Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penyakit Menular Seksual (PMS) merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang berdampak besar terhadap remaja. Minimnya edukasi dan adanya stigma sosial menyebabkan rendahnya pemahaman tentang pencegahan PMS. Pentingnya edukasi sejak dini mengenai PMS adalah karena tanpa intervensi yang memadai, remaja berisiko tinggi terjangkit PMS akibat perilaku seksual berisiko, minimnya akses terhadap informasi dan layanan reproduksi, serta kesulitan mengambil keputusan sehat. Jika edukasi tidak dilakukan, konsekuensinya bisa meliputi penularan penyakit, komplikasi kesehatan jangka panjang seperti infertilitas dan komplikasi kehamilan, serta beban psikososial dan finansial bagi individu maupun sistem kesehatan. Data terbaru menunjukkan bahwa di Indonesia, remaja termasuk kelompok paling rentan terhadap IMS prevalensi IMS pada perempuan usia 15–24 tahun mencapai sekitar 17,1 %. Selain itu, tinjauan literatur periode 2015–2023 mencatat prevalensi HIV/AIDS sebesar 0,3 %, sifilis 1,2 %, serta gonore pada kelompok remaja cukup tinggi. Angka-angka ini semakin mempertegas urgensi edukasi reproduksi yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan untuk remaja sebagai strategi preventif yang sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan: Memberikan edukasi kepada siswa SMA 1 Sungai Tabuk terkait PMS, termasuk pengertian, jenis, penularan, dan pencegahannya. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif, yang melibatkan siswa SMA 1 Sungai Tabuk sebagai subjek aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan skor pengetahuan pada sebagian besar siswa. Beberapa siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan (hingga +38 poin). Edukasi berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai risiko PMS dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi. Simpulan: Program edukasi berbasis sekolah efektif meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang PMS serta dapat dijadikan strategi preventif dalam mencegah perilaku berisiko.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran di SDN KAPUK 10 PETANG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah kami lakukan yaitu menyatakan bahwa hal-hal yang paling dibutuhkan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran adalah bahan ajar, media, dan model pembelajaran. Jika salah satu dari hal tersebut tidak memenuhi kebutuhan maka proses kegiatan pembelajaran tidak akan berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

At this time information and communication technology has developed rapidly. Therefore, BSI issued BSI Mobile, where the presence of BSI Mobile is expected to provide fast, safe and effective service to customers. Based on the explanation above, this study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction is with the quality of BSI Mobile service users for customers who use BSI Mobile. This research was conducted based on a quantitative approach with causal research methods (Causal Study), where researchers will test hypotheses and look for the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 43 customer respondents using BSI Mobile. From the results of hypothesis testing it is known that service quality influences customer satisfaction in using BSI Mobile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan maksud tuturan tindak tutur representatif dalam saluran YouTube Mata Najwa episode “Women In Power”. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode simak dan metode deskriptif. Data yang diambil dari penelitian ini berasal dari bentuk tuturan kedua tokoh yang ada dalam saluran YouTube Mata Najwa tersebut. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah video YouTube dalam saluran Mata Najwa yang berfokus pada studi kasus Retno Marsudi dan Sri Mulyani. Teknik yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teknik simak catat, yang merupakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mencatat informasi yang relevan dari hasil penyimakan video. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan berbagai bentuk tindak tutur representatif, yaitu menyatakan, menuntut, mengakui, melaporkan, menunjukkan, menyebutkan, memberi kesaksian, dan berspekulasi. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya 11 tindak tutur menyatakan, 3 tindak tutur menuntut, 9 tindak tutur mengakui, 3 tindak tutur melaporkan, 3 tindak tutur menunjukkan, 1 tindak tutur menyebutkan, 5 tindak tutur memberi kesaksian, dan 3 tindak tutur berspekulasi. Di antara berbagai jenis tindak tutur tersebut, tindak tutur menyatakan paling mendominasi dengan 11 data, dimana 7 di antaranya dilakukan oleh Sri Mulyani. Selain itu, tindak tutur mengakui juga cukup dominan dengan 9 data, dimana 5 di antaranya dilakukan oleh Retno Marsudi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks diskusi yang terjadi dalam video tersebut, Sri Mulyani memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih proaktif dan tegas, sedangkan Retno Marsudi memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang kooperatif dan mendukung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas relevansi filsafat positivisme Auguste Comte dengan pengembangan nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya pada aspek akhlak dan muamalah. Masalah utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana prinsip positivisme yang menekankan bukti empiris dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam agar lebih rasional dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, melalui analisis literatur terkait positivisme dan pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan empiris positivisme dapat memperkuat pembelajaran akhlak melalui penilaian perilaku yang objektif, serta mendukung penerapan nilai muamalah dalam interaksi sosial dan ekonomi yang jujur dan transparan. Kesimpulannya, integrasi positivisme dalam pendidikan Islam mampu menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang ilmiah, terukur, dan tetap berlandaskan nilai spiritual.