Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1). knowing the interaction of sugar and agar concentration on the quality of pumpkin pudding product. 2). Knowing the right concentration in mixing sugar and agar for pumpkin pudding. 3). Determine the effect of sugar concentration on the product quality of pumpkin pudding. 4). Determine which treatment has the best effect on the quality of pumpkin pudding products. The implementation of this research was carried out by the experimental method with two treatments using a completely randomized design, the results of which were analyzed to determine the levels of vitamin C, total sugar and organoleptic tests (color, taste and texture).The results of this study are as follows: 1). Interaction The treatment of sugar and agar concentrations on the pumpkin pudding product produced is very good and is needed to be developed, 2). The right concentration in mixing sugar and agar is the addition of 100 grams of sugar concentration and 30 grams of agar (G2A3), 3). The effect of sugar concentration and agar on the making of pumpkin pudding shows a very significant effect.

Abstract

The Halaman Rumah Masyarakat Terpadu (Harum Madu) program, initiated by the Garut Regency government, aims to ensure household-level food self-sufficiency. Based on BPS data (2023), agricultural land in Kadungora District is very limited, making the Harum Madu program a viable solution for optimizing yard land. This study aimed to analyze respondent characteristics and the participation level of KWT Mawar members in the Harum Madu program. A quantitative descriptive analysis was used, with sampling conducted through a census of all 40 KWT Mawar members. Results indicated that most KWT Mawar members are aged 34-44 years, have an elementary school education, work as housewives, have 1-3 family dependents, and an average household income of Rp.1,500,000-Rp.2,000,000. The participation level of KWT Mawar members in the Harum Madu program is moderate, with a score of 1485. Participation in decision-making falls under the moderate category, while participation in implementation and utilization of results is high. Meanwhile, participation in evaluation is in the moderate category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penguatan karakter siswa melalui budaya religius dan nasionalis dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Bolo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya religius dan budaya nasionalis dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam peningkatan prestasi Pendidikan Agama Islam belajar melalui budaya religius dan nasionalis siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Bolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode gabungan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan dan penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 65 siswa, terdiri dari SDN Inpres Rasabou 2 dan SDN Inpres Rato di Kecamatan Bolo. Prosedur pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan semua dari jumlah populasi yang ada karena jumlahnya kurang dari 100. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa besarnya pengaruh penguatan karakter budaya religius dan nasionalis terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa sekolah dasar yaitu 27,46% sedangkan 72,54% artinya terdapat faktor penghambatnya.

Abstract

Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) Bale Pare Pertanian Organik is one of the institutions that develops the organic rice business. The organic rice produced is declared halal and safe for consumption because it has been tested and certified. This has very good potential to be developed, but in the marketing process, it is still not optimal. The purpose of this study is to identify factors such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and major threats, analyze alternative marketing strategies, and determine priority strategies. The research method used is descriptive, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study used primary and secondary data. In primary data collection using interview techniques using questionnaires. Respondents in this study consisted of the Chairman of P4S Bale Pare Pertanian Organik, eight farmers at P4S Bale Pare Pertanian Organik who were expected to be key informants, then the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, the Department of Industry and Trade, and two consumers. Secondary data are obtained through literature studies. The sample is taken by purposive sampling. The data analysis of this study used SWOT analysis and the QSPM matrix. The results showed that the main strength is already having halal labels, net, PIRT, expired date, and barcode with a score of 0.31; the main weakness is not yet available in the marketplace with a score of 0.09; the main opportunity is the trend of a healthy lifestyle that increases with a score of 0.26; and the main threat is substitution products (inorganic rice) with a score of 0.23. In the SWOT analysis, nine strategies were obtained, and based on the results of these strategies, a QSPM analysis was carried out so as to produce a strategy that became a top priority, namely increasing cooperation with various related marketing partners to expand the market, with a score of 7.51.

