Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of science learning, especially regarding the growth of green beans and group learning activities of class V students at SD Negeri Telang 2 through the application of the Project Based Learning learning model. The conclusion of the research is that the percentage of completeness obtained through completing project assignments in groups using the project based learning model before the intervention was 21%. In cycle I it increased to 67%, and in cycle II the increase reached 70%. It can be concluded that the use of the Project Based Learning learning model is effective in increasing science learning outcomes, especially in the growth of green beans, reaching up to 70%.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) through the implementation of a cooperative learning model with the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type. This research was carried out in the form of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted at SDN Alasrajah 2 Blega inolving 25 students. It consists of two cycles, each of which includes the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and formative tests given in each cycle. The results showed that the average student score increased from 64.8 in the pre-cycle to 68 in the first cycle, and reached 76.8 in the second cycle. The level of classical learning completeness also increased from 40% in the pre-cycle, to 56% in the first cycle, and to 84% in the second cycle. This improvement indicates that the STAD-type cooperative learning model is effective in improving students' learning outcomes in IPAS. In addition, students' engagement in learning also increased as the action progressed. Based on these results, it is concluded that the application of the STAD model can be an alternative to an effective and enjoyable learning strategy in enchancing academic performace of elementary school students in IPAS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of peer teaching-based cooperative learning models in improving cognitive learning outcomes of grade III students of SD Muhammadiyah 02 Bangkalan. Against the backdrop of low student learning achievement approaching the threshold of completion, the study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design with two cycles referring to the Kurt Lewin model. Participants involved 15 students, with data collected through formative tests, activity observations, and structured interviews. Quantitative descriptive analysis showed a significant increase: the average learning outcome score increased from 70 (Cycle I) to 88 (Cycle II), with the percentage of class completion increasing from 60% to 87%. Improvements were also seen in student discussion participation, clarity of material delivery through structured roles, and effective use of visual media. The conclusion of the study proves that the peer teaching model is able to optimize cognitive learning outcomes. Recommendations include strengthening interactive strategies, intensive mentoring to bridge curriculum gaps, and the application of adaptive models according to class needs. These findings serve as a reference for developing collaborative learning at the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Alasrajah 2 in the subject of Pancasila Education. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. In the pre-cycle stage, only 40% of students met the minimum mastery criteria. After applying the PBL model in the first cycle, the percentage increased to 80%, and further improved to 92% in the second cycle. These results demonstrate that the PBL model effectively enhances students’ cognitive performance, encourages active participation, and fosters critical thinking skills through problem-solving activities related to real-life issues and Pancasila values. It can be concluded that PBL is a highly effective learning model for improving student outcomes in civic education at the elementary level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang pengaruh bullying terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Bullying merupakan suatu tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan karena adanya paksaan terhadap seseorang maupun sekelompok orang yang berkepribadian lemah. Maraknya perilaku bullying di lingkungan remaja saat ini memberikan dampak yang dapat menghambat perkembangan remaja. Ada beberapa cara yang dapat menimbulkan adanya perilaku bullying seperti, mental, fisik bahkan media massa. Pada umumnya, korban dari perilaku bullying adalah remaja-remaja yang enggan berinteraksi antar sesama. Dengan adanya artikel ini, bertujuan untuk menginformasikan pengaruh bullying terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang sumber datanya diperoleh dari jurnal yang relevan. Dari data yang kami peroleh menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bullying terjadi karena adanya faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Perilaku bullying memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap perkembangan remaja baik secara verbal maupun non verbal. Perilaku bullying secara verbal biasanya dapat dilakukan dengan tindakan seperti mengancam, menghina, melecehkan dan lain sebagainya, sedangkan perilaku bullying secara non verbal dapat dilakukan dengan sengaja memojokkan korban, menghancurkan hubungan pertemanan korban.
