Abstract

Kolang-kaling merupakan buah dari tanaman aren dengan tekstur kenyal dan warna putih bening. Buah ini dapat diolah menjadi berbagai produk, salah satunya selai kolang-kaling. Namun, kolang-kaling memiliki warna putih dan aroma yang kurang menarik. Sari jeruk manis dapat ditambahkan sebagai bahan tambahan karena memberikan rasa, warna, dan aroma yang lebih menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan sari jeruk manis (Citrus sinensis L.) terhadap karakteristik organoleptik dan sifat kimia selai kolang-kaling. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan: P0 (0%), P1 (10%), P2 (20%), P3 (30%), dan P4 (40% sari jeruk manis), masing-masing diulang tiga kali sehingga diperoleh 15 unit percobaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Varian (ANOVA) dan perbedaan nyata diuji dengan Duncan Multiple RangeTest (DMRT) pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil menunjukkan perlakuan P4 (40% sari jeruk manis) menghasilkan nilai hedonik: warna 3,90 (suka, sangat nyata), aroma 3,33 (suka), rasa 3,86 (suka, tidak nyata), dan tekstur 3,73 (suka, nyata); serta nilai deskriptif: warna 4,00 (kuning), aroma 3,06 (cukup kuat aroma jeruk), rasa 3,86 (manis), tekstur 4,10 (kental). Analisis kimia menunjukkan kadar air 41,24% dan kadar abu 0,02%. Penambahan sari jeruk manis dapat meningkatkan daya tarik sensorik selai kolang-kaling.

Abstract

Desa Doudo semakin mengukuhkan dirinya sebagai destinasi wisata yang menawarkan keindahan alam dan kekayaan budaya. Desa Wisata Doudo terus mengembangkan potensi wisatanya. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan di bidang pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan penduduk lokal sekaligus melestarikan kearifan budaya dan lingkungan alam. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan potensi Desa Doudo, masyarakat memulai wujudkan ketahanan pangan mulai hulu sampai hilir. Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian sebagai bahan baku pakan pellet, budidaya peternakan sampai jadi olahan produk UMKM. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah mitra maka tim pelaksana PKM Unesa memberikan solusi umum yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian untuk pakan ternak. Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukkan masyarakat sangat antusias dan mengaplikasikan hasil kegiatan ini untuk memproduksi pakan ternak

Abstract

Kemampuan menganalisis secara mendalam merupakan kompetensi utama yang wajib dimiliki pelajar di era pendidikan abad 21. Seiring majunya teknologi, kecakapan ini dapat diasah melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran digital berupa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Fokus utama kajian ini adalah merancang perangkat ajar elektronik berbasis HOTS dalam bahasan keanekaragaman hayati berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan, keefektifan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa secara signifikan. Pengembangan E-LKPD ini mengikuti tahapan model 4D: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Uji coba terbatas dilaksanakan melibatkan 24 siswa kelas X-E di SMAN 2 Tuban. Parameter penelitian ini adalah aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar validasi ahli, angket respons siswa dan guru, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan, serta instrumen tes. Validitas E-LKPD diperoleh dari penilaian dosen ahli bidang pendidikan dan ahli materi. Kepraktisan E-LKPD dianalisis dari keterlaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan respons siswa dan guru. Keefektifan E-LKPD ditentukan dari ketercapaian indikator berpikir kritis siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor kevalidan 96,79% dalam kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan mencapai 97,92% dari keterlaksanaan, serta respons siswa dan guru masing-masing sebesar 98,28% dan 97,17%, seluruhnya berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Keefektifan E-LKPD diperkuat dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,81 yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, E-LKPD berbasis HOTS pada materi keanekaragaman hayati dinyatakan layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the alignment between lesson planning and learning implementation through curriculum audit at MA YPMI Wanayasa. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that there are discrepancies between planning and implementation of learning, which are caused by the dense curriculum content, the limited number of teachers, excessive teaching workload, and the mismatch between teachers’ qualifications and the subjects taught. The curriculum audit also shows that several indicators have not been optimally fulfilled. Improvement efforts that can be implemented include reorganizing teachers’ workload, mapping teacher needs, enhancing teacher competencies, and developing more realistic and flexible lesson plans to improve the alignment between planning and learning implementation.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding is a key focus that should be considered in the implementation of instruction in elementary schools. The level of elementary students’ conceptual understanding can be measured based on indicators such as interpreting, giving examples, classifying, summarizing, drawing inferences, comparing, and explaining. The use of audiovisual media aims to enhance students’ cognitive abilities by providing stimuli such as moving images and sounds and by delivering messages intended to influence their attitudes and emotions. This study aimed to investigate the effect of implementing audiovisual learning media using Canva to improve second-grade students’ conceptual understanding of addition. The study was conducted at MIS Darul Ihya Ciomas with 34 second-grade students as participants. A quantitative approach employing the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model was used. The research adopted a One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Based on the results of the study, the average posttest score of students’ conceptual understanding of addition was 83.03, while the average pretest score was 60.21. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26 for Windows with a Paired Sample T-test at α = 0.001, and the obtained significance value of 0.000 < α = 0.001. These results indicate a significant difference between the posttest and pretest scores. It can therefore be concluded that the use of audiovisual learning media developed with Canva improved the conceptual understanding of addition among second-grade elementary school students in mathematics

Abstract

A fundamental issue in the administration of village governance is how to establish governmental mechanisms capable of fulfilling their mission to create a just and prosperous society. The village head, as the leader of the village government, plays a central role in village development. Improvements or declines in development during a village head’s tenure directly shape the public image of the village government as perceived by the community. This study aims to describe and analyze the leadership of the Village Head in the development of Takulat Village, Kelua District, Tabalong Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving seven informants. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that the democratic leadership of the Village Head of Takulat emphasizes active participation among village officials in decision-making processes, as well as effective coordination and communication with stakeholders, including the village community, village apparatus, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), local government, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The Village Head ensures that each stage of development is implemented in accordance with community needs. The findings imply that the effectiveness of village development is determined not only by administrative capacity but also by participatory, innovative, and adaptive leadership responsive to evolving community needs. This study contributes theoretically to strengthening the concept of participatory leadership at the village level and practically to promoting more responsive and community-oriented development governance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much student interest in learning chemistry through the Chemo-Entrepreneurship (CEP) approach integrated with the PjBL model.  The integration of the PjBL model in CEP is done by learning chemistry that produces products that have economic value. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 19 Surabaya class X-5 in the academic year 2024-2025 The data collection technique in this study was purposive sampling with questionnaires and interviews The data obtained were then analysed with a Likert scale and descriptive analysis. The results showed that students' interest in Chemo-entrepreneurship oriented green chemistry learning was very high with a percentage of 85% expecting learning methods with experiments to produce useful and economically valuable products. In addition, student readiness is also very high with a percentage of 88% in participating in project-based green chemistry and Chemo-Entrepreneurship oriented learning.
