Abstract

This study aims to analyze mathematical learning difficulties seen from difficulties in learning facts, concepts, and operations, as well as to identify factors causing mathematical learning difficulties among students of class 3 SD 2 Donotirto Kretek Bantul. This research is qualitative. The subjects of this study are teachers, students, and parents of III SDN 2 Donotirto students. Data collection methods include interviews and observations. The data analysis activities follow Miles & Huberman's approach, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and initial conclusions, as the analytical techniques used. Source triangulation, particularly interviews with third-grade teachers, children, and parents, is used to assess data validity. Validity checks use triangulation techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research results, it was found that (1) Difficulties in learning facts: students struggle to understand and correctly write mathematical symbols, as well as to write thousands and hundreds of thousands of words correctly when instructed by the teacher; (2) Difficulties in learning concepts: students cannot yet distinguish between the numerator and denominator in fractions, students experience difficulties when faced with story problems in arithmetic operations, students still cannot interpret these story problems, and students do not understand the definitions and characteristics of flat shapes; (3) Difficulties in learning operations: students have difficulties solving division arithmetic operations. Low interest and attitudes towards learning are contributing factors to students' learning difficulties, and teachers rarely or never use teaching media during lessons.

Abstract

Peramalan adalah hal yang penting dilakukan sebelum pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen, Adanya peramalan didukung dengan adanya data yang akurat dan pemilihan metode yang tepat sehingga peramalan bisa dilakukan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode apakah yang paling tepat diantara metode Moving Average dan Exponential Smoothing dan untuk mengetahui jumlah persediaan bahan baku benang pada PT.Lotus Indah Textile Industries pada tahun 2017 berdasarkan metode yang terpilih.Data yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Moving Average 4 bulanan Moving Average 5 bulanan, Exponential Smoothing dengan α = 0.80 ; α= 0,85 dan α= 0,90. Kemudian setelah kita menganalisa data-data tersebut kita memilih metode apa yabg paling tepat digunakan dengan menghitung tingkat kesalahan (Forecast Error) dari masing-masing metode. Adapun pengukuran tingkat kesalahan tersebut menggunakan MAD dan Tracking Signal. Dari hasil analisis metode Exponential Smoothing dengan α = 0,90 dengan MAD = 250.0155 dan Tracking Signal = 51.67 dan persediaan bahan baku benang di tahun 2017 untuk jenis Polyester adalah sebesar 1132 dan bahan baku jenis Rayon sebesar 574, adalah metode yang paling tepat digunakan untuk peramalan persediaan bahan baku du PT.Lotus Indah Textile.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar penelitian yang telah dilakukan hasilnya dapat memberikan manfaat yang sesuai dengan harapan yang dikehendaki.

Abstract

A school can be said to be effective if there is good management of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the level of feasibility and availability of facilities and infrastructure at Candingasinan State Elementary School. This type of research is a survey with a descriptive analytical method. This research was conducted at Candingasinan State Elementary School. Data collection techniques in this study included in-depth interviews (teachers and school committee), questionnaires and documentation studies. The validity of the data collected in this study was triangulation of techniques (in-depth interviews and documentation) and sources (teachers and school committee). Data analysis techniques were collected interactively with the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of learning at Candingasinan State Elementary School in the use of facilities and infrastructure has been running quite well, although improvements are needed regarding facilities (student toilets and storage) and infrastructure (OHP, projectors, and whiteboards). This study is expected to provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities in improving the quality of learning facilities that support educational progress.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem transportasi publik terintegrasi merupakan salah satu strategi utama Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam mengatasi permasalahan kemacetan, ketergantungan terhadap kendaraan pribadi, serta rendahnya minat masyarakat terhadap angkutan umum. JakLingko hadir sebagai sistem integrasi antar moda transportasi publik yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana mobilitas, tetapi juga sebagai representasi brand layanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis brand image JakLingko serta implikasinya terhadap kepercayaan dan minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi publik terintegrasi di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis terhadap hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan, khususnya terkait persepsi masyarakat, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan pengguna JakLingko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image JakLingko dipersepsikan positif sebagai transportasi publik yang modern, terpercaya, mudah diakses, dan terintegrasi. Brand image yang kuat tersebut berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun kepercayaan publik serta meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk beralih menggunakan transportasi publik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan brand image dalam sektor publik, yang didukung oleh kualitas pelayanan dan konsistensi kebijakan, memiliki peran strategis dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat menuju penggunaan transportasi publik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Child-Friendly School (CFS) Program at SD Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun Kasihan Bantul based on the six CFS components. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved the principal, the coordinator of the CFS implementation team, teachers, and student representatives. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that the implementation of the CFS Program has been carried out effectively. In the policy component, the school demonstrates strong commitment through written regulations such as an Anti-Violence Decree, a Violence Prevention and Handling Team, and a CFS Implementation Team. Positive discipline is practiced, reporting mechanisms are available, and efforts to prevent violence and school dropout are implemented. In the learning process component, instruction is conducted in a supportive manner and child-friendly classroom environments are encouraged. In the component of educators and education personnel, the principal and teachers have received training on children’s rights and have shared the knowledge with all school members through a CFS Working Group. Regarding facilities and infrastructure, most school facilities are safe and comfortable, although ramps, disability-friendly toilets, and CCTV have not yet been provided. In the child participation component, students are involved in school activities, the formulation of school rules, the selection of extracurricular options, and participation in the CFS Implementation Team. Collaboration with parents, community institutions, the business sector, stakeholders, and alumni is also established.

