HIV(Human Immunodeviciency Virus) is a major global health problem has taken its toll died 40.1 lives so far. Indonesian Health Ministry recorded HIV cases in 2021 as many as 36.902 cases, majority patients are of productive age. Health education plays an important role in early HIV prevention. The purpose of this research to analyze the influence of health promotion on knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about HIV-AIDS. This research is a pre-Experimental study using One Group Pre-test-Post-Test Design. The research sample was 73 student. Knowledge level research results shows that respondents who have a high level of Pre-Test knowledge are 41.1% and Post-Tes results have increased are 61.6%, and respondents who have a low level of knowledge Pre-Test are 58.9% and Post-Test result. In respondents who have a positive attitude Pre-Test are 52.1% and Post-Test results have an increase are 71.2%. And respondents who have a low attitude Pre-Test are 47.9% and Post-Test results have decreased to 28.8%. Based on the Paired T-Test test, the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards HIV-AIDS before and after health promotion obtained each Asymptotic Significance Two Tails value or P Value are 0.000 <0.05. It is hoped that health education in schools can be carried out routinely to increase students' knowledge and attitudes in preventing HIV-AIDS.

This study has a purpose to determine the budget for the maintenance of fixed assets (machines), to find out the realization of the budget for maintaining fixed assets (machines) is greater than the budget for maintenance costs, and to determine the effect of maintenance costs on fixed assets (machines) on the smooth production of CV Rabbani. The data analysis method used is descriptive test analysis technique, descriptive test is a way of formulating and interpreting existing data so as to provide a clear picture through collecting, compiling and analyzing data, so that a general description of the maintenance activities carried out by the company can be known. The results of the research that have been obtained explain that the decrease in the amount of production occurs due to the number of machines that are damaged so that it increases the amount of maintenance costs that exceed the total maintenance cost budget that has been set by CV Rabbani.

Increasingly high needs make tourism a basic part of human lifestyle, and move people to get to know nature and culture in other countries. So indirectly the movement of people will affect the mutually sustainable economic chain. In this paper regarding the management of halal rice field tourism in improving the welfare of the community in Sidua-dua Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency. Therefore the aim of this study is to identify and determine the physical carrying capacity of the potential of rice fields in supporting tourism activities and find out whether rice fields have been managed optimally so that the potential of the rice fields is able to prosper the surrounding community. This research uses a type of field research (Field Research). With the nature of this research it is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that the Halal Labura Rice Field Tourism has very good economic potential where economically the Labura Halal Rice Field Tourism increases value from agriculture to the economic sector. This is supported by a strategic location, affordable travel tickets and attractive tourist facilities. However, Sawah Labura Halal Tourism has weaknesses, namely during the harvest season and weather changes even though it has been tricked by changing photo spots every time every three months. Cash Waqf Literacy in Indonesia: Literature Studies and Perspectives of Islamic Economics Academics Nurul Jannah

Cash waqf in Indonesia has become a topic of discussion in the world of scientific articles, both national and international scientific articles. In addition, cash waqf has also been regulated in law but all of this does not make the literacy of Muslims in Indonesia increase related to cash waqf, this can be seen from the waqf funds collected are not optimal if look at the condition of Muslims in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis by using the FGD method as a complement to this research. The results in this study, there is still a lack of public literacy related to cash waqf by looking at several previous studies so that academics provide several strategies and inputs to improve public literacy related to cash waqf, so that people have awareness in cash waqf

The key to the success of a bank in carrying out its functions is the bank that carries out a management in managing funds. Public funds or third party funds kept in banks are the largest sources of funds that banks rely on the most and consist of 3 types, namely demand deposits, deposits and savings. Apart from Third Party Funds (DPK), banking economic growth is influenced by interest rates. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of profit sharing and bonuses (return) on third party funds, to determine the effect of the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate as a moderating variable, and to determine the effect of profit sharing and bonuses (return) and BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate as a moderating variable for third party funds at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2016-2021 period. The research that the writer uses is a research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use simple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the coefficient of determination, T test and F test. Before using simple regression analysis, the classical assumption test is performed first which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Based on the results of the moderated regression analysis test which shows that profit sharing and bonuses (return) have an effect on third party funds. In addition, the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate is also able to moderate profit sharing and bonuses (return) with third party funds. Which means the BI 7-Day (Reverse) Repo Rate strengthens the relationship between profit sharing and bonuses (return) with third party funds.

