Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang terjadi di peternakan pancoran adalah pembibitan dan minim pemahaman tentang menggunakan alat penetas telur. Keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat apabila permasalahan dalam peternakan tersebut dapat diatasi. Peternakan pancoran sebelumnya hanya dapat menambah populasi ayam sekitar 10 ekor dari telur sebanyak 30 butir dalam 1 kali periode penetasan dengan presentase keberhasilan 33% , kini peternakan pancoran dapat menambah populasi sebanyak 46 ekor dari telur sebanyak 77 butir dengan presentase keberhasilan 59%. Dapat terlihat perbedaan dalam menambah populasi sebelum adanya pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dan setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat. Peternakan pancoran saat ini sudah dapat menggunakan alat penetas telur dengan pemahaman pada saat kegiatan penyuluhan. Abstract The problems that occur in Pancoran chiken farms are breeding and lack of understanding about using egg incubators. problems with livestock can be overcome by the success of the campus in carrying out PKM Program. Previously, Pancoran farms could only increase the chicken population by around 10 from 30 eggs in 1 hatching period with a success percentage of 33%, now Pancoran farms can increase the population by 46 eggs from 77 eggs with a success percentage of 59%. success rate can be seen the difference in increasing the population before the implementation of community service and after the implementation of community service. Pancoran farms are now able to use egg incubators with understanding during counseling activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at Joglo Girli Resto & Café in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The company's access to high-quality human resources (HR) is very important. There is even an assumption that having access to good human resources is essential to achieving success. Therefore, to achieve high quality human resources, the organization as a whole must participate as much as possible in the process of developing its own human resources (HR investment). Regression, correlation, and hypothesis testing were used in statistical analysis in this study. The results of this study, employee productivity is significantly influenced by motivation by 14.6%. After hypothesis testing, the t value > t table, or (2.185 > 2.048). Employee productivity is significantly influenced by work discipline by 48.8%. After testing the hypothesis, the value of t count> t table (5.165> 2.101). Employee productivity is significantly influenced by work discipline and motivation simultaneously, as seen in the regression equation Y = 0.749 + 0.110 X1 + 0.665 X2. The contribution of influence is 45.8%, and the hypothesis test results in F count greater than F table, or (13.231 > 2.947).

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai perkembangan siswa yang optimal, terutama dalam konteks pengembangan karir. Konselor sekolah memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membantu siswa dalam mengambil keputusan terkait karir masa depan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa melalui bimbingan karir dengan menggunakan Teori Holland. Menurut Teori Holland, individu memiliki enam tipe kepribadian utama: Realistis, Investigatif, Artistik, Sosial, Giat, dan Konvensional. Lingkungan kerja juga dapat dikategorikan ke dalam enam tipe yang sesuai dengan kepribadian tersebut. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur untuk menguraikan konsep-konsep Teori Holland dan sejarah penerapannya dalam bimbingan karir. Data dikumpulkan melalui berbagai database, seperti EBSCO, ScienDirect, Proquest, ISJD, Scholar, Garuda Ristekbrin, dan lain-lain. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan karir berdasarkan Teori Holland dapat meningkatkan kematangan karir mahasiswa. Dengan memahami tipe kepribadian dan lingkungan kerja yang sesuai, siswa dapat membuat pilihan karir yang lebih tepat sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan mereka. Penelitian ini juga mencakup analisis dimensi kematangan karir, seperti komitmen pribadi, realisme, kompetensi pemilihan pekerjaan, dan sikap dalam pemilihan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) are health service facilities that carry out public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts. To ensure that Puskesmas activities are carried out in accordance with the principles and functions of good management, the government has prepared guidelines for Puskesmas management as stated in PMK No. 44 of 2016 concerning Community Health Center Management Guidelines. Sekip Community Health Center as a Community Health Center which has a working area in several areas of Kemuning sub-district also implements management functions as written in PMK No. 44 of 2016. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles such as less than optimal HR planning and there are still Community Health Center service programs that have not yet achieved SPM targets especially in the Maternal and Child Health Room. A study of data on midwifery management practices in the KIA/KB room found several problems, including: Low VIA examination visits which were still far below the SPM target, namely only 14.92% with an SPM target of 100%, obstetric complications by the community which also had not reached the SPM target, namely 92.21 % in 2023, as well as the still low coverage of K6 visits which also has not reached the SPM target, namely 99.87% in 2023. By finding solutions to priority problems, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the number of KIA program coverage that has not reached the SPM target. It is recommended that the Sekip Community Health Center be more focused and able to attract public interest in midwifery management in the KIA/KB room, especially in several areas that have not yet reached the SPM target

