Abstract

Puskesmas memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan yang terjangkau dan merata bagi masyarakat. Faktor-faktor seperti paritas (jumlah kehamilan yang pernah dialami oleh seorang wanita), jarak tempuh ke puskesmas, dan kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan dapat memengaruhi ketersediaan dan penerimaan pelayanan Continuity of Care (COC) untuk memberikan perawatan kesehatan yang berkelanjutan dan terkoordinasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami hubungan antara paritas, jarak tempuh, kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan, dan pelayanan COC di puskesmas.. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua ibu  nifas yang tercatat pada data rekam medik di Puskesmas Nusa Bakti tahun 2022 sebanyak 39  responden dan sampel sebanyak 39 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan  data menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan data rekam medik Puskesmas Nusa Bakti tahun 2022 . Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi square dengan P value < 0.005 . Hasil penelitian ini dari 26 responden paritas resiko rendah yang dilakukan COC terstandar sebanyak 20 responden (76.9%) dengan P value = 0.001 , sedangkan dari 25 responden dengan jarak tempuh dekat dilakukan COC terstandar sebanyak 20 responden (80.0%) dengan P value =0.001 , dan dari 26 responden yang memiliki BPJS 19 responden 73.1%) dilakukan COC secara terstandar dengan P value = 0.003. Ada hubungan antara paritas, jarak tempuh dan kepemilikan  jaminan kesehatan dengan COC. Peneliti menyarankan untuk menyajikan informasi yang spesifik dan mudah dipahami kepada ibu hamil, terutama yang memiliki paritas tinggi atau tinggal di daerah dengan jarak tempuh yang jauh. Program edukasi kesehatan dapat mencakup manfaat COC, cara mengatasi risiko, dan pentingnya pelayanan kebidanan berkualitas

Abstract

Fenomena saturasi pada trafo arus memiliki dampak krusial terhadap kinerja rele proteksi dalam sistem tenaga listrik. Pengujian eksperimental dilakukan untuk menganalisis karakteristik trafo arus, dengan fokus pada hubungan antara arus masukan primer (I1​), arus keluaran sekunder (I2​), dan tegangan keluaran (V). Hasil menunjukkan korelasi positif antara I1​ dengan I2​ dan V. nilai V tetap konstan pada 5,5 Volt meskipun I1​ meningkat dari 600 mA ke 800 mA, dan nilai I yang kembali ke 1,3 A pada tegangan tertentu dalam pengujian terpisah. potensi saturasi inti trafo atau perilaku non-linear komponen yang diuji, yang berpotensi memengaruhi akurasi pengukuran arus oleh rele proteksi. khususnya saat mendekati atau memasuki kondisi saturasi. Perilaku non-linear, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai V yang stabil pada dua titik I1​ yang berbeda, dan penurunan I pada tegangan yang meningkat, pengujian karakteristik trafo arus secara menyeluruh untuk memastikan rele proteksi dapat beroperasi secara akurat dan tepat waktu, terutama dalam menghadapi kondisi gangguan yang mungkin menyebabkan saturasi trafo.   The saturation phenomenon in current transformers has a crucial impact on the performance of protection relays in electric power systems. Experimental testing was conducted to analyze the characteristics of current transformers, focusing on the relationship between primary input current (I1), secondary output current (I2), and output voltage (V). The results showed a positive correlation between I1 and I2 and V. The V value remained constant at 5.5 Volts even though I1 increased from 600 mA to 800 mA, and the I value returned to 1.3 A at a certain voltage in a separate test. potential saturation of the transformer core or non-linear behavior of the components under test, which could potentially affect the accuracy of current measurement by the protection relay. especially when approaching or entering saturation conditions. Non-linear behavior, as indicated by stable V values at two different points of I1, and a decrease in I at increasing voltage, thorough testing of the current transformer characteristics to ensure the protection relay can operate accurately and timely, especially in the face of fault conditions that might cause transformer saturation.

