Abstract

Dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang cepat dan kompleks, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor percetakan di Kota Palembang perlu mengadopsi pendekatan yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diaplikasikan adalah Continuous Improvement atau Kaizen. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai penerapan Kaizen pada industi UMKM percetakan di Kota Palembang serta mengidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan usaha. Melalui metode penelitian yang komprehensif, kami menganalisis praktik Kaizen yang diterapkan oleh UMKM percetakan, mulai dari konsep dasar hingga implementasi di lapangan. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup proses perbaikan yang dilakukan, kendala yang dihadapi, serta manfaat yang diperoleh oleh UMKM percetakan tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan jika sebelum dilakukan sosialisasi KAIZEN terhadap karyawan dan proses bisnis percetakan ditemukan lamanya proses pelayanan dan penyelsaian pesanan serta memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang penerapan KAIZEN serta manfaatnya bagi industri UMKM percetakan ini.

Abstract

Jalan di Desa Aursati memiliki panjang jalan 4000 m dan lebar jalan 5 meter yang digunakan sebagai prasarana transportasi darat untuk menghubungkan satu tempat ke tempat lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Kondisi jalan yang baik digambarkan dengan tidak adanya kerusakan jalan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, pemetaan kerusakan jalan dapat dilakukan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (GIS) untuk memperoleh informasi data yang lebih informatif dalam waktu singkat, efisien, serta memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan PKM adalah untuk membuat pemetaan kerusakan jalan dengan SIG di Desa Aursati Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Tahapan pelaksana kegiatan PKM ini meliputi administrasi desa, Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), tahapan persiapan alat dan bahan untuk kegiatan survey lapangan, pengolahan data dan pembuatan peta menggunakan aplikasi ArcGIS, dan sosialisasi dari hasil kegiatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah pemetaan yang memberikan informasi kondisi jalan dalam keadaan baik berdasarkan simbol lingkaran warna hijau, sedangkan  kondisi sedang diberikan simbol lingkaran warna merah yang terdapat pada 4 titik. Lokasi luas retak dari panjang keseluruhan jalan yang di ukur mulai STA 02+000 – STA 04+000 adalah 81,83%, Rata-rata lebar retak 74 mm, Jumlah lubang 35 buah kerusakan dan rata-rata kedalaman rutting/bekas roda tidak terdapat kerusakan bekas roda.

Abstract

Abstract Replanting activities on oil palm land will leave solid waste of oil palm trunks. Efforts to utilize it will provide a solution to reduce the impact of environmental pollution, as a business opportunity for business units in the wood sector, and can be an alternative material to replace commercial wood. However, the implementation of a business based on palm oil stem raw materials still requires assistance in the timber industry. The aim of the activity is to provide business innovation solutions for the use of palm oil trunk waste as raw material for panel door products in wood processing business units. The problem-solving method is carried out by providing skills training to timber industry partners in the Tapung District, Kampar Regency and Pekanbaru City. The results of the activity have been able to provide partners with technical understanding and calculation of the economic value of panel door production from palm oil stem raw materials. Technically and economically implementing the business of utilizing oil palm trunks can compete with other commercial wood panel door materials, and can provide business opportunities for the timber industry unit in the future. Abstrak Kegiatan replanting pada lahan sawit akan menyisakan limbah padat batang kelapa sawit. Upaya pemanfaatannya akan memberikan solusi untuk mengurangi dampak pencemaran lingkungan, sebagai peluang bisnis bagi unit usaha di bidang perkayuan, serta dapat menjadi bahan alternatif pengganti kayu komersial. Namun, penerapan bisnis berbasis bahan baku batang kelapa sawit masih perlu pendampingan pada industri perkayuan. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk memberikan solusi inovasi bisnis terhadap pemanfaatan limbah batang sawit sebagai bahan baku produk pintu panel di unit-unit usaha pengolahan kayu. Metode pemecahan masalah dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan keterampilan pada mitra industri perkayuan di wilayah Kecamatan Tapung, Kabupaten Kampar dan Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil kegiatan telah dapat memberikan pemahaman teknis dan perhitungan nilai ekonomis produksi pintu panel dari bahan baku batang kelapa sawit pada mitra. Penerapan bisnis pemanfaatan batang kelapa sawit secara teknis dan ekonomis dapat bersaing dengan bahan pintu panel dari kayu komersial lainnya, serta dapat memberikan peluang bisnis bagi unit industri perkayuan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Introduction: This research is a case study that comprehensively analyzes the use of social media as a self-development media with disabilities. Specifically, the benefits of using social media against users with disabilities. In this digital era, it is supposed that digital-based media is used to develop themselves, including those with disabilities. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of social media use of the self- development of the disabled in Aceh, especially the city of Banda Aceh. Methods: The research is qualitatively based, using in-depth interview methods and Interpersonal communication theory. Results: The results showed that the use of social media has provided greater space and opportunity for people with disabilities to interact and mingle with non-disability persons, increase confidence and optimistic attitude to appear in public as well as in living life, able to seek income, improve the sympathy and awareness of the public to support them, available space and the opportunity to prove self to the community that people with disabilities can also contribute and go public.

Abstract

Introduction: Etymologically, Rajab derives from a Semitic root that refers to the act of consecration and glorification. The verb tarjīb means to glorify and sanctify someone or something. The first Hadith: “Rajab is the month of Allah, Shac bān is my month and Ramaḍān is my people’s month.but do not ignore the first Friday night in Rajab. Methods: This research is a qualitative type, using methods of interviews, in-depth interviews and observations. Here's the research flow framework, Data was obtained from everyone who participated in the celebration. Results: Based on the data obtained from the community and the observation found that with the celebration of Rajab culture has made a positive influence on the social life of society. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study showed that the culture of Rajab celebration has had positive influences, including the availability of space to socialize and exchange ideas, increase social awareness, become social recreation spaces that eliminate urban stress.

