The target and output of this training is to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, and writing Classroom Action Research (CAR) for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 OKI. The training methods used are 1) lecturing in which the trainer explains to the trainees what and how to write and publish CAR; and 2) evidence-based learning, where training participants are invited to write together and know how to write CAR. The results obtained from this training can make participants (teachers) 1) write the background of the problem; 2) formulate the problem; 3) write a literature review; 4) writing research methodology; 5) write the results of research and discussion; 6) write conclusions, suggestions and bibliography; and 7) writing abstracts and bibliography.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze: (1) the impact of clinical supervision on teacher performance; (2) the impact of principal leadership on teacher performance; and (3) the impact of clinical supervision and principal leadership combined on teacher performance. This is a quantitative study utilizing an ex post facto technique. This study was carried out at SMA Sub Rayon 18 Palembang, with a population of 265 teachers, and 159 persons were chosen at random as samples. Questionnaires are used to collect data. The validity test employs construction and content validity, and the reliability test use Cronbach's Alpha. The normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and hesteroscedasticity tests were used to examine the test criteria, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression approaches. The findings revealed that clinical supervision and principal leadership had a good and substantial influence on teacher performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the following relationships: (1) the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance; (2) the relationship between teacher work motivation and teacher performance; and (3) the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher work motivation combined on teacher performance. This is a quantitative study using the partial correlation approach. This study was carried out in the State Vocational High School in Banyuasin III District, with 80 teachers serving as participants. Questionnaires and documents are used to collect data. Construction and content validity are used in the validity test. Cronbach's Alpha is used in the dependability test. The normality, homogeneity, and linearity tests were employed in the analytical precondition test, and the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential data analysis approaches. The findings revealed a partly and concurrently favorable and substantial association between the principal's leadership style and work motivation toward teacher performance.

Academic supervision is a type of self-evaluation used to maximize educational implementation, which is also supported by the leadership of competent school principals. As a result, the purpose of this study was to describe the impact of academic supervision and principal’s leadership on teacher performance. This study's execution is based on quantitative research methodologies. The data was examined proportionately using data from surveys, observations, and documents. The study's findings revealed a positive and significant effect of academic supervision on teacher performance; a positive and significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance; and, in simultaneous testing, a positive and significant effect of academic supervision and principal leadership combined on teacher performance during the pandemic at SD Negeri Madang Suku III District. The effect of the two independent factors on the dependent variable is categorized as modest.

This study aims to analyze how the principal’s leadership is implemented and find out the obstacles faced in increasing teacher professionalism at SDN 123 Palembang. The research method used is a qualitative method that captures information from natural conditions in an object’s life that is associated with a problem, both theoretically and practically. This study’s process included data collection and compilation, as well as data analysis and interpretation. The study’s findings indicate that teachers play an important role in preparing potential human resources. As a result, teachers must take an active role and position themselves as professionals to meet the demands of the times. In this case, the teacher serves as an educator and mentor, providing direction and demanding that students learn rather than simply transferring knowledge. The teacher’s educational background is a supporting factor, as all teachers at SDN 123 are undergraduate graduates, and some of them are community leaders in their neighborhood, while the inhibiting factor is a lack of teaching facilities.
