants. Education and training that assembles, manages aquaponic systems, produces environmentally friendly products, increases environmental awareness and helps increase income.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the work environment and leadership influence employee performance, with work discipline serving as a mediating factor. The study was conducted at BUMDes Barokah, located in Pulau Lawas Village, Bangkinang District. A quantitative approach was used, involving 30 employees selected through a census technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and analysis employed multiple regression and Sobel test to examine the mediation effect. The results show that both the work environment and leadership have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Additionally, work discipline significantly mediates the relationship between these two variables and performance outcomes. This indicates that a supportive work environment and effective leadership must be complemented by strong employee discipline to improve performance. The findings suggest that BUMDes management should focus on creating a conducive workplace and applying participative leadership while also strengthening work discipline to enhance productivity and achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

Indikator ekonomi makro yang kerap dipakai untuk melihat keberhasilan pembangunan adalah Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Dengan membandingkan nilai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto yang berhasil dicapai dari tahun ke tahun maka akan terlihat bagaimana perkembangan tingkat keberhasilan pembangunan tersebut. Untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji gambaran kegiatan perekonomian di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, berdasarkan basis ekonomi sektoral, pergeseran struktur ekonomi dan analisis Overlay, baik pada masa sebelum maupun sesudah diterapkannya otonomi daerah. Ruang lingkup penelitian hanya dibatasi pada variabel PDRB beserta komponen-komponennya di daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro, penelitian ini berbentuk survai atas data-data atau variabel makro ekonomi beserta komponen-komponen lainnya, yang telah dikumpulkan oleh suatu instansi/badan tertentu. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Shift-Share, Analisis Location Quotient dan Analisis Overlay. Berdasarkan analisis overlay, diketahui bahwa antara masa sebelum diterapkannya otonomi daerah (tahun 1994-2000) dengan masa sesudah diterapkannya otonomi daerah (tahun 2001-2004), terdapat perbedaan dalam hal sektor dominan yang dapat dikembangkan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya dana desa merupakan dana yang di anggarkan dari pemerintah pusat agar desa dapat melaksanakan pembangunan terlebih pembangunan pada potensi yang dimiliki desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kontribusi program dana desa terhadap pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat perdesaan di kecamatan Grabagan kabupaten Tuban. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang kontribusi dana desa yang di anggarkan tahun 2018 terhadap pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat.Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptifkualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan yang dianggarkan dari dana desa tahun 2018 terhadap pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat adalah pembangunan pada sektor pertanian dan pembangunan pada sektor pariwisata. Pembangunan pada sektor pertanian terletak pada pembangunan jalan usaha tani atau JUT yang dapat memperlancar akses mobilitas pertanian dan mengurangi biaya Pertani sehingga biaya-biaya yang seharusnya di keluarkan dapat terminimalisir. Sedangkan pada sektor pariwisata pembangunan di laksanakan pada pembangunan peningkatan sarana prasarana fasilitas pendukung objek wisata desa agar menarik penggunjung yang datang sehingga warga yang mencari tambahan penghasilan dengan berdagang maupun menjadi petugas objek wisata tetap mendapatkan penghasilan dari tempat wisata tersebut. Jadi pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat perdesaan di kecamatan Grabagan kabupaten Tuban yang di anggarkan dari dana desa tahun 2018 adalah ada pada sektor Pertanian dan sektor Pariwisata yang mana pembangunan tersebut dapat menambah penghasilan masyarakat.

Abstract

Concrete is a construction material that has characteristics including; compressive strength, workability, durability and so on are used because they have the advantage of being quite durable constituent materials. Concrete has a high compressive strength value which is required to be greater than or equal to 41.4 MPa listed in SNI 03-6468-2000. The water cement factor (FAS) value is the ratio of the weight of water to the weight of cement which greatly influences the quality/compressive strength of concrete. The more air means the greater the FAS, the easier the concrete is to work with, but the quality decreases. The use of Superplasticizer Admixture, a type of water reduction, is expected to increase the compressive strength of concrete with a good level of workability. In this research, the additional ingredient Sikament NN was produced by PT. Sika Indonesia which is a Type F Superplasticizer with varying doses, namely 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6% and 1.8% of the cement weight. The maximum concrete compressive strength value obtained was 43.97 MPa at a Sikament NN dosage of 1.4% of the cement weight, which is the optimal Sikament NN dosage for compressive strength values. At this dose, the concrete slump value is 8.2 cm. The maximum slump value obtained was 24.08 cm in concrete with a Sikament NN dosage of 1.8% by weight of cement.

Abstract

Aggregate is the main component in making concrete with an amount reaching 70%-75% of the total volume of concrete. Fine aggregate itself generally occupies 25%-65% of the total aggregate volume. The large use of concrete in construction is followed by a large demand for sand. The use of charcoal from coconut shell waste as a partial substitute for sand in concrete has been studied to show an increase in the compressive strength of concrete mixed with coconut shell charcoal in certain doses. This study examines the effect of partial substitution of sand with coconut shell charcoal on the compressive strength of concrete with variations of 6%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, and 9% of the weight of the sand. In addition, comparative test objects were also made without a mixture of charcoal which was normal concrete. The results of the study showed an increase in the compressive strength of concrete mixed with charcoal in all variations compared to normal concrete. The maximum concrete compressive strength was obtained at 263.7 kg/cm2, an increase of 17.2% compared to normal concrete, occurring at 8% coconut shell charcoal substitution which was the optimum dose for concrete compressive strength in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of road conditions on the fatigue life of coil springs using the strain life approach. This approach is accomplished by measuring the strain signal in the coil spring at the front of the car with a strain gauge at the component's critical point. Three different types of roads, namely flat roads, uphill roads, and downhill roads were chosen to test the strain signals obtained. After analysis, it was found that the fatigue life of the coil spring on the downhill road had the lowest value of 1.52e+4 cycles before it broke. This value is 54% lower than the fatigue life on flat roads and 96% lower than on uphill roads. This result is due to the braking factor on the way down which puts a higher tension on the coil springs, reducing their fatigue life. This study can contribute to the automotive industry to consider different road conditions in the design and testing of their products, especially in critical components such as coil springs. The strain life approach has also been shown to be effective in evaluating the fatigue life of automobile components, which can help improve vehicle quality and safety.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of road surface contours on fatigue life of coil springs and lower suspension arm. In this study, strain gauge was affixed to the critical point of the minibus front suspension coil springs based on stress distribution. Strain signal obtained was analyzed using the Coffin-Manson, Morrow, and SWT approaches. From the results of the chemical composition test, it was found that the coil springs were made of SAE 5160 and lower suspension arm made of AISI 1513. From the results of this study it can be concluded that when the vehicle drive on the damaged road, coil spring and lower suspension arm received greater stress so that provide shorter fatigue life. Fatigue life of coil spring on rough roads is 16% lower than city roads and 7% lower than flat roads. Whereas fatigue life of lower suspension arm on rough roads is 27% lower than city roads and 0.03% lower than flat roads. So that the coil spring components fail faster than the lower suspension arm. This is because the contour of the road surface provides a vertical load so that it is in accordance with the function of the coil spring which works to reduce the load vertically while the lower suspension arm function holds the load when turning.