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. Engineering in Bekasi City. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sample technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, then the sample is taken using a type of convenience sampling, and the number of samples is determined by the hair formula, namely the number of indicators from each variable multiplied by 5 to 10, so in this study through the number of questionnaire indicators multiplied by 5, namely a total sample of 75 employees of PT. Engineering in Bekasi City. The method used in this test is using the Structural Equitation Model (SEM). The data was processed using SMART PLS 4.0. The results of this study show that (1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Engineering in Bekasi City, and (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Engineering in Bekasi City.

Abstract

Kajian atau artikel ilmiah sebelumnya sangat erat kaitannya dan penting dengan teori dan fenomena karena memiliki fungsi penguat dengan variabel-variabel dalam penelitian atau artikel ilmiah yang akan ditulis. Artikel ilmiah ini akan mereview, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Perilaku pembelian, yaitu: Minat konsumen, Harga dan Kualitas produk, pada studi literatur Perilaku konsumen. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membuat hipotesis tentang pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Hasil dari artikel literature review ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Minat konsumen berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku pembelian; 2) Harga berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku pembelian; dan 3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of franchise companies using qualitative methods. This study uses secondary data from financial reports and business articles. The results of the study indicate that franchise companies have good business feasibility, with positive NPV values ​​and high IRR. Factors that affect business feasibility are investment risk, market conditions, and the company's financial performance. Keywords : Business Feasibility Study, Franchise Company, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) ABSTRAK Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis perusahaan franchise menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan artikel bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan franchise memiliki kelayakan bisnis yang baik, dengan nilai NPV positif dan IRR tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelayakan bisnis adalah risiko investasi, kondisi pasar, dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Abstract

The business feasibility study of “Iced Tea Cup” in the digital era shows significant potential for this beverage business, especially in the Jabodetabek area. With the growth of the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverage industry reaching 8.5% by 2022 and the high demand for practical products, this business has a great opportunity. Market analysis shows a target demographic of 15-35 years old, with a focus on consumers who prioritize practicality and affordable prices. “Es Teh Kita” is strategically located in Cikarang and offers products with affordable prices and distinctive flavors. Although it faces challenges such as high competition and limited capital for digital expansion, the opportunity to utilize online platforms and social media is huge. SWOT analysis shows strengths in products and location, but also weaknesses in operational management and dependence on weather. With positive revenue projections and a payback period achieved in two months, the venture is considered viable. The proposed digital marketing strategy includes social media optimization, cooperation with food delivery platforms, and loyalty programs.

However, implementing innovation often involves risks and uncertainties, requiring in-depth analysis through business feasibility studies. This article highlights the importance of integrating innovation into business feasibility studies to support digital transformation. The study explores how innovation can enhance market, financial, operational, and technical analyses within the feasibility process. Using theoretical approaches and case studies, this article demonstrates that integrating innovation can increase the relevance and effectiveness of business feasibility studies in a dynamic technological era. These findings provide strategic guidance for decision-makers to optimize innovation potential, ensure sustainability, and achieve competitive advantage in the digital age.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology is marked by remarkable developments. The need for information technology in human existence is becoming increasingly important. The essential function of information systems technology is to facilitate or enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of human labor. This advancement in information technology has a significant impact on all dimensions, particularly on the evolution of the business and marketing sectors. This phenomenon is not surprising, considering the continuously increasing number of Internet users represents a potential market for entrepreneurs. Conversely, e-commerce and e-business practices offer numerous advantages for both companies and consumers.This research aims to determine the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions in online stores, with data obtained from relevant literature from 2016 to 2024. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR method is employed to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research in the subject area of the intriguing phenomenon, as well as specific related research questions. By using the SLR method, journal articles can be systematically reviewed and identified, and the predetermined steps or procedures can be followed in each process.The research findings highlight that trust and promotion have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. This study provides guidance for the development strategies of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia.
