Abstract

This research is to see the influence of Human Resources and Internal Control Systems on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD). The population and sample in this study were all BPPKAD Sukoharjo Regency employees. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with primary data obtained using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The research results showed that human resources have an influence on the quality of local government financial reports, so that as human resource competency increases, the quality of local government financial reports will increase. And the internal control system also influences the quality of local government financial reports, this shows that the more the internal control system improves, the quality of local government financial reports will increase.

Abstract

Requirements Engineering Quality (REQ) has a large influence on the success of a software project. A systematic literature review (SLR) is conducted to get complete information about REQ. SLR reviewed 46 relevant publications from 2016 – 2022, sourced from three literature sources: Science Direct, Scopus, and IEEE. Based on the SLR, it is known that, generally, the artifacts processed for REQ are text requirements. The quality standards for REQ that are widely used are ISO/IEEE/IEC 29148 and IEEE 830, while the quality variables that are widely used are correctness, completeness, consistency, and defects/faults found in RE. A number of methods are used to perform automatic REQ. The most widely used method in publications is NLP. This is in line with most artifacts used in REQ, such as text requirements.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen proyek pada CV. Phitu Sima Palembang, sebuah perusahaan konsultan konstruksi yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan proyek konstruksi. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, metode manajemen proyek diterapkan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi POM-QM sebagai alat bantu untuk perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pengendalian proyek. Pendekatan ini melibatkan analisis kebutuhan perusahaan, pelatihan karyawan, serta pendampingan dalam implementasi aplikasi POM-QM pada beberapa proyek yang sedang berjalan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi waktu penyelesaian proyek, pengurangan biaya operasional, dan peningkatan kemampuan tim dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Dengan hasil ini, diharapkan CV. Phitu Sima dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja manajemen proyeknya sehingga mampu meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di industri konstruksi.

Abstract

Sepeda motor merupakan kendaraan yang sangat diminati masyarakat. Harganya yang bisa dijangkau dan cara pembelian yang mudah menjadi faktor kenapa kendaraan ini banyak dimiliki. Perawatan sepeda motor secara berkala sangat penting dilakukan agar tidak menimbulkan masalah dalam pemakaian moda transportasi tersebut. Bengkel Yamaha PT. Thamrin Brothers Cabang Sako Kenten merupakan salah satu cabang bengkel resmi sepeda motor merek Yamaha yang dimiliki oleh PT. Thamrin Brothers yang fokus melayani perawatan sepeda motor merek Yamaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah pit sepeda motor yang tersedia, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja mekanik dan efektivitas pit sepeda motor pada bengkel tersebut. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan selama delapan jam kerja di dalam lima belas hari, diperoleh data jumlah rata-rata kedatangan pelanggan adalah 13 pelanggan, tingkat kedatangan pelangan sebesar 2,11 dan tingkat pelayanan pelanggan sebesar 1,19. Kemudian data tersebut digunakan dalam menentukan jumlah rata-rata pelanggan yang menunggu dalam sistem antrian adalah 2 pelanggan, rata-rata satu pelanggan menunggu dalam sistem antrian sebesar 2 pelanggan, probilitas mekanik untuk berada dalam kondisi sibuk adalah 0,19, dan jumlah pit yang optimal adalah 3 unit.

Abstract

This study is a case study that comprehensively analyzes the phenomenon of digital marketing. The benefits of digital marketing use are felt by users. Business feels a dependence on digital marketing, including the business of Aceh's traditional cakes, especially in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study generally describes the impact of digital marketing on the preservation of traditional cakes in the city of Aceh Besar. This research is a qualitative type, using an interview method, in-depth interviews, and observations of business. The results of the study it is known that digital marketing makes it easy for society to preserve Aceh's traditional cakes, build a spirit to promote it to the people of the world, provides an opportunity to reach audiences with a wider scope and modern society, gives space to the young generation to know and love Aceh's traditional cakes, an increasing number of people who know Aceh’s culture.

