Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran guru sebagai pendidik dan administrator dalam perspektif Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru tidak hanya bertanggung jawab mengajarkan ilmu, tetapi juga membangun karakter dan nilai moral pada siswa. Peran guru sebagai murabi sangat penting dalam memaksimalkan potensi siswa dan membimbingnya menuju kematangan emosi dan spiritual. Kesimpulannya, peran guru sebagai murabi dalam pendidikan Islam sangat penting untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang cerdas dan berakhlakul karimah.

Abstract

Manajemen berbasis uswah Nabi Muhammad SAW memiliki relevansi yang signifikan dalam konteks kepemimpinan dan pengambilan keputusan, terutama dalam situasi konflik seperti Perang Khandaq. Perlunya pemahaman mendalam tentang strategi dan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Nabi yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pendidikan Islam modern menjadi salah satu faktor menapa deskripsi akan hal ini menjadi penting. Dalam konteks ini, prinsip manajemen Nabi Muhammad dalam Perang Khandaq dapat dijadikan teladan dalam pengembangan karakter dan kepemimpinan peserta didik. Selain itu, minimnya kajian yang mengaitkan nilai-nilai uswah Nabi secara konkret dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya dalam situasi konflik dan strategi perjuangan menambah urgensi penelitian ini untuk dilakukan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sikap dan tindakan Rasulullah SAW sebagai seorang manajer selama berlangsungnya Perang Khandaq. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi literatur, kajian ini membahas strategi perencanaan, kepemimpinan partisipatif, delegasi tugas, serta manajemen krisis yang diterapkan oleh Rasulullah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Rasulullah mampu mengelola sumber daya manusia dan informasi secara efektif, serta menunjukkan karakter kepemimpinan yang inspiratif dan adaptif dalam kondisi darurat. Keteladanan ini relevan untuk diterapkan dalam konteks kepemimpinan dan manajemen modern.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampun mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau dalam mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah pada jurnal bereputasi. Kegiatan ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi antara tim pengabdi dengan Lembaga Pengembangan Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat. Masalah utama yang merupakan dasar dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah rendahnya skor Sinta Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mempublikasikan karya tulis ilmiah hasil kolaborasinya dengan dosen karena keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai jurnal bereputasi dan standar penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal bereputasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan edukasi penggunaan portal Sinta untuk memperoleh jurnal-jurnal bereputai yang relevan dengan topik penelitian serta dilakukan juga edukasi mengenai standar penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal bereputasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai penggunaan Sinta serta peningkatan pemahaman mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal bereputasi. Dengan meningkatnya kedua kemampuan dasar publikasi pada jurnal bereputasi tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa Univeristas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau sehingga dapat dipublikasikan pada jurnal bereputasi dan berdampak positif terhadap skor Sinta yang dimiliki.

Abstract

Contemporary education is faced with the challenge of meeting the diverse learning needs of students, thus requiring an approach that goes beyond mere knowledge transfer. The failure of the ‘one-size-fits-all’ teaching model emphasizes the urgency of a deep understanding of how individuals learn, of which learning psychology serves as a fundamental pillar. Based on this, this study aims to conduct a comprehensive literature review to synthesize the core principles of learning psychology and formulate their practical implications in effective instructional design. This study uses a qualitative literature study method, with secondary data collection from credible academic sources such as books, scientific articles, and journals through digital databases. The selection of literature is based on relevance and content validity. The results of the synthesis show that major theories such as behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism convergently emphasize the importance of feedback, active student engagement, and metacognitive processes. Furthermore, the literature consistently emphasizes its crucial role in diagnosing learning difficulties and designing differentiated instruction. It is concluded that mastery of learning psychology is an essential foundation for educators to transform towards a student-centered paradigm, creating an adaptive, inclusive learning environment that is able to develop students’ potential holistically. ABSTRAK Pendidikan kontemporer dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa yang beragam, sehingga menuntut pendekatan yang lebih dari sekadar transfer pengetahuan. Kegagalan model pengajaran 'satu untuk semua' menekankan urgensi pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana individu belajar, di mana psikologi pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai pilar fundamentalnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur komprehensif guna mensintesis prinsip-prinsip inti psikologi pembelajaran dan merumuskan implikasi praktisnya dalam desain instruksional yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data sekunder dari sumber akademis kredibel seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, dan jurnal melalui basis data digital. Seleksi literatur didasarkan pada relevansi dan validitas konten. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa teori-teori utama seperti behaviorisme, kognitivisme, dan konstruktivisme secara konvergen menekankan pentingnya umpan balik, keterlibatan aktif siswa, dan proses metakognitif. Lebih lanjut, literatur secara konsisten menegaskan peran krusialnya dalam mendiagnosis kesulitan belajar dan merancang instruksi terdiferensiasi. Disimpulkan bahwa penguasaan psikologi pembelajaran adalah fondasi esensial bagi pendidik untuk bertransformasi menuju paradigma yang berpusat pada siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif, inklusif, dan mampu mengembangkan potensi siswa secara holistik.