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: 1) The level of student learning outcomes before and after implementation the guided inquiry learning model assisted by animation media and assisted by PPT media, 2) The improvement in student learning outcomes using guided inquiry learning models assisted by animation media and assisted by PPT media, 3) The effect of guided inquiry learning model assisted by animation media toward student learning outcomes. Type of research is Quasi Experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group design. The population was class VIII MTs YAPIT Malakaji. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The instrument is 20 questions of learning outcomes test. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed: 1) The learning outcomes of students before implementation the guided inquiry learning model assisted by animation media were in the very low category with a score of 4.36, after which they were in the medium category with a score of 12.21, and  assisted by PPT media were in the low category with a score of 5.07, after which they were in the low category with a score of 8.89. 2) Improvement of student learning outcomes using guided inquiry learning model assisted by animation media with N-Gain 0.50 medium category, assisted by PPT media with N-Gain 0.24 low category. 3) There is an effect of guided inquiry learning model assisted by animation media on students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the most vital elements in carrying out various organizational activities,  as it is humans who act as the main drivers of every process planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision in the work environment.This study aims to describe the definition of office HR,  the roles and functions in office work, the competencies required in office HR,  and the challenges faced within it.  The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method.  Data collection was conducted through literature analysis from various books and relevant journal articles. The research findings show that office HR includes all individuals working in an office environment who are responsible for various administrative, managerial, and operational tasks to support the smooth running of company or organizational activities.  This concept also includes various other aspects. However, it remains aligned with Islamic principles relevant to office HR, as reflected in QS. Al-Isra' verse 36, which teaches: “And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight, and the heart about all those [one] will be questioned.” Likewise, QS. An-Nahl verse 125, which emphasizes calling mankind to the way of Allah with wisdom and good instruction and arguing with them in the best manner. Truly, it is Allah who knows best who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is rightly guided. This study is highly relevant to understanding office HR, especially in helping to comprehend the concept of office human resources.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to improve the entrepreneurial capacity of PKK mothers in Padang Lampe Village through training based on local potential, encourage the use of village resources for independent business development, and strengthen the family economy. Research Design and Methodology: The research used a descriptive-qualitative approach with participatory methods, involving Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) mothers as the main participants, along with the village government and local stakeholders. The activity lasted three months, spanning the stages of preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and product evaluation. Findings and Discussion: The study's results show that local, potential-based entrepreneurship training can improve participants' knowledge, production skills, and packaging skills. Participants can recognize the potential of their villages and turn it into products of economic value, while also demonstrating increased motivation, collaboration, and readiness to form new businesses. This program also produced an Entrepreneurship Module that can be used as a sustainable guide. Implications: This activity strengthens the village entrepreneurship ecosystem by increasing women's capacity, leveraging local potential, and providing institutional support to villages. This program can be used as an implementable model for community empowerment based on local resources in other regions.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is essential for maternal and infant health, yet its coverage remains low in several regions. This community service activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of community-based counseling in improving knowledge among Posyandu cadres and pregnant women. The activity involved 11 cadres and 32 pregnant women in Ilir Barat II using pretest, counseling, discussion, simulation, and post-test approaches. Results showed an increase in participants' knowledge scores, with the cadres' median pretest score improving from 12 (8–18) to 18 (14–19), and pregnant women’s scores rising from 8.6 (2–15) to 17 (13–20). The PRECEDE-PROCEED model was applied to identify predisposing factors through IPTEKS-based education, enabling through simulations, and reinforcing through cadre support. Community-based counseling proved effective in enhancing participants' knowledge, though the changes were not entirely significant. This program has the potential to be replicated in other areas to improve exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji paradigma konstruktivisme sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran dalam pendidikan agama islam. Konstruktivisme memandang bahwa pegathuan sebagai hasil konstruksi aktif siswa melalui pengalaman, interkasi dan refleksi terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan mmenggunakan metodologi kajian pustaka dengan analisis berbagai literatur terkait konsep paradigma, landasan filosofis konstruktivisme serta penerapan dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konstruktivisme mampu mengubah pembelajaran PAI yang sebelumnya bersifat digmatis menjadi lebih partisipatif. Siswa diberi ruang untuk membangun pemahamannya melalui diskusi, eksplorasi dan peneyelesaian masalah nyata. Berbagai penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis, religiusitas dan hasil belajar siswa sebagai dampak penerpan pendekatan konstruktivisme.
