Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of dividend policy on stock prices in the banking sector in Indonesia during the 2020-2024 period, amid economic uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine whether dividend policy can affect stock prices, using signal theory which states that dividends serve as a positive signal to investors. This type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research sample consists of 60 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and meets certain criteria. The data used is secondary data obtained from annual financial reports, stock prices, and company dividend information and the analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the t test results showed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus indicating that dividend policy has a significant effect on stock prices. This study shows that dividend policy acts as a positive signal received by the market and influences investment decisions. Banking companies should consider dividend policy carefully to increase investor confidence and support stock price stability, given the significant effect shown by dividend policy on stock prices in the capital market.

Abstract

The mechanism for dividing joint assets in marriage law in Indonesia still occurs due to differences in its implementation. Court decisions often rely on consideration of financial contributions, but non-financial contributions are not properly recognized. Inaccuracies in judges' decisions and the lack of public understanding of the law are the main factors influencing the uncertainty of the division of joint assets after divorce. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of division of joint property in marriage law in Indonesia and identify the factors that influence the process. The focus of this study is to examine financial and non-financial contributions considered in court decisions, and differences in legal interpretation can affect the results of the division of joint assets. This study uses empirical research methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches. A total of 30 divorce cases have been analyzed in district courts and religious courts to understand the pattern of division of joint assets in legal practice. The results of the study show that although most court decisions prioritize financial contributions in the division of joint assets, non-financial contributions have not been estimated. Other influencing factors are property owners, access to legal examination, and recognition of two rights. More comprehensive rules and regulations are needed for the distribution of joint assets. An important step towards a fair and transparent legal system is the reform of the judicial system and legal training for married couples.

in the library is one part of the processing and utilization of information at SDN Sumur Batu 4 Bantargebang Bekasi is still not computerized, manual searches or searches cause students to have difficulties in searching books and librarian can notcontrol books efficiently from school problems. a system that can solve problems so as to produce the goal of increasing efficiency in book searches, building a book title checking service system using the Boyer-Moore algorithm and providing convenience for all users in utilizing book searches. By implementing the book title checking service using the Boyer-Moore algorithm as the most efficient algorithm and using the rapid application development method starting from planning, design workshops, rapid application development and implementation. The data collection methods are observation, interviews, questionnaires and library studies. It is expected to be able to help speed up the process of searching for books in the library and to increase the satisfaction of library services for library visitors.

Abstract

Tuntutan perkembangan dan persaingan aneka produk makanan sudah semakin gencar dan perlu kreatifitas pelaku usaha agar dapat memenangkannya. Hal ini dikarenakan Home Industri pembuatan produk “Tahu” skala besar saat ini memiliki beberapa permasalahan antara lain: 1) Pemasaran dengan kemasan skala besar hanya bisa dijual ke pasar-pasar tradisional; 2) Produksi “Tahu” yang dihasilkan dalam lingkungan rumah tinggal menyebabkan tingkat higienis dan sanitasi kurang. Untuk itu perlu solusi yang efektif seperti kegiatan edukasi serta pelatihan bagi para pemilik usaha “Tahu” di Desa Kekalik Mataram mengenai beberapa bentuk diversifikasi produk “Tahu” dalam rangka meningkatkan nillai tambah produk yang nantinya diharapkan bisa menembus pasar yang lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan pada pelaku usaha Tahu Desa Kekalik khususnya milik Pak Rahman yaitu dengan Metode Transfer Knowledge dan Pendampingan dengan beberapa tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut : 1) Melakukan survey awal ke pemilik usaha tahu dengan skala produksi besar di Desa Kekalik seperti milik Pak Rahman; 2) Melakukan edukasi (pelatihan) ke pemilik usaha Tahu Pak Rahman terkait dengan beberapa bentuk diversifikasi produk “Tahu”. Kegiatan pengabdian terlaksana pada hari kamis 23 mei 2024 di rumah salah  satu keluarga dari Pak Rahman untuk memberikan pelatihan diversifikasi produk berbahan dasar tahu, seperti pembuatan tahu baxo, tahu nugget, dan lain sebagainya. Selain memberikan pelatihan tentang diversifikasi produk, para peserta pelatihan juga dibekali dengan pemahaman bagaimana cara menganalisis peluang peningkatan nilai produk di zaman sekarang dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi. Melihat perkembangan kebutuhan konsumen dari masa ke masa, dan berusaha untuk menangkap peluang tersebut agar bisnis tidak terancam mati.

Abstract

Early childhood development is something that is very important for children. This can be stimulated through a series of games that can support aspects of development. One aspect that must be developed in early childhood is the physical motor aspect related to fine motor skills and gross motor skills. 6 types of outbound game activities, namely 1) Moving the flag to the bottle, 2) Blowing the ping pong ball on the water, 3) Hula Hoop Relay, 4) Putting the ping pong ball into the glass through the head, 5) Relay ping-pong balls using spoons, 6) Obstacle course. This community service activity is carried out using the service learning method. The target for this activity is 20 students at RA Al-Musafirin Palangk Raya. The results of this activity are that children can demonstrate the game well even though they still need assistance. Therefore, there is a need for more varied stimulation activities that can develop children's fine and gross motor skills.

