Abstract

Pengembangan media dilaksanakan karena kurangnya penggunaan sebuah media pembelajaran interaktif teknologi di dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengembangan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran yang interaktif dengan bantuan teknologi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn), khususnya untuk mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar yang berada di semester 4. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Akan tetapi, dalam penelitian ini, peneliti hanya mencapai tahap pengembangan (Development) dikarenakan tujuan utamanya adalah menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran yang dinilai baik oleh validator ahli. Validitas media pembelajaran diukur menggunakan lembar penilaian dari para ahli. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, dengan skor mencapai 88,5%. Skor ini termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, mengingat bahwa presentase hasil validasi berada dalam rentang 81-100%. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi ini dianggap valid dan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran mahasiswa.

Abstract

Many aspects, such as leadership communication, organizational culture, and, of course, performance, can improve motivation. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of leadership communication and organizational culture on lecturer performance through achievement motivation in tertiary institutions in East Java that administer Islamic boarding schools. This is an explanatory study that use quantitative methodologies. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 146 lecturers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The path analysis results reveal that leadership communication and organizational culture have a direct and substantial effect on lecturer achievement motivation, and that organizational culture and achievement motivation have a direct and significant effect on lecturer performance. In the meanwhile, leadership communication has no direct effect on lecturer performance. The indirect test results also suggest that leadership communication has little effect on lecturer performance through motivation. Similarly, organizational culture has no influence on lecturer performance through achievement motivation. According to the research findings, tertiary institutions' attempts to improve lecturer performance must pay attention to organizational culture and increase lecturer success motivation in order to fully support them in carrying out their operations.

Abstract

The present study is purposed to refine the mastery of Islamic vocabulary of 40 students in the English Conversation Club at MAN Kota Blitar through the implementation of Quizizz paper mode. Utilizing a classroom action research design, the study followed structured procedures, encompassing planning, acting, observing, evaluating, and reflecting. The finding revealed a substantial improvement in students' Islamic vocabulary proficiency, with average scores increasing from 60.65 to 85.00 after one cycle of action. The positive outcome underscores the efficacy of Quizizz paper mode as a valuable tool in language learning. As a recommendation, English teachers are encouraged to incorporate interactive platforms like Quizizz paper mode to enrich vocabulary learning outcomes and foster an engaging and effective learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students. This study contributes insights into the practical implementation of technology-enhanced language instruction, emphasizing its potential to facilitate English language skills or sub-skills.

Abstract

Integrated quality management is a management approach that prioritizes student satisfaction and continually strives for improvement to foster a culture of quality in madrasas. It emphasizes attention to inputs, processes, and outputs to enhance student satisfaction. Against this backdrop, this research focuses on (1) the planning of integrated quality management for the development of exemplary academic madrasas at MAN 1 Jombang and (2) the implementation of integrated quality management in fostering the advancement of exemplary academic madrasas at MAN 1 Jombang. This research employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that (1) the management planning at MAN 1 Jombang emphasizes student satisfaction through the provision of relevant learning materials, quality teachers, effective teacher-student interactions, and infrastructure development, and (2) the madrasa's leadership by focusing on its vision, mission, and goals, adopting strategic approaches, prioritizing performance, demonstrating strong commitment, and engaging in self-evaluation, contributes to enhancing the quality culture of the madrasa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan program ini adalah Pelatihan penggunaan Platform digital untuk pencarian tempat praktik industri secara online di sekolah mitra. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan ini adalah melalui analisis situasi dan potensi, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan pengelolaan praktik kerja industri serta penerapan apikasi digital “PRAKTEKKERJA” di sekolah mitra. Akhir kegiatan ini dengan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan yang dilakukan sudah mampu mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil evaluasi penyebaran angket dari program ini antara lain: Presentase penguasaan materi sebesar 93 persen, untuk ketepatan waktu dalam penyajian dan acara kegiatan sebesar 89 persen, materi memberikan manfaat kepada peserta 96 persen, penyelenggaran kegiatan cukup profesonal dengan presentase 91 persen dan presentase kepasan peserta cukup tinggi yakni sebesar 95 persen. platform ini memiliki potensi besar untuk diimplementasikan secara luas di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D printing is one of the additive manufacturing processes that can make components with complex shapes, require no tools, are cheap, safe, and have  minimal waste. Despite all the advantages of the FDM process, the inability of this technique to create holes on a micro scale can be a problem and limits its application. In this research, a combination of FDM and machining processes was carried out, where micro holes in FDM printed components were created using a punching process. The punching process is carried out by varying pressure and speed. Furthermore, the diameter of the hole and the quality of the sheared edge of the hole resulting from the punching process were evaluated through observation using an optical microscope. The results show that the holes resulting from the punching process have a better shape and diameter than the FDM process. Then, the analysis of the sheared edge from punching shows that pressure and speed significantly affect the surface quality of the resulting sheared edge, where the quality increases with increasing pressure and speed. In the end, the punching process was proven to create micro-scale holes in FDM-printed polymer, especially at minimum thickness.

