Abstract

Head of madrasa should have managerial abilities since these skills help to concentrate the process of coordinating instruction. To promote the improvement of a madrasa head’s administrative abilities, the supervisor arranges academic supervision on a continuous basis in an effort to improve educational quality by improving teacher’s performance in executing their professionally. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the impact of the madrasa principal’s administrative abilities and academic supervision held by the supervisor on teacher’s performance. As a result, the research was conducted utilizing a quantitative descriptive technique. According to the findings of this study, the madrasa principal’s administrative abilities have an influence on teacher’s performance in partial testing. Similarly, academic supervision provided by the madrasah supervisor had a good and substantial impact on teacher’s performance in partial testing. Concurrently, the factors of management abilities and academic supervision have a favorable and substantial influence on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah instructors in Lempuing District, hence confirming the alternative hypothesis in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of school committee empowerment management in a public elementary school unit in Plakat Tinggi District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The qualitative descriptive technique is used in the research process, which includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The Chairperson/Management of the School Committee, Principal, Teachers, Parents/Guardians of Pupils, and Students from Plakat Tinggi District, Musi Banyuasin Regency served as research subjects. The findings (1) school committees have a planned program based on the school’s requirements, requests, and ideas; (2) In comparison to the program for establishing the Organizational Structure and Work Program, the program for producing the Statutes and Bylaws is pretty good. (3) The Empowerment Management of the School Committee as Fundraising and Educational Resources from the Community and in Following Up Aspirations, Ideas, Complaints, Suggestions, and Criticism from the Community and Student Guardians is quite good in relation to the School Committee fundraising and carrying out its functions and duties following up on complaints, suggestions, criticisms, and aspirations from students, parents/guardians, and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the principal’s participatory leadership and school culture on the job satisfaction of teachers of SMA Negeri in Prabumulih Timur District. The population of this study were teachers at State Senior High Schools in East Prabumulih District, namely State Senior High School 3 and State Senior High School 7 Prabumulih, totaling 167 teachers and the research sample was taken using the Slovin formula as many as 96 teachers. This type of research uses quantitative research with correlation and quantitative descriptive research methods, while the sampling is done by random sampling. the research instrument uses a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and tested for reliability. The results of the research hypothesis using the regression test, namely simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using SPSS indicate that there is a significant influence between the principal’s participatory leadership on teacher job satisfaction, school culture on teacher job satisfaction in SMA Neger in Prabumulih Timur District with a significant value of p <0 .05, namely 0.000, it can be concluded if the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Then between the principal’s participatory leadership and school culture on the job satisfaction of public high school teachers in East Prabumulih District is at a level of p <0.05 which is equal to 0.000, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the principal’s participatory leadership and culture schools on the job satisfaction of public high school teachers in East Prabumulih District.

Abstract

Students are expected to easily and comfortably accept online learning. This paper intends to outline how online learning was implemented at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang throughout the covid-19 epidemic. This study employs a phenomenological research design and is qualitative in nature. Purposive sampling was the technique that was employed. Observation, documentation, and interview-based data collection methods. Utilizing the triangulation technique, the validity of the data is tested. Interactive analysis, which includes data gathering, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making, was used to obtain data analysis from the outcomes of data collecting. The findings indicated that, despite a few roadblocks, the online learning program at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang could be regarded to be operating successfully. Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang have access to Wi-Fi, and students receive free quotas as supporting elements for online learning. The low level of technological proficiency, the absence of parental involvement, and the challenging accessibility to the internet were the challenges identified.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership and internal communication on the performance of driving school teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung district. This research was conducted at Kayuagung 1 Public High School, Kayuagung 2 Public High School and Kayuagung 3 Public High School. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 137 people. The sample in this study amounted to 58 people. Data obtained through questionnaires and documentation techniques. To analyze the data, it was carried out through correlation tests, simple linear regression and multiple regression, which had previously been tested for data normality, linearity, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity as prerequisite tests. The results of the study stated that there was a positive influence on the leadership of the principal and internal communication together on the performance of driving school teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's participatory leadership and school’s culture on the implementation of distance learning at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih. The population of this study were 100 teachers at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih and the sample taken using the Slovin formula was 80 teachers. This type of research uses quantitative research with correlation and descriptive methods, while the sampling is done by random sampling, the research instrument uses a questionnaire. The results indicate that there is a significant influence between the principal's participatory leadership and school’s culture in the implementation of distance learning at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih. Then between the participatory leadership of the principal and school’s culture in the implementation of distance learning are accepted, which means that there is a simultaneous significant Influence between the participatory leadership of the principal and the culture schools in the implementation of distance learning at State Vocational School 1 of Prabumulih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the effectiveness of the principal’s leadership on the successful implementation of distance learning, (2) the effect of the availability of facilities and infrastructure on the successful implementation of distance learning, and (3) the effect of the effectiveness of the leadership of the principal and infrastructure together with the implementation of distance learning. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih with a total of 80 teachers as respondents. This research was quantitative correlation and descriptive methods, while the sampling was done by random sampling, the research instrument uses a questionnaire. Validity test using construct validity and empirical validity. While the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. Analysis prerequisite test using normality, homogeneity, and linearity test. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques, multiple linear regression and t-test. The results of the study show that (1) there is an effect of the effectiveness of the principal’s leadership on the successful implementation of distance learning, (2) there is an effect of the availability of facilities and infrastructure on the success of the implementation of distance learning, and (3) there is an influence of the effectiveness of the leadership of the principal and infrastructure as a whole. together on the implementation of distance learning.

Then between the Participatory Leadership of the Principal and the School’s culture on the Implementation of TQM at SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih is equal, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the Principal’s Participatory Leadership and School’s culture toward the Implementation of TQM.

Abstract

This is descriptive qualitative research using interview data collection techniques and field observations. This study aims to look at the principal’s leadership in increasing teacher performance at SD Negeri 10 Koba, Central Bangka Regency. Teacher performance can be reviewed and measured based on the content that must be owned by every educator. It can be displayed through the dominance of pedagogic, professional, personality and social competencies. Considering that the principal’s leadership on teacher performance is very influential, it is suggested that at SD Negeri 10 Koba, Central Bangka Regency, increasing teacher performance can be done through career development for teachers through training or educational seminars.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, identify, and describe the impact of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Rambutan District, as well as to simultaneously analyze, identify, and describe the impact of both factors on those teachers’ performance. This study used a quantitative methodology. This approach allows researchers to quantify the impact of work motivation and work discipline on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1’s Rambutan District. The study’s findings indicate that work discipline has a favorable and significant impact on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1’s Rambutan District. In terms of population and sample, 114 people were included in the study population, while 94 people made up the actual research sample. The trial sample, which might include up to 20 persons, is meant to be a sample for evaluating research tools to establish the reliability of the assembled tool. Questionnaires and documentation are the methods used to gather research data. The work discipline variable’s influence contribution is categorized under “low influence.” In Cluster 1, Rambutan District, there is a positive and significant relationship between job motivation and the effectiveness of public elementary school instructors. The work motivation variable’s influence contribution falls within the “fairly high influence” group. Workplace motivation and discipline both have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Rambutan District.