Abstract

This study presents a thermo-structural finite element analysis of a single-cylinder diesel piston using ANSYS, comparing three aluminum alloys: Al2618-T61, Al4032-T6, and Al6061-T6. A coupled simulation approach was applied, where steady-state thermal results were imported into static structural analysis. Realistic boundary conditions, including applied combustion pressure, symmetry constraints, and cylindrical pin supports, were implemented based on Yanmar TF55 engine geometry. Results indicate that Al6061-T6 experienced the highest deformation and stress, nearing its yield limit at elevated temperatures. In contrast, Al2618-T61 and Al4032-T6 maintained structural integrity, with lower stress and elastic deformation within safe limits. Al4032 demonstrated superior dimensional stability, while Al2618 exhibited better strength under thermal load. These findings validate the importance of coupled thermal-structural analysis and material selection in piston design. The proposed framework offers reliable guidance for developing more durable, thermally resilient pistons for modern diesel engines.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) roller weight on fuel consumption and engine performance in motorcycles. The study involved experimental testing of motorcycles fitted with rollers of varying weights (9 grams and 12 grams) to evaluate their effects on fuel consumption, and overall engine performance. This study concludes that the choice of CVT roller weight significantly affects both fuel consumption and engine performance, with potential implications for optimizing motorcycle efficiency based on user preferences and riding conditions. This study found that the 9-gram roller produced greater torque and power (7.85 Nm at 3,500 RPM, 8.45 hp at 6,500 RPM) than the 12-gram roller, but its fuel consumption was higher at low RPM (SFC 0.07 kg/hp.h at 1,500 RPM).

Abstract

Effective education is crucial for instructing students to attain competencies aligned with the curriculum of their educational level. This study aims to assess the teaching profession and its correlation with teacher performance, professionalism, and teacher confidence in connection with student learning outcomes. This research was carried out on vocational educators in West Sumatra who have participated in the teacher professional education program. This research employs the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analytical technique. Data was gathered through purposive sampling from vocational educators in vocational high schools in West Sumatra. The findings indicated that teacher professional education (X1) exerts a significant direct influence on Teacher Performance in the Merdeka Curriculum (Z1), Professional Teachers in Indonesia (Z2), and Self-Confidence (Z3), in addition to Student Learning Outcomes (Y1). Notably, professional teachers have a substantial impact on the execution of the Merdeka Curriculum in contemporary vocational high schools, as evidenced by the largest path coefficient of the relationship between X1 and Z1 (0.558). Professional education for vocational high school teachers in West Sumatra has a significant effect on teacher professionalism, self-confidence and improving student learning outcomes, even though Indonesia is implementing a new curriculum, namely the Merdeka curriculum, teachers are still ready to be professional, confident to have an impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study critically examines the effectiveness of mortgage right execution under Indonesian civil procedural law in addressing non-performing loans. Employing a normative juridical approach through literature review, it analyzes statutory provisions and legal doctrines, particularly Law No. 4 of 1996 on Mortgage Rights. The findings reveal that despite the availability of mechanisms such as parate executie, executorial titles, and private sales, practical implementation remains hindered by complex bureaucracy, debtor objections, and procedural inefficiencies. The study highlights the potential role of digitalization, particularly blockchain technology, in enhancing transparency and legal certainty. It recommends regulatory harmonization, development of digital infrastructure, and a rights-based legal framework to strengthen protection for creditors, debtors, and third parties.

Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi remaja merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi melalui program sosialisasi di SMP Negeri 2 Penukal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 66 siswa kelas IX dan dilaksanakan pada 15 Februari 2025. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pretest, presentasi, diskusi, dan posttest. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pubertas, tanda-tanda pubertas, serta cara menjaga kesehatan alat reproduksi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa dari 52% pada pretest menjadi 91% pada posttest. Antusiasme siswa terlihat dari partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan mendorong perilaku sehat di kalangan remaja. Edukasi lebih lanjut oleh tenaga kesehatan juga diperlukan untuk memperkuat pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja tentang isu-isu kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

The development of lightweight electric cars for urban mobility requires efficient aerodynamic design without sacrificing space efficiency. This study presents a novel method by investigating the combination of a two-seater city car's compact dimensions and square back shape, which has not been extensively researched for low- to medium-velocity vehicles. This study's objective is to assess the design's aerodynamic performance using numerical simulations using the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach. The vehicle model is designed with a compact body and square back, which is commonly used in small vehicles with high maneuverability requirements. The simulations are conducted at three different air velocity levels: 10, 20, and 30 m/s. The results of the study showed an increase in the value of the drag coefficient (Cd) along with an increase in flow velocity. At a velocity of 10 m/s, the Cd value was recorded at 0.4536. When the velocity increased to 20 m/s, the drag coefficient increased slightly to 0.4563. Further increases in velocity to 30 m/s resulted in a Cd value of 0.4581. This Cd value shows the consistency of aerodynamic performance with increasing velocity, with fluctuations that remain within the efficiency limits of lightweight vehicles. The pressure distribution contour shows high-pressure accumulation at the front and low pressure at the rear of the vehicle, which generates large turbulent wakes in the rear area and contributes to increased drag. These findings indicate that the square rear body design faces significant aerodynamic challenges. Therefore, design strategies such as adding a rear spoiler, using a rear diffuser, and optimizing the rear body angle are suggested as potential solutions to improve flow efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembentukan karakter siswa kelas X Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMK Baiturrahman Kandis. Fokusnya adalah penerapan mata pelajaran Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum ini menekankan nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti gotong royong dan kemandirian.Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan P5 yang terstruktur menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter siswa dalam sikap, perilaku, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Keterlibatan aktif guru dan siswa dalam proyek berbasis masalah, serta lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. This study describes the process and outcomes of character building in tenth-grade Light Vehicle Engineering students at SMK Baiturrahman Kandis. It focuses on implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcement Project (P5) subject within the Merdeka Curriculum. This curriculum emphasizes Pancasila values like mutual cooperation and self-reliance. A descriptive qualitative research method was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the structured application of P5 successfully fostered student character values in terms of attitudes, behavior, and social responsibility. Active involvement of teachers and students in problem-based projects, alongside a supportive learning environment, were key factors for success.

Abstract

SMK memiliki peran dalam peningkatan kecerdasan, pengetahuan, kepribadian, akhlak mulia, dan keterampilan sebagai bekal untuk hidup mandiri dan siap kerja. Tamatan SMK diharapkan mempunyai kompetensi yang baik agar siap pakai dan terampil, sehingga memudahkan industri untuk medapatkan tenaga kerja sesuai posisi yang kebutuhan. Tetapi berdasarkan data BPS pada Agustus 2020, TPT SMK adalah 8,49% dan tertinggi dibandingkan jenjang pendidikan lainnya. Masalah ini terjadi karena belum selarasnya antara kompetensi tamatan SMK dengan kebutuhan industri. Penyelarasan kompetensi tamatan SMK terhadap kebutuhan industri tergantung pada sumber daya serta sarana/prasarana yang dimiliki SMK. Permasalahannya sarana/prasarana praktik yang dimiliki SMK masih sedikit dan kondisinya kurang memadai. Tamatan SMK Jurusan Teknik Sepeda Motor seharusnya memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknologi programmed fuel injection sepeda motor. Maka kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK melalui rancang bangun simulator dan pelatihan teknologi programmed fuel injection sepeda motor. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan, terdapat peningkatan kompetensi siswa tentang teknologi programmed fuel injection sepeda motor, sehingga diharapkan kualitas tamatan SMK Jurusan Teknik Sepeda Motor semakin baik dan dapat menurunkan TPT tamatan SMK.
