Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompensasi non finansial dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 109 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dan bersama-sama antara kompensasi non finansial dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Artikel ini berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kompensasi nonfinansial dan disiplin kerja untuk mewujudkan kinerja guru yang lebih tinggi.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 67 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian: 1) angket; 2) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program aplikasi software SPSS For Windows Versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara; 2) ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara; 3) ada pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Wonosari Prabumulih Utara.

This study aims to see and describe the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture on the performance of state high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The independent variable in this study is the Principal Leadership Style (X1) and Teacher Work Culture (X2) and the dependent variable in this study is Teacher Performance (Y). Data analysis techniques, namely 1) simple and multiple linear correlation test; 2) Significant test using t test and f test. The leadership style of the principal and work culture together have a positive effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of the second variable between the second independent variable and the variable in Ry.12 is 0.670. From this coefficient, it can be calculated that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.449, meaning that 44.90% of the teacher performance reports can be linked together with the principal's leadership style and teacher work culture

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism on teacher performance. This type of research is a quantitative research design using ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in Public Senior High Schools in Sekayu District which consisted of 112 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher professionalism on teacher performance 3) there is a significant effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism together on teacher performance.

This research aims to identify and describe: 1). academic supervision of teacher professionalism; 2) the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher professionalism, 3) the influence of academic supervision and the leadership of the principal on teacher professionalism. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 47 teachers at SMP Negeri Sinar Peninjauan District. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression formulas and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant effect of academic supervision on professionalism; 2) There is a significant influence of principal leadership on teacher professionalism; 3) There is a significant effect of academic supervision and principal leadership on teacher professionalism. The magnitude of the influence of academic supervision and principal leadership together on teacher professionalism is 73.2% and the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership style in improving the learning process at SD Negeri 05 Ogan Komering Ulu. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were school principals and teachers of SD Negeri 05 OKU. The results of this study indicate that the principal leadership style applied in SD Negeri 05 Ogan Komering Ulu was carried out by the principal in general in response to good cooperation by subordinates, who used the democratic-participatory leadership style shown by the principal gave an example that both for teachers so that teacher personality increases, assigning or delegating teachers identically to official duties and motivating students, and is open and becomes a place of consultation for teachers and students in order to realize the quality of education and learning.

The goal of this study is to decide whether the leadership and motivation of school principals has a very important impact on the performance of high school teachers in the PlakatTinggi District. The theoretical analysis presented is the concept of leadership, the understanding of motivation, the understanding of the principal and the success of the instructor, whereas the research approach is a method of study with a survey method, descriptive quantitative approach, data collection strategies are carried out randomly or randomly. A sample of 63 teachers was taken randomly from a population of 83 teachers. 1) descriptive quantitative analysis technique; and 2) multiple regression, the data analysis technique used. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy as a manager in order to carry out four managerial functions in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Talang Ubi. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers is Miles and Huberman. The results show that the strategy of the Head of SMA Negeri 1 Talang Ubi in the planning function has been carried out through disciplinary enforcement with fingerprints, and preparation of learning infrastructure using digitization. The organizing function has been carried out well, through the preparation of students to continue to a higher level. the coordination function runs well by utilizing technology and information, so that most activities are carried out well. The monitoring function has been carried out with the use of technology, such as the use of a CCTV camera connected directly to the headphones and to the principal's room at SMA Negeri 1 Talang Ubi so the control is faster and more accurate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen model teaching factory di SMK Negeri 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, mendisplay data dan memverivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen model teaching factory di jurusan desain pemodelan dan interior bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Palembang mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasaian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Siswa sudah mampu merancang dan membuat model desain pemodelan dan informasi bangunan sesuai dengan project yang diberikan pembimbing. Pembimbing hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam memberikan bimbingan dan pengarahan kepada siswa. Evaluasi model teaching factory dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan pemeriksaan terhadap hasil produk oleh ketua program keahlian, jika ketua program keahlian sudah menganggap bahwa hasil produk sudah baik, maka ketua jurusan atau ketua program akan meneruskan hasil kerja untuk diperiksa oleh kepala sekolah. Evaluasi manajemen model teaching factory dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program yang telah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dan digunakan juga untuk membuat perencanaan program selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkap upaya yang telah dilakukan SMK Negeri 1 Lawang Wetan dalam rangka meningkatkan serta membangun citra sekolah yang dibuktikan dengan penyerapan alumni. Desain penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan instrumen penelitian wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa SMK Negeri 1 Lawang wetan yang memiliki misi menciptakan tenaga kerja tingkat menengah yang terampil dan profesional serta siap terjun ke dunia kerja/dunia industri dan diharapkan mampu menyalurkan alumninya atau bertindak sebagai pengantar kerja. Pemikiran ini terealisasi dengan adanya perjanjian kerja sama antara Disnaker dan Dinas Pendidikan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari adanya perjanjian kerja sama tersebut, maka SMK Negeri 1 Lawang wetan merasa ikut bertanggungjawab dan ikut memikirkan alumninya untuk memperoleh pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan minat, bakat dan kemampuannya dengan cara mendirikan Bursa Kerja Khusus.