Abstract

Purpose: This theoretical article is intended for complex analysis of complicated phenomena and processes of the promotion of creativity and creative changes in the main areas of the contemporary social and economic life. To reduce the spread of the virus around the world is by way of humanitarian arrangements. Films are one of the media capable of influencing human behavior because films are not only entertainment but also mass communication media capable of influencing human emotions. Methods: This research is descriptive qualitative, describes, and analyzes events or a phoneme. Researchers use interaction theory and the theory of stimulus - organism - response (SOR). The data collection techniques of this research were interviews and visual documentation. The informants were those who had watched the film The Flu. Results: Based on the data obtained from the informants and the symbol analysis found that with the film The Flu is able to influence and set human behavior in pandemic conditions, especially in dealing with the Covid-19. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study showed that the film The Flu had as succeeded in increasing the awareness and seriousness of many people in stopping this pandemic, to setting up behavior to be more alert, vigilant, obeying all the gifts from health organizations and the government, one of which is aware of social distancing and physical distancing in daily activities.

Abstract

Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Sejahtera Padang sebagai lembaga ekonomi rakyat kecil yang berupaya mengembangkan usaha produktif dan investasi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi usaha mikro dan kecil berdasarkan prinsip syariah dan koperasi, yang dapat memberikan pelayanan kebutuhan akan modal pada masyarakat, pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil bisa mendapatkan bantuan modal dari produk-produk pembiayaan yang disediakan seperti: Mudharabah, Qardul Hasan, Musyarakah, Ba’i Bitsamal Ajil, dan Murabahah. Pelaksanaan prinsip syariah pada Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Sejahtera Padang melalui sistem akad persekutuan (mudharabah dan musyarakah) sebagai metoda pemenuhan kebutuhan akan modal dalam memberdayakan usaha mikro dan kecil, namun dari prinsip-prinsip syariah tersebut KJKS-BMT lebih cendrung menggunakan sistem akad jual beli (murabahah) karena kelenturan dan keluwesannya, yang mudah dipahami oleh nasabah/anggota dan kecil resikonya. Kedua, Hambatan yang dihadapi Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah Baitu Maal Wat Tamwi Sejahtera Padang maupun dari pihak penerima pembiayaan modal kerja yaitu permasalahan internal dan eksternal seperti rendahnya sumber daya insani, kopetensi pihak-pihak terkait (stake holder), dan belum adanya aturan hukum positif secara khusus yang mengatur serta lemahnya pengawasan. Upaya penyelesaianya dengan cara melakukan berbagai langkah yaitu, lebih profesional dan melakukan pembinaan kepada pengelola maupun anggota.

Abstract

The study was conducted on the staff of the Bireuen DPRK Secretariat, with the objectives being 1). Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance, 2). Knowing the effect of loyalty on employee performance, 3). Knowing how the influence of mutations on employee performance, and 4). Knowing work experience, loyalty and mutation to the performance of the staff of the Bireuen Regency House of Representatives (DPRK). This research is in the form of quantitative research with a survey of 53 employees by collecting data through a questionnaire. And the method of data analysis with statistics with the path analysis approach. The results obtained: a). There are direct and indirect effects of work experience, based on work loyalty and employee mutations on employee performance by 25.49 percent. b). There are direct and indirect effects of work loyalty, based on work experience and employee mutations on employee performance by 24.22 percent. and c). There are direct and indirect effects of employee mutations based on work experience and work loyalty on employee performance by 27.78 percent. Based on the size of the coefficient of determination of 0.776 explains that the contribution of aspects of work experience, work loyalty and employee mutations to the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRK Bireuen by 77.6%. While the rest (residual value) of the role of the variables not examined was 22.4%, showing that there are other factors that can affect performance variables, such as income, organizational climate, leadership, work facilities, and others

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze the Influence of work discipline, work motivation, compensation and leadership style on the performance of the employees of RSUD Datu Beru Takengon. The study was conducted on a sample of 213 employees with data collection through questionnaires and data analysis with a quantitative approach based on path analysis. The results showed that; a) there is a significant positive effect of employee discipline on their performance of 9.14%, b) there is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance of 8.75%, c) there is a positive influence of compensation factors on employee performance that is 9.10 %, and d) there is a significant effect of leadership style variable on employee performance by 8.45%, and e) there is a simultaneous effect of work discipline, work motivation, compensation and leadership style on employee performance at Datu Beru Takengon Central Aceh Hospital of 35.7 %.

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about 1) The influence of psychological factors on employee job satisfaction, 2). The influence of social factors on employee job satisfaction, 3). The influence of physical factors on employee job satisfaction, 4) The influence of financial factors on employee job satisfaction, and 5). The influence of psychological factors, social factors, physical factors and financial factors on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted on 57 employees at the Bappeda office, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. With the research instrument using a questionnaire and statistical path analysis methods. The results showed that; 1) There is a significant influence of psychological factors on employee job satisfaction, giving a positive contribution of 20.19%. 2) The test results show the influence of social factors on employee job satisfaction by 23.47%, 3). Physical factors of the work environment of Bappeda Bireuen Regency employees also have a significant effect on employee satisfaction by 18.58%. 4). And employee financial factors affect employee job satisfaction, and is the biggest factor among the factors studied, namely 24.47%. 5) Simultaneously, the four factors analyzed, namely psychological, social, physical and financial factors, showed a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction of Bappeda employees of Bireuen Regency by 86.8%. While the rest (salvage value) the role of the variables not examined is 13.2%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect the employee job satisfaction variable, including; organizational climate, employee education and training, leadership and others