Abstract

Business sustainability is a manifestation of business success in its ability to meet consumer needs and keep up with the times by continuing to innovate and develop products. The purpose of this study is to identify how important innovation and product development are for business success. The research method with systematic review and meta-analysis is an effective approach to go beyond the limitations of ordinary literature studies. This approach helps researchers gain a deeper understanding of efforts to increase the chances of a business's sustainability. From the results of the study, it can be seen that innovation and product development are the right strategies to make a business survive in tight competition. With the results of this study, business actors can implement it in ongoing businesses to be able to survive amidst competitors, changing trends, and increasing and diverse consumer needs by continuing to innovate and develop existing products to continue to improve business sustainability.

Abstract

Keterampilan Proses Sains Terintegrasi (KPST) adalah kemampuan yang melibatkan serangkaian aktivitas ilmiah yang mengandalkan dasar-dasar keterampilan untuk membangun pengetahuan sekaligus memperdalam pemahaman melalui kegiatan investigasi. Penerapan model pembelajaran guided discovery dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memaksimalkan pengembangan KPST. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan LKPD valid, praktis, dan efektif. LKPD yang dirancang berbantu laboratorium virtual berbasis simulasi PhET dengan materi ekspresi gen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE, meliputi tahap analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar validasi LKPD, lembar observasi pelaksanaan LKPD, lembar tanggapan peserta didik, serta lembar soal pretest dan posttest. Validasi menunjukkan skor 3,85 yang menandakan LKPD sangat valid. Observasi pelaksanaan mendapatkan persentase 100%, sehingga tergolong sangat praktis. Respon positif yang diberikan peserta didik terhadap LKPD sebesar 94,53% termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Peningkatan KPST terlihat dari nilai N-gain sebesar 0,89 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Indikator KPST mencapai 58,07% pada pre-test dan meningkat menjadi 94,60% pada post-test. Kesimpulannya LKPD guided discovery dengan berbantu simulasi PhET yang dikembangkan terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

Increasing children's independence requires significant attention from adults, including teachers and parents. instilling independent character in children requires various stimulations that can support the formation of independence in children from an early age. This type of research is library research or library research. Sources of data in this study came from reviewing articles, journals, books and research results that could answer the formulation of the problem in this study. The data analysis technique in this study is data reduction, displaying the data and proceeding with outlining the conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's role in increasing children's independence was obtained from the competencies possessed by the teacher, namely pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Stimulation in increasing children's independence can be obtained from routine habituation activities including 1) putting their own shoes in their place, tidying up their own cutlery, putting books and toys back in their place, Duha prayer, and toilet training. In structured habituation activities, children will be guided by the teacher according to the planning and implementation according to the theme of the activities in the Daily Learning Implementation Plan. Then the formation of independence in children can be supported by learning media, namely visual, audio and audio-visual media.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator status kesehatan masyarakat. Laporan bulanan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor, tahun 2014 di wilayah Puskesmas Caringin dengan jumlah 8 (delapan) kasus. Ibu hamil harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan di Puskesmas Caringin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ibu hamil yang berada di Puskesmas Caringin berjumlah 1370. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah sampel 34. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan 50% Ibu hamil yang berpengetahuan baik 50% berpengetahuan kurang tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. 58,8% ibu hamil memiliki sikap positif dan 41,2% ibu hamil memiliki sikap negatif tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Diperlukan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan melalui pendidikan kesehatan yang direncanakan secara spesifik, baik strategi pendidikan kesehatannya, medianya maupun isi materinya.

Abstract

-Entrepreneurial intent is the desire or motivation of an individual to become an entrepreneur and start a business or venture. Among various age groups, Indonesia's Gen Z generation is known to have an interest in entrepreneurship that is below the average at 1.60% of 18.94%. To increase entrepreneurial interest among Gen Z, an approach is needed, as well as the creation of an environment that develops entrepreneurial potential. This study used a survey distributed online and in person to 115 randomly selected respondents, with a response rate of 50.4%, and 73 responses were recorded. However, only 58 respondents provided varied assessments and met the sampling criteria. The analysis technique used regression through SPSS. The results showed that perceived behavioral control has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, with an R value of 0.416 and R² of 0.173 (17.3% influence), and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating strong predictive power. In contrast, subjective norms did not significantly affect entrepreneurial intention, as shown by a significance value of 0.22. However, when combined, perceived behavioral control and subjective norms jointly have a significant effect, with an R value of 0.477 and R² of 0.143. These findings highlight that increasing perceived control over entrepreneurship is key to boosting entrepreneurial intention among Indonesia’s Gen Z.