Analisis Perbedaan Return Saham Sebelum dan Sesudah Hari Libur Idul Fitri Lutfiah Lutfiah; Nurul Jannah

Terdapat perbedaan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu diperiode penelitian yang sama maupun periode yang berbeda. Menurut Sukor, libur Idul Fitri mempengaruhi return saham yang dikarenakan masyarakat lebih membelanjakan uangnya untuk penyambutan libur idul fitri, akan tetapi menurut data yang diperoleh dan hasil penelitian terdahulu hal tersebut bertolak belakang dengan pendapat Sukor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan return saham sebelum dan sesudah hari libur Idul Fitri pada Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini adalah metode event study. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2017-2021 dengan periode pengamatan 30 hari, yang terdiri dari 15 hari sebelum hari libur Idul Fitri dan 15 hari sesudah hari libur Idul Fitri. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id dan www.financeyahoo.com. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, uji normalitas dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data yang diperoleh dari periode 2017-2021 berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji paired sample t-test juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai t pada periode 2017 sebesar 0,588, periode 2018 sebesar -0,592, periode 2019 sebesar 1,024, periode 2020 sebesar -1,59, periode 2021 sebesar 0,779 dan periode 2017-2021 sebesar 0,025. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan return saham sebelum dan sesudah hari libur Idul Fitri periode 2018, 2020 dan periode 2017- 2021, akan tetapi terdapat perbedaan return saham sebelum dan sesudah hari libur Idul Fitri periode 2017,2019 dan 2021.

Circulating government regulations regarding the use of e-money, people began to obey them by using e-money until finally the use of e-money has become a habit for the majority of Indonesian people. The basic law of muamalah in Islam is permissible until there is a proposition that prohibits it, so with this shift in habit, whether custom or in ushul fiqh science is called 'urf. This study aims to analyze 'urf on the use of electronic money (e-money) at the lecturers of the Islamic economics and business faculty of UIN North Sumatra Medan, this qualitative research uses the case study method. The researcher conducted observations on all permanent lecturers of the undergraduate program and of the sixty-two lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan, the researcher will conduct interviews only with ten representatives of lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of North Sumatera, Medan with criteria ranging from 25-40 years old and the lecturer understands about electronic money and has used electronic money (e-money) outside of campus mandatory transactions. This study results that the use of e-money is included in the 'urf sahih category, which means that the use of e-money is a habit that does not conflict with the arguments of the Qur'an and Hadith, the use of e-money also includes 'urf 'amm which means e-money known, known, agreed upon and applied by the majority of the community, the use of e-money also provides benefits to the community. So the use of e-money is an 'urf that can be used as the basis for legal determination

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Kantor Pemasaran Syariah medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif, sumber data yang diperoleh berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kepustakaan, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: Implementasi akad mudharabah yaitu peserta menyertakan 100% modalnya kepada pengelola untuk dikelola berdasarkan prinsip syariah sehingga keuntungan dibagi bersama sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah disepakati, sedangkan kerugian ditanggung oleh pemilik modal saja, pengelola tidak menanggung kerugian material karena pengelola menanggung kerugian lain berupa tenaga dan waktu. Perhitungan bagi hasil (mudharabah) di PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Kantor Pemasaran Syariah Medan, dalam prakteknya sudah tersistem sehingga jika ada peserta yang bergabung, maka karyawan hanya memasukan data peserta ke komputer dan perhitungan dananya akan muncul secara otomatis. Berdasarkan polis Mitra Mabrur Plus, bagi hasil (mudharabah) yaitu 70:30 dimana 70% untuk peserta dan 30% untuk perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of creativity promotion productivity and price on the demand for songket weaving sma and medium enterprises (UKM) in the Batu Bara district from an Islamic economic perspective. This study used quantitative and descriptive methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and the population and sample in this study were 73 songket weaving employees at Batu Bara. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS IBM 26. The results of this study indicate that creativity has a significant effect on product demand for songket weaving small and medium enterprises (UKM), the promotion has a significant effect on product demand for small and medium enterprises (UKM) weaving songket productivity has no significant effect on the demand for songket woven small and medium enterprises (UKM), and prices do not affect the demand for songket woven small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Batu Bara district. And the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test) show that creativity promotion productivity and price simultaneously influence the demand for songket woven small and medium enterprises (UKM).

This study aims to analyze how the impact of the existence of ecotourism policies implemented in Bukit Lawang nature tourism has on the community's economy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely by using an analysis of events, phenomena or social conditions. Source of data used is primary data. There are three data collection methods used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques for data validity used in this study are source triangulation and method or technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the existence of ecotourism policies on Bukit Lawang nature tourism has a positive effect on several things, such as: reducing unemployment, increasing people's economic income, surrounding area income, utilization of natural resources and good human resources and also enhance nature conservation efforts. In addition, the sustainability of ecotourism requires collaboration or cooperation between tourism managers and the local community. Keywords: Ecotourism Policy, Community Economy