Abstract

Consumption has become a profitable business in order to extend the life of the agricultural industry. The best way to increase traffic is to increase the number of visitors. Consumption is one of the most important factors in the success of any business. The purpose of this study is to learn about the characteristics of people who visit, the frequency with which they visit, and the variety of people who visit. Peneliti selected 100 people as respondents using the purposive sampling method, with a likert scale used for scoring. The method of analysis used is quantitative deskriptif. Data analysis in this study employs Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the study show 1) The most common type of consumer is a woman, with a median age of 26 to 35 and a median level of education. In the upper school, around 72% have graduated and are working as housewife, The majority of consumers are women; the majority of them are between the ages of 26 and 35; their primary educational institution is Sekolah Menengah Atas; around 72% of them have already married; and, on average, they work as Ibu Rumah Tangga. 2) The attribute with the highest level of kepuasan in the country is the product being sold, and the attribute with the lowest level of kepuasan is the work itself. Customer Satisfaction Index Measurement of Consumer Satisfaction indicates that a score of at least 70,74% is considered to be satisfied.

Abstract

Pasirbungur Village is a village with a dominant area with sugarcane plantations and the land area reaches 1,744.0588 ha. The number of sugarcane farmers in Pasirbungur Village is not much because at the beginning of planting sugarcane farmers often experience losses. The purpose of this study is 1) to analyze the costs, revenues, income and profits of sugarcane farming in Pasirbungur Village, Purwadadi District, Subang Regency, 2) To analyze the feasibility of sugarcane farming in Pasirbungur Village, Purwadadi District, Subang Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Research data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from field observations and interviews with 33 respondents using questionnaires. Secondary data are obtained from BPS, books, journals, and articles. The data analyzed are total cost, revenue, revenue, profit, R/C ratio and BEP. The results of this study are known to average production costs of Rp. 81,851,402 / harvest then the average revenue is Rp. 102,254,545.45 / harvest, so that the average income is Rp. 44,635,909.09 / harvest, while the average profit is Rp. 20,403,143.93 / harvest with an average land area of 2,818 ha. The R/C ratio is 1.25 > 1 and to achieve minimum production BEP farmers must sell 693.92 quintals with a BEP Price of Rp. 64,037.46 / quintal and produce BEP Revenue of Rp. 55,513,831.81. This means that if sugarcane farmers in the research area produce sugarcane production of 693.92 quintals with a selling price of Rp. 64,037.46 / quintal, it will produce BEP revenue of Rp. 55,513,831.81. So that sugarcane farming has more value than the break-even point, which is to get a profit and is worth cultivating.

Abstract

Kabupaten Karawang adalah penghasil perikanan budidaya tambak sebesar 41.806 ton Pada tahun 2022. Kecamatan Tirtajaya merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Karawang yang memproduksi perikanan mencapai 7.182 ton, Kecamatan Tirtajaya merupakan penghasil ikan bandeng ke 2 di Kabupaten karawang dengan produksinya mencapai 2.307 ton. Bandeng presto adalah olahan ikan bandeng segar yang telah dibumbui lalu dimasak mengguanakan metode pressure cooking dengan menggunakan alat presto yang dapat mengubah tekstur daging, tulang, dan duri pada daging ikan bandeng menjadi lunak. Bandeng presto mempunyai prosepek sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi masyarakat dari penciptaan nilai tambah. Akan tetapi hanya terdapat 5 UMKM yang aktif memproduksi olahan bandeng presto. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial serta menghitung besaran nilai tambah produk olahan bandeng presto pada UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah UMKM pengolahan bandeng presto, secara sensus. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis kelayakan finansial menggunakan metode R/C dan analisis nilai tambah menggunakan metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan usaha mengolah bandeng presto adalah layak dengan nilai rasio R-C sebesar 2,44. Pada produk bandeng presto didapati nilai tambah yang tercipta sebesar Rp 15.561 per ekor atau Rp 62,244 per Kg bandeng presto yang setara dengan 63% dari nilai produk. Nilai tambah yang tercipta masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Kegiatan UMKM pengolahan produk bandeng presto layak untuk dijalankan dan direkomendasikan untuk diperbesar skala usahanya serta dikembangkan variasi produknya.

