Abstract

Determinants of the Risk Premium of Manufacturing Industry Stocks of the LQ-45 Index Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 Period. This study aims to determine the Determinants of the Risk Premium of Manufacturing Industry Stocks of the LQ-45 Index listed on the IDX for the 2017-2023 Period. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data are quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with stocks included in the LQ-45 Index in the form of annual financial reports for the period 2017 - 2023. The research sample was 32 companies obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a partial t-test, a simultaneous F-test and a determination coefficient test. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Eviews 13 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that premium, net profit margin and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on equity risk premium, Variable Premium partially has a positive effect on Equity Risk Premium. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have a negative influence on the Equity Risk Premium.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinants of debt of manufacturing industrial companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 - 2023 period. The data used in this research is secondary data. This data is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with shares included in the LQ45 Index in the form of annual financial reports for the period 2017 - 2023. The research sample was 36 companies obtained using the outlier test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a partial t test, simultaneous F test and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Eviews10 for Windows program. The research results show that Speed of Adjustment, Growth, Size (Market Capitalization) and Net Profit Margin together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Fixed Asset, Price Book Value, Asset Growth, and Effective Tax Rate on Stock Beta. The data collection method used is using data from the financial statements of property companies. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of this study indicate that the effect of ROE has a positive and insignificant effect on stock beta, fixed assets have a positive and insignificant effect on stock beta, price book value has a negative and significant effect on stock beta, asset growth has a positive and significant effect on stock beta, and effective tax rate has a positive and insignificant effect on stock beta.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of leadership, employee performance, motivation and information technology on employee job satisfaction which moderated by the age of employees at Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research where the object used is all employees who work at Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bekasi. The number of samples used as many as 209 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership, employee performance and motivation have a direct effect on employee job satisfaction significantly, (2) There is no direct effect of information technology on employee job satisfaction, (3) Leadership and motivation have no effect on employee job satisfaction if moderated by employee age, (4) Motivation and information technology have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction if moderated by employee age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh keunikan sumber daya, penggunaan teknologi, kepemimpinan dan penerapan efisiensi terhadap peningkatan kinerja yang dimoderatori oleh usia karyawan di perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Model yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sumber daya unik, penggunaan teknologi, dan penerapan efisiensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai secara signifikan, (2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai, (3) Sumber daya yang unik, kepemimpinan dan penerapan efisiensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai jika dimoderatori oleh usia pegawai, (4) Penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai jika dimoderatori oleh umur pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh yang diberikan literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup pada berbelanja online. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Mahasiswa Manajemen Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Angkatan 2018. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer hasil peneyebaran kuesioner pada responden dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari jurnal-jurnal. Menggunakan rumus slovin dengan sampel sebanyak 178 mahasiswa dari total populasi 322 mahasiswa. Teknik pengolahan data mempergunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas melalui pemanfaatan alat uji SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitiannya memperlihatkan bahwa pengaruh Literasi Keuangan pada Berbelanja Online dinyatakan signifikan dan pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Berbelanja Online dinyatakan signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to actuate the determinants of the capital structure of the state and non-state-owned construction industries during the infrastructure policy and the Covid-19 pandemic periods. Secondary data were collected quarterly from 2013 to 2020 from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Bank Indonesia, and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing budget using a dynamic panel data with the Generalized Method of Moments. It was found that speed of adjustment, profitability, tangibility, activity, and infrastructure policies affect the capital structure of state-owned construction companies. Meanwhile, speed of adjustment, profitability, tangibility, and exchange rate affect non-state-owned construction companies. The result showed that state-owned and non-state-owned construction companies have a gap of 27.3% and 17.7% %, respectively. Furthermore, both companies have speed adjustment values of 1.38 period and 1.21 period. This means that non-state-owned construction companies' adjustment speed is faster than their state-owned counterpart. Therefore, the decision-making of debt construction companies needs to consider the financial characteristics and ownership of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Minat Beli Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing) dengan menggunakan structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan variabel harga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan saran bahwa setiap produk harus lebih memperhatikan kembali kualitas produk dan harga nya bagi kemajuan produk. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya perusahaan dapat meningkatkan hubungan terhadap produk dengan meningkatkan kualitas yang mendorong konsumen untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli produk skintific.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is to help hypotheses for future authors in determining research related to risk management. Research articles on the role of organizational culture, market competition, mitigation strategies and information systems on risk management are scientific literature articles within the scope of risk management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Organizational Culture plays a role in Risk Management; 2) Market Competition plays a role in Risk Management; 3) Mitigation Strategies play a role in Risk Management; and 4) Information Systems play a role in Risk Management.