Abstract

The Weibull regression model is the development of the Weibull distribution, namely the Weibulldistribution which is affected directly by the covariates. The Weibull regression models discussed in thisstudy are the Weibull survival regression model and the Weibull hazard regression model. The Weibullregression model in this study was applied to data of COVID-19 patients hospitalization time at the AbdulWahab Sjahranie Hospital in Samarinda 2021. The event of this study was the death of the COVID-19patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the Weibull survival regression model and Weibullhazard regression to data of COVID-19 patients hospitalization time, to know the factors that influence the chance of patients survive and the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients, and to interpret of the Weibull survival regression and Weibull hazard regression model. The parameter estimation method was Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Hypothesis parameter testing consists of parameter testing simultaneously and partially. Conclusion of this study that the Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimator was obtained using the Newton-Raphson iterative method. Based on hypothesis testing, the factors affecting the chance of survive and the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients at the Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda is oxygen saturation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan alternatif solusi dalam menyiapkan mahasiswa agar mampu menghadapi tantangan di era VUCA. Era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Compexity, dan Ambuguity) ditandai dengan perubahan yang cepat dan tidak terduga di berbagai bidang kehidupan, dunia pendidikan juga menghadapi suatu tantangan. Sementara mahasiswa belum siap menghadapi situasi demikian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, dengan cara menghimpun beberapa literatur, buku, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Data tersebut diklasifikasi, dianalisis, dan diinterpretasikan serta diambil simpulan. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa alternatif teknik yang ditemukan untuk menyiapkan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi Era VUCA adalah dengan teknik kolaboratif dan adaptatif. Teknik ini melatih mahasiswa untuk mengomunikasikan berbagai informasi secara kolaboratif dan adaptif sehingga komunikasi yang interaktif akan terjalin. Secara praktik dapat dilakukan dengan pemecahan masalah melalui beragam proyek. Hal ini akan menuntun mahasiswa berpikir kreatif, fleksibel, dan pemikiran kritis. Pemikiran ini akan dikembangkan dengan pemikiran abad 21, yaitu berpikir kreatif (creative thinking), berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah (critical thinking dan problem solving), berkomunikasi (communication), dan kolaborasi (collaboration).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of differentiated learning in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in grade 4 of SD Negeri 1 Penganten. The differentiated approach allows teachers to adjust the material, process, and learning products according to the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of students. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used in this study, involving observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. The results of the study indicate that differentiated learning can increase student engagement and understanding of the IPAS material, especially through the application of strategies and media that are tailored to individual learning styles. Teachers also show flexibility in using various approaches, such as giving different assignments, diverse learning groups, and utilizing technology in the learning process. However, the challenges faced include limited time and resources to implement differentiated learning optimally. Therefore, this study suggests the need for adequate training and provision of resources for teachers to strengthen the application of differentiated learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the importance of internalizing environmental values based on local wisdom in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These values not only encourage environmental awareness, but also play a role in creating a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects of sustainable development. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, combining the author's opinions and experiences and supported by relevant secondary sources, such as literature and previous research. The results of the study indicate that local wisdom, through traditional practices such as community-based forest management and organic farming, supports ecosystem preservation and community empowerment in sustainable decision-making. Internalizing environmental values helps communities become more aware of the impact of human activities on the environment and more active in mitigating climate change and conserving natural resources. Based on these findings, it is recommended that environmental education and development policies better integrate local wisdom, to create more inclusive and sustainable development. This is important to ensure that the achievement of the SDGs does not only focus on economic growth but also ecosystem sustainability and social welfare.