Abstract

penelitian ini untuk mencari teknik peramalan yang terbaik untuk penjualan kamboja jepang di Usaha Mojok, membuat rata-rata ramalan penjualan dan menghitung keuntungan dari ramalan penjualan selama enam bulan ke depan untuk kamboja jepang di Usaha Mojok. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan metode peramalan Single Eksponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Decomposition Multiplicative dan ARIMA. Teknik peramalan yang terbaik untuk penjualan kamboja jepang dengan nilai Mean Squared Deviation (MSD)terkecil sebesar 66,4118 yaitu teknik Decomposition Multiplicative. Hasil ramalan penjualan kamboja jepang untuk bulan November sampai April 2024 adalah sebanyak 710 pohon dengan rata-rata 118 pohon per bulan. Total ramalan keuntungan dari penjualan selama 6 bulan adalah sebesar Rp393.271.028,00 dengan rata-rata keuntungan per bulan sebesar Rp65.545,171,00.

Abstract

This study is motivated by indications of low work discipline and work spirit among employees of the Tourism Office of North Kolaka Regency, as reflected in late attendance, absenteeism, and frequent leave submissions. Such conditions potentially affect employee performance and the overall achievement of organizational work programs. Leadership therefore plays a crucial role in shaping employee behavior, performance, and organizational work culture. This research aims to identify the leadership style applied by the Head of the Tourism Office in managing the tourism sector, to examine its influence on employee performance and work program achievement, and to analyze its impact on organizational work culture. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using an inductive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the Head of the Tourism Office applies a character-based leadership style, characterized by exemplary behavior, discipline enforcement, continuous evaluation, and direct guidance to employees. This leadership style positively influences employee performance, supports the successful implementation of work programs, and fosters a more disciplined and responsible work culture within the organization. The study concludes that character leadership is an effective leadership approach in improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness in the public sector.

Abstract

AbstrakKecamatan Tegalwaru merupakan daerah yang masuk bagian administratif Kabupaten Karawang yang memiliki potensi dalam usahatani beras merah, meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek pemasaran dan permintaan pasar. Riset ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan saluran pemasaran beras merah, serta mengukur efisiensi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh sebanyak 27 orang petani dan 6 orang pelaku pemasaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta kuisioner. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rata-rata biaya total sebesar Rp 3.260.546/musim tanam, menghasilkan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp 16.609.259/musim tanam, sehingga diperoleh pendapatan sejumlah Rp 13.348.713/musim tanam. Nilai yang diperoleh dari perhitungan R/C Ratio sebesar 4,72. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usahatani pada penelitian ini layak untuk dikembangkan karena memberikan keuntungan. Pada pemasaran, ditemukan tiga jalur pemasaran, yaitu: saluran I: petani → pedagang pengumpul → pedagang besar → konsumen (FS: 41,66%), saluran II: petani → pedagang pengumpul → pedagang pengecer → konsumen (FS: 70,58%), saluran III: petani → konsumen (FS: 100%). Saluran II merupakan saluran paling efisien karena FS yang tinggi dan biaya pemasaran yang rendah. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa usahatani beras merah di Kecamatan Tegalwaru dapat menjadi pilihan usaha tani yang menguntungkan apabila didukung dengan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Pendapatan, Usahatani Beras Merah, Pemasaran, Farmer Share, R/C Ratio.AbstractTegalwaru Subdistrict, located within Karawang Regency, has significant potential for red rice farming, although it faces challenges related to marketing and market demand. This study aims to analyze the income and marketing channels of red rice and to assess marketing efficiency. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using saturated sampling involving 27 farmers and 6 marketing actors. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the average total cost per planting season was IDR 3,260,546, generating an average revenue of IDR 16,609,259, resulting in an average income of IDR 13,348,713 per season. The R/C Ratio was calculated at 4.72, demonstrating that red rice farming is profitable and feasible for development. Three marketing channels were identified: Channel I (farmer → collector → wholesaler → consumer) with a farmer share of 41.66%, Channel II (farmer → collector → retailer → consumer) with 70.58%, and Channel III (farmer → consumer) with 100%. Channel II was the most efficient due to its high farmer share and relatively low marketing costs. The findings suggest that red rice farming in Tegalwaru Subdistrict can be a viable and profitable agricultural enterprise if supported by appropriate and sustainable marketing strategies.Keywords: Income, Red Rice Farming, Marketing, Farmer Share, R/C Ratio.