Abstract

The advancement of the movie industry makes it undeniable that wars between countries have occurred until now. It's just that the way of fighting is different. This study can conceptually illustrate the strategy of a country to attack another country by reconstructing the country's image negatively. The purpose of this study is to understand the representation of Japan as a colonizer in a Korean film entitled "Exhuma." This study employed a qualitative research design. The Exhuma film's symbol analysis research requires a wide range of data sources to support the interpretation of its meaning and messages. The primary source of data is the Exhuma film, where the researcher thoroughly examines the symbol elements to determine which symbols are there. The data is analyzed in seven stages: identification of symbols, analysis of literal meaning, relationship of symbols with context, consideration of interpretation, strengthening interpretation with supporting evidence, relationship of interpretation with themes, and drawing conclusions about the findings. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that in the film Exhuma, Japan is represented as a colonizer with two categories of historical and mythical symbols. Historical symbols are signs or symbols that depict the atrocities of Japanese colonization, based on adaptations of historical facts. While mystical symbols are signs or symbols that represent the atrocities of Japanese colonization based on supernatural or mystical beliefs and myths in the beliefs and culture of South Korean society.

Abstract

Poetry is one of the literary works whose emotional expression is sometimes difficult to understand. The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of emotion and its meaning in the poem "Ruang Hijau" by Natasha Rizky. This research implements a descriptive-qualitative paradigm type. Data was obtained from a book entitled "Kamu Tidak Istimewa." This book was written by Natasha Rizky herself. Published by Elex Media Komputindo. The data was obtained by copying and documenting it in a research draft. The process of data analysis in this study involves analysis involving data texts and in-depth analysis of each data text, followed by status analysis. The data text of the book was carefully read line by line to find the essence of each narrative by numbering each line. The results show that this poem contains only two emotional expressions, namely the emotional expressions of sadness and fear. While the expressions of joy, courage, and anger are not found in the poem, Expressions of sadness mean that sadness, pain, and fatigue are experienced. Expressions of fear mean weakness in the face of pressure, while the narrative of struggle symbolizes her hope for help. It also has the meaning of loneliness and longing for help from others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematik siswa melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Banyuasin III. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (action research) yang terdiri perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan tes, observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme berlangsung. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen proyek pada CV. Wahyu Jaya Persada Konsultan Palembang melalui penerapan metode penjadwalan proyek berbasis Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). Selama ini, perusahaan menghadapi kendala dalam pengendalian waktu proyek akibat belum digunakannya metode penjadwalan yang sistematis, sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian pekerjaan konstruksi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan teori dan praktik PDM, serta pendampingan dalam pembuatan jaringan kerja proyek menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Project. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PDM mampu memberikan visualisasi yang lebih jelas terhadap hubungan ketergantungan antar aktivitas, identifikasi jalur kritis proyek, serta estimasi durasi total proyek secara lebih akurat. Mitra merespons positif kegiatan ini dan menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh sangat bermanfaat dalam merencanakan dan mengendalikan proyek ke depan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan CV. Wahyu Jaya Persada Konsultan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan waktu proyek dan meminimalkan risiko keterlambatan. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi wujud kontribusi nyata akademisi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan di dunia industri lokal

Abstract

Background of the problem: Reading comprehension is a fundamental skill in learning, yet many students have difficulty in mastering it. Conventional learning methods are often less effective in increasing student engagement, so innovative learning models are needed. Purpose: To examine the effectiveness of STAD learning model in improving students' reading comprehension in grade VII at junior school South Halmahera. Method: This study used pre-experiment method with one-group pre-test and post-test design. The research sample consisted of 30 students, who were selected using cluster sampling techniques. Data was collected through reading comprehension tests before and after the application of the STAD model. Data analysis was conducted using t-test to measure the significance of differences in pre-test and post-test results. Result: The pre-test mean score was 55.30, while the post-test mean score increased to 77.40. The t-test result (19.55) was greater than the t-table (1.699) at a significant level of 0.05 with a degree of freedom (df) of 29. This shows that there is a significant increase in reading comprehension after the application of the STAD model. Implication: The results of this study indicate that the STAD learning model can be used as an effective strategy to improve students' reading comprehension. Therefore, it is recommended for educators to apply this model in learning to improve student learning outcomes, as well as develop further research to see its effectiveness in other subjects.