Abstract

This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles. The subjects of the research were 24 first-grade students of SDN 007 Long Mesangat. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, reading ability tests (oral and written), and documentation. The implementation of the action focused on using engaging stories, supported by art media such as drawing, singing, and movement games to create an active and enjoyable learning atmosphere.The results showed that the application of the storytelling method and arts successfully improved students' initial reading ability significantly. This was evidenced by the increase in the average scores of students' reading ability tests from the pre-cycle, cycle I, to cycle II. Furthermore, observations indicated an increase in students' enthusiasm, active involvement, and motivation in following the learning process. It was concluded that the integration of storytelling and arts is effective in helping first-grade students overcome initial reading difficulties.

Abstract

This study aims to improve descriptive writing skills through a differentiated learning model for 5th-grade students at SDN 007 Long Mesangat. The type of research used is classroom action research. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN 007 Long Mesangat in the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 25 students, including 13 male students and 12 female students. The factors studied were student factors and learning outcomes in descriptive text writing through a differentiated learning model. Data collection methods included observation, testing, and documentation. Class Action Research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II, which consisted of three meetings. The conclusion from the research results and discussion was that the differentiated learning model could increase the activities of teachers and students and improve learning outcomes in writing descriptive texts. This was evidenced by the achievement of students' descriptive text writing results in Cycle I Meeting I, which was 57%, Cycle I Meeting II, which was 67%, Cycle I Meeting III, which was 70%, Cycle II Meeting I, which was 73%, Cycle II Meeting II, which was 80%, and Cycle II Meeting III, which was 90%. The conclusion of this study shows that through a differentiated learning model, the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 007 Long Mesangat in writing

Abstract

Environmental problems in elementary schools are often caused by low student awareness of environmental cleanliness. One effort made to overcome this problem is through the implementation of the LISA (See Trash, Pick It Up) Program. This study aims to describe the implementation of the LISA Program in increasing students' environmental awareness at SDN 007 Long Mesangat. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subjects being students and teachers at SDN 007 Long Mesangat. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the LISA Program is able to increase students' environmental awareness, as demonstrated by changes in student behavior in maintaining school cleanliness, such as disposing of trash in its proper place and picking up trash found in the school environment without being instructed by teachers. The LISA Program also contributes to the formation of a sustainable environmentally conscious character

Abstract

Indonesia ranks second in the world and Bandar Lampung City is the region with the highest TB incidence in Lampung Province with a treatment success rate that is still below the national target. This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Kedaton Community Health Center Working Area of ​​Bandar Lampung City using a quantitative analytical study with a case-control design. The study sample consisted of 40 cases (smear-positive pulmonary TB patients) and 40 controls (closest neighbors without TB) taken using a consecutive sampling technique, where data were collected through interviews, observations, and measurements using questionnaires and physical measuring instruments at home. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that employment status (p = 0.024) and bedroom ventilation (p = 0.040) had a significant relationship with the incidence of pulmonary TB, while the results of the multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression showed that gender (p = 0.015) and bedroom ventilation (p = 0.009) were significantly related variables. The conclusion of this study determined that bedroom ventilation was the most dominant variable associated with pulmonary TB incidence, with inadequate ventilation having a 3.91-fold increased risk (OR=3.91; 95%CI=1.41-10.94) compared to adequate ventilation after controlling for gender.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Fisika siswa kelas XI IPA-1 SMA Diponegoro Nganjuk Semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017-2018 pada Konsep Elastisitas dengan penggunaan alat peraga sederhana. Pembelajaran ini dikembangkan melalui 2 (dua) siklus tindakan dengan fokus utama pembelajaran dengan kegiatan eksperimen dan presentasi/diskusi. Penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran dengan bantuan alat peraga sederhana ini menghasilkan satu perubahan sikap siswa untuk aktif dalam proses pembelajaran yang diikuti meningkatnya nilai hasil belajar mereka dengan ketuntasan belajar yang optimal. Hasil prestasi belajar siswa sebelum tindakan sebesar 53,57 % dan setelah tindakan meningkat menjadi 78,57 %. Hal ini juga telah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 75 % .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini disarankan di atas: 1) Guru hendaknya menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan siswa untuk memotivasi siswa agar aktif dalam pembelajaran fisika. (2) Guru fisika hendaknya membangun pengetahuan khususnya mata pelajaran fisika dari konsep abstrak menjadi lebih riil dengan sering melakukan eksperimen, terutama dengan menggunakan alat peraga sederhana yang mudah difahami dan dinalar oleh siswa
