Abstract

Protein intake is the main determinant in the survival, growth and development of the embryo while weight gain during pregnancy is needed to support the development and growth of the fetus in the womb. Birth weight is also related to the fulfillment of nutrition during pregnancy, where the fulfillment of maternal nutrition can be measured through its anthropometry, namely weight gain during pregnancy. This study aims to prove the relationship between the amount of protein intake and the weight gain of pregnant women during pregnancy with the baby's birth weight. This research method was analytic observational with a case control design. The research subjects were mothers who had babies with normal and low birth weight who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research instrument was using the SQ-FFQ questionnaire about protein intake with interviews by nutritionist enumerators. Statistical test was using Chi-square correlation. A total of 32 research subjects, the majority aged 20-35 years (81.2%), moderated educational status (62.5%), low economic status (50%), parity was not at risked (84.4%), weight gain was appropriated ( 56.3%) and low protein intake (53.1%). The chi-square test obtained a p value of 0.013 and a p value of 0.021, which means that there was a relationship between the amount of protein intake and the weight gain of pregnant women during pregnancy with the birth weight of the baby.

Abstract

Background: Nursing performance is the ability and skill associated with the description of a nurse's duties based on standards of nursing care that consist of five components: assessment, diagnosis of nursing, planning, implementation and evaluation. The factors affecting a nurse's performance are age, motivation and work stress. Purpose: To analyze the relationship of age, motivation, work stress with the performance of nurses inpatient unit. Methods: The study used cross-sectional with 115 nursing chosen by simple random sampling technique. Instrument used were questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi Square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: The analysis results used Chi Square tests p values of age (p=0,005), motivation (p=0,009), and work stress (p=0,000).  The analysis results used multiple logistic regression of p value and Exp B of age variable (p=0,029; Exp B=5,843), motivation (p=0,038; Exp B=4,745) and work stress (p=0,000; Exp B= 23,914). Conclusion: In this study there was a correlation between age, motivation, work stress with the performance of nurse inpatient unit At RSD Idaman Banjarbaru City. The dominant variable was work stress.   Keywords: Age; Motivation; Nursing; Performance; Work Stress.   Pendahuluan: Kinerja perawat adalah kemampuan dan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan uraian tugas seorang perawat berdasarkan standar asuhan keperawatan yang terdiri dari lima komponen yaitu pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seorang perawat antara lain umur, motivasi dan stress kerja. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan umur, motivasi, stress kerja dengan kinerja perawat ruang rawat inap. Metode: Desain penelitian mengggunakan crosss sectional melibatkan 115 perawat dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis statistik dengan uji Chi Square dan analisis regresi logistik berganda. Hasil: Hasil analisis dengan Chi Square menunjukkan nilai p variabel umur (p=0,005), motivasi (p=0,009), dan stress kerja (p=0,000).  Hasil analisis dengan regresi logistik berganda menujukkan nilai p dan Exp B variabel umur (p=0,029; Exp B=5,843), motivasi (p=0,038; Exp B=4,745) dan stress kerja (p=0,000; Exp B= 23,914). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara umur dengan kinerja perawa, terdapat hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja perawat, terdapat hubungan stress kerja dengan kinerja perawat ruang rawat inap di RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Variabel yang dominan yaitu variabel stress kerja.   Kata Kunci: Kinerja; Motivasi; Perawat; Stress Kerja; Umur.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of the DMR model on students' mathematical representation, reasoning and reversible thinking abilities. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a posttest only control design. The population consisted of class Data was collected through description tests and analyzed using normality, homogeneity and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (Manova) tests. Manova results show that students who use the DMR model have better mathematical representation, reasoning and reversible thinking abilities compared to students who use the conventional model (direct instruction). Therefore, the DMR model is suitable for use in the classroom learning process. The DMR learning model can be considered as an alternative choice for training students' mathematical representation, reasoning and reversible thinking abilities. Abstract

This research aims: to determine the system of providing working capital credit to PD. BPR Bahteramas North Kolaka. The variable in this research is the Working Capital Credit Provision System as a single variable. The population of this research is all employees at PD. BPR Bahteramas North Kolaka and customers, while the sample consists of (1) employees who have worked at least 1 year in the credit section of PD. BPR Bahteramas North Kolaka (2) employees who work to handle the process of granting credit to PD. BPR Bahteramas North Kolaka (3) working capital credit customers from 2020 to 2022 who have experience in procedures and lending credit funds to PD. BPR Bahteramas North Kolaka as many as 2 people. Data collection was carried out using documentation and interview techniques. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research state that the credit granting system to PD. BPR Bahteramas Kolaka Utara has been running well and effectively, in accordance with the procedures, conditions, criteria for whether it is eligible or not and the guidelines that have been set, however there are several things that must be addressed because there are still differences in the recommendation for credit approval and the granting of credit approval.Keywords: BPR, Credit Provision System, and Working Capital Credit