Abstract

Learning difficulties are a complex challenge in the world of education that can hinder students' academic achievements. This research aims to analyze the causes, characteristics, and strategies for addressing learning difficulties, particularly in the context of Islamic Education (PAI) learning. Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study, this study identifies two main factors causing learning difficulties, namely internal factors (cognitive, motivational, and psychological) and external factors (family, school, and social environment). Data is obtained through a literature review of scientific books, journal articles, previous research findings, and relevant Islamic sources. Data analysis techniques are conducted through qualitative content analysis. The research results indicate that learning difficulties impact low academic achievement and the emergence of maladaptive learning behaviors. Effective handling strategies include adaptive pedagogical interventions through the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, and targeted assistance. This study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing digital-based learning methods and integrating Qur'anic values, such as patience, gratitude, and noble character, as reflected in Surah Al-Insyirah and Luqman. The synergy between teachers, parents, and the educational environment is key in creating an inclusive and meaningful learning atmosphere

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine open government practices and policies in South Cotabato. In this study, bibliometric analysis, content analysis, and a qualitative approach were all employed. South Cotabato policy documents, Scopus, Web of Science, Semantic Scholar, Crossref, and other sources provide research data. The South Cotabato open government study has a high effect and productivity, as evidenced by the 127 related publications, 683 citations, 13 h-index, and 24 g-index that this research found. This study comprises 668 occurrences, 103 topics 9 clusters, and 2646 total link strengths. The subjects that predominate are infrastructure, public monitoring, public information, public participation, open legislation, public access, public service, and extractive. Public service, service quality, access, public information, communication, interactivity, openness, accountability, monitoring, and assessment are among possible research subjects in the interim. At the moment, South Cotabato is concentrating on promises related to open legislation, public involvement in extractives, infrastructure monitoring by the public, and information availability. South Cotabato might become more open as a result of these promises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the open government of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Buenos Aires plays a leading role as the only pilot local government program of the Open Government Partnership in the country. Qualitative approaches and bibliometric analysis methods are used in this study. The research data were obtained from the official website of the Buenos Aires government and sourced from the Google Scholar database. The findings of this study indicate that the open government of Buenos Aires is not popular. The dominant issues include transparency, accountability, public trust, COVID-19, participation, collaboration, e-government, governance, smart cities, and disputes. Current issues include healthcare centers, information, data, the environment, digital platforms, and civil technology. Buenos Aires is currently focusing on three of its open government commitments, including the participation of children and adolescents as subjects of rights in the design of public policies; urban woodland management in the City of Buenos Aires through the open government perspective; plain language: a tool to guarantee simple, fast and effective communication between the state and citizens. These commitments have the potential to create a more open government in Buenos Aires. The findings of this study serve as recommendations for decision-makers in Buenos Aires, as well as for all local governments in Argentina and all members of the Open Government Partnership in implementing open government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the open government of La Libertad, Peru. La Libertad has a leading role as the only local government pilot model by the Open Government Partnership in the country. Qualitative approaches and bibliometric analysis methods are used in this study. The research data were obtained from the official website of the La Libertad government and sourced from the Semantic Scholar database. The findings of this study indicate that the open government of La Libertad is not popular. The dominant issues include law, transparency, public policy, development, control, inclusion, democracy, politics, and access to information. Current issues include investment, economic development, free economy, local development, participatory management, security systems, leadership, immigration, and disability. La Libertad is currently focusing on six open government commitments: increasing community engagement; increasing local government accountability; strengthening civil society capacity; reducing the digital literacy gap; transferring community participation experiences to free municipalities; and tracking child anemia and malnutrition. These commitments have the potential to create a more open government in La Libertad.

Abstract

This research is done to describe the process of participative maintenance by ‘sekolah lapang konservasi’ in the upstream area of Sub Watershed Pusur, so we can understand the condition of Farmers in the Mriyan village, and to understand the impact of the participative maintenance of Sub watershed Pusur in the Mriyan village that will be observed from the actualization of farmer participation in Mriyan Village. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive strategy in Mriyan Villages Sub District Musuk District Boyolali. The location is choosen because of the topography of the area as a water absorption area and water catchment area along the Sub Watershed Pusur. The data collection technique uses in depth interview method, focus group discussion, and participative observation. After all the data is collected, then data will be analyzed to form a finding that Skolah Lapang Konservasi is a kind of community participation in Mriyan village in maintaining Sub watershed Pusur conservatively. The people of Mriyan’s support is actualized in the form of konservasi field school, the effort and the decision making, that are actively in charge in social learning, net working, and maintaining the resource of thee people. From this thing, the maintenance will impact various aspect, such as: the sustainability of Sub Watershed Pusur, the emergence of collective institutional of the people who care about Sub watershed Pusur, and pushing the stakeholders in caring for Sub Watershed Pusur with the principality of conservation.

Abstract

Perbedaan karakteristik individu dalam menyerap dan mengolah informasi menuntut pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, terutama dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang bertujuan membentuk karakter dan spiritualitas peserta didik. Sayangnya, banyak guru masih menerapkan metode pengajaran yang seragam tanpa mempertimbangkan gaya belajar siswa yang beragam, sehingga menghambat efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi model gaya belajar dan tipe-tipe individu dalam proses pembelajaran PAI serta bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi ajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya dan tipe belajar siswa sangat mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran PAI. Siswa lebih mudah memahami materi saat strategi pengajaran disesuaikan dengan kecenderungan belajar masing-masing, baik secara sensorik maupun kognitif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan pendekatan diferensiasi dalam pembelajaran PAI agar guru dapat menyesuaikan metode, media, dan strategi pembelajaran secara lebih personal dan kontekstual