Abstract

Coconut (Cocos nucifera) is an Indonesian commodity that has high economic value tall. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is one of the processed coconut products whose selling value is very high, because The composition of VCO consists of medium-chain fatty acids that can maintain a healthy body and prevent various diseases. The process of making VCO used in This research is an enzymatic method using pineapple weevil as a bromelain enzyme. This study aims to determine the effect of enzymatic administration of VCO and an enzymatic dose of VCO which is effective in reducing urea and creatinine levels in hypercholesterolemic-diabetic male white rats (Rattus norvegicus). This study was an experimental laboratory with a modified pretest and posttest randomized controlled group design using 30 test animals which were divided into 6 treatment groups. Each group consisted of 5 test animals, namely normal control, negative control, and positive control, with doses of 0.2, 0.4, and 0.8 mL/kg BW. The data obtained were analyzed using a One Way Anova and non- parametric statistical test by Kruskal Wallis. test and followed by a further Mann Whitney test to determine differences between treatments. The results showed that enzymatic VCO at a dose of 0.8 mL/kg BW was an effective dose in reducing urea and creatinine levels with an average decrease of 17.40 mg/dL and 0.36 mg/dL. The novelty in this study showed that the enzymatic VCO had an effect on reducing urea and creatinine levels in diabetic hypercholesterolemic male white rats.

Abstract

Problematika sosial anak putus sekolah merupakan masalah sosial yang masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Fenomena banyaknya anak putus sekolah dilatarbelakangi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika sosial yang dihadapi anak putus sekolah dan menganalisis upaya pemerintah untuk menimalisir angka anak putus sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari anak putus sekolah, keluarga anak putus sekolah, tokoh masyarakat, guru dimana anak tersebut putus sekolah dan teman sebaya anak putus sekolah. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan problematika sosial anak putus sekolah, 1) anak putus sekolah terlibat pergaulan yang tidak baik, 2) anak putus sekolah menjadi pekerja anak, 3) menikah diusia muda, 4) pandangan masyarakat sekitar dan teman anak putus sekolah. Kemudian upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk menimalisir angka anak putus sekolah yaitu dengan pemberian bantuan kepada Masyarakat yang kurang mampu dan melibatkan anak putus sekolah dalam kegiatan desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dimana peneliti menelaah, menengevaluasi dan menguraikan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif dapat menambah minat belajar siswa di bidang studi matematika dan keterampilan menghitung nya. Media pembelajaran video animasi dapat digunakan sebagai inovasi dalam pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu aplikasi media pembelajaran animasi yang mudah digunakan.

Abstract

The financial management application implemented for Lamoela Bar has brought innovation in the management of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) in the handicraft industry. With an initial focus on security through a login menu, the app provides restricted access to authorized users. Various app menus, including transaction types, sales, cash transactions, and general ledger, offer easy navigation and business activity recording. The transaction types allow recording of various transaction categories, while the sales menu facilitates efficient product sales recording. The cash transaction menu provides real-time monitoring of cash flow, and the general ledger helps organize transaction records into a ledger. With an intuitive design, this app not only provides efficiency in management but also offers an accurate overview of Lamoela Bar's financial performance. It is expected that the implementation of this app will increase productivity and support sustainable growth for this MSME in the dynamic business world.

Abstract

Stroke patients need family help in mobilizing and ROM to prevent complications. Video media and booklets are media in providing health education that can increase the ability of families to mobilize and ROM in stroke patients. This study used an experimental quasy design with the Two group pre test-post test method. The research sample was 30 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The bivariate analysis used was by the mc. nemar and ficsher's exact tests. The results of the fischer's exact test with a p value of 0.009 showed that there was a difference between health education, video media and booklets. As a medium in health education, video media and booklets both have an influence in improving the ability of families to mobilize and ROM in stroke patients. However, after being given the intervention video media is more effective compared to booklet media.

Abstract

Investment in capital markets is inherently exposed to various forms of risks, which directly impact stock returns. Understanding the relationship between risk and return is crucial for investors aiming to make informed decisions. This study aims to explore how investment risks—particularly those related to climate policy uncertainty, macroeconomic instability, and environmental conditions—affect stock returns, and to assess whether institutional investors can mitigate such impacts. To address these objectives, this research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, synthesizing findings from high-impact journals indexed in Scopus. The analysis reveals that economic policy uncertainty and environmental degradation significantly increase market volatility, especially in sectors sensitive to regulation such as energy, finance, and real estate. Additionally, institutional investors—due to their analytical capacity, access to information, and diversification strategies—are shown to reduce the adverse effects of investment risk on portfolio performance. Furthermore, ESG factors and investor behavior, including herding and sentiment dynamics, play an increasingly critical role in shaping risk-return profiles. The study highlights the importance of integrating risk indicators such as macroeconomic variables, ESG metrics, and policy uncertainty into predictive return models. These findings offer actionable insights for investors and policymakers seeking to optimize investment strategies under uncertainty. By clarifying the link between investment risk and stock returns, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of risk management in emerging and developed markets alike.
