Abstract

Law Republic Indonesia Number 44 of 2009 on Hospitals states health care institutions must improve higher quality and affordable services to highest health level. Quality leadership is continuous work method and process improve service quality, competitiveness and productivity. Health services quality is reference to the ideal level of health services. Hospitals health services quality will be good if the leadership carried out properly. In general hospital there was an absence Performance Report, disintegration and not sinergy between stakeholders in terms of health services quality. There was nothing of a Minimum Services Standards measurement, has not implemented a customer satisfaction based service pattern, service quality has not met national standards, which indicates that service quality is not optimum. Quality control activities not yet implemented, Standard Operational Procedure was also not optimal. Research objective was to know the effect of quality leadership on the quality of health services. Quantitative research type with analytic cross-sectional design. The study conducted in July 2017 in the Outpatient Installation. The population were all medical personnel and health workers with a sample of 100 people. Techniques for collected data using a questionnaire. The variables in this study were exogenous variables of quality leadership and endogenous variables of health services quality. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square. The results of the study obtained Values, Vision, Inspiration, Innovative, Systems View, Empowering, Customer Focus, were predictors of quality leadership. Professional standards, service standards, codes of ethics and standard operating procedures were predictors of health services quality. The value of T-Statistic 0.669 with a statistical value of 1.96 there was no significant effect of quality leadership on the health services quality.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction at the Balai Makam Public Health Center in Bathin Solapan Sub-district can be influenced by several issues experienced in healthcare services. To address these issues, this study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the level of patient satisfaction with BPJS (Social Health Insurance) at the Balai Makam Public Health Center. The research utilized a mixed-method approach, involving primary informants who were BPJS patients at the Balai Makam Public Health Center, supportive informants consisting of healthcare providers at the health center, and key informa nts who were responsible for the BPJS Pcare program at the Balai Makam Public Health Center. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations, while secondary data were obtained from profiles, programs, and patient visit reports. Data analysis was conducted using both quantitative and qualitative methods, employing univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that the majority of patients (52.1%) were dissatisfied with the provided services. Several factors influenced patient satisfaction at the Balai Makam Public Health Center. Variables significantly associated with patient satisfaction with BPJS at the Balai Makam Public Health Center in Bathin Solapan Sub-district included reliability (p-value 0.002; OR= 7.581), responsiveness (p-value 0.000; OR= 14.069), assurance (p-value 0.000; OR= 20.160), tangibles (p-value 0.001; OR= 4.885), and empathy (p-value 0.000; OR= 18.462). The variable that had the most significant impact on patient satisfaction was responsiveness to services after controlling for the empathy variable. Insufficient responsiveness to service had a risk up to 21 times higher in causing dissatisfaction among BPJS patients at the Balai Makam Public Health Center in Bathin Solapan Sub-district. Interview results indicated that the main factor influencing BPJS patient satisfaction was tangible evidence.

Abstract

AbstrakPenyelenggaraan Rumah Sakit salah satunya mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan mempertahankan standar pelayanan rumah sakit. Rumah Sakit mempunyai tugas memberi pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Tentang Standar Pelayanan Fisioterapis sesuai dengan Permenkes No.65 Tahun 2015 di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian 5 orang Informan Utama dan 4 orang Informan Kunci. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan Analisis Domain, dimana memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh dari informan sesuai dengan masalah penelitian. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Fenomenologi Analisys, Untuk menjaga Validitas data dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Sumber Daya Manusia, Sarana dan Prasarana di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik belum sesuai dengan Permenkes No.65 Tahun 2015 Tentang standar Pelayanan Fisioterapi.2) Penyelenggaraan pelayanan di Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RSUD Arifin Achmad tidak sesuai dengan Permenkes No.65 Tahun 2015 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Fisioterapi karena masih mengacu pada kebijakan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No.378/Menkes/SK/IV/2008 Tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Rehabilitasi Medik di Rumah Sakit 3) Struktur organisasi belum sesuai dengan Permenkes No.65 Tahun 2015 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Fisioterapi. Manajemen mutu Rumah Sakit saat ini langsung dilakukan oleh Komite Mutu Rumah Sakit. Abstract

Installation laundry became one of the most important in supporting medical services at the hospital. Preliminary survey conducted at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru, at process linen management dirty not performed the stage weighing. This resulted in the laundry just estimate how comparison between heavy linen dirty with amount of water and measure of down. Research purposes to see how linen management at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. The data collected in interviews, observation and review of documentation. Data processing done to technique qualitative analysis by approach explorative. This research using data validity of triangulation. Informants to research this is officer laundry, head of laundry, chief medical facilities and director at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru which consisted of the 7. The research results show that there are themes that appear as the findings of the study this linen management .As for themes in the area are obstacles in the management of exertion or in the form of a lack of linen is , less he did training to officers and the length of the handling of if there are defective machine , the provision of facilities and infrastructure in the form of the absence of an instrument those who weighed dirty linen , and she has not done on a regular service , and the implementation of the house in the form of discharging sop apd , she has not done the process of weighing dirty linen , discharging washer that equal and there is no color sorting linen .By because it was necessary attention on the management of the linen in installation Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru conforming with established standards.

Abstract

Every year, the working area of Gunung Toar Community Health Center views an increase in the number of patients suffering from diabetes mellitus and hypertension. However not everyone with hypertension and diabetes mellitus received prolanis, and neither the Gunung Toar Community Health Center nor BPJS Health have evaluated the quality of prolanis services. The research's objective was to use the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to assess participant satisfaction and the quality of services provided by the chronic disease management program.  It is a mixed-methods research design. The study was carried out in May and June of 2022 in the working area of the Gunung Toar Community Health Center in Kuantan Singingi Regency. There were 533 individuals in the population. Importance Performance Analysis was used for both quantitative analysis, with a sample of 100 respondents, and qualitative analysis, with five informants conducted through in-depth interviews. Based on the study's findings, it was discovered that participant satisfaction was 96.51% overall, officer reliability was 92.68%, responsiveness was 97.45%, physical evidence was 99.50%, assurance was 98.18%, and empathy was 96.02%. More personnel in charge of prolanis in each club, a stronger prolanis team, increased cross-sectoral support, better management of accountability document archiving, and regular, quarterly, and annual evaluations of prolanis operations are still required.

Abstract

Undernourished children can manifest in several degrees: under or severe. Cadres play a critical function in tracking children's development. This research aimed to gather comprehensive data regarding the function of cadres in monitoring undernourished children. The study was conducted at the Umban Sari Public Health Center, using a qualitative methodology. Seven informants were chosen by purposive sampling. An extensive interview guide, recorders, cameras, and field notes were used as research instruments to capture all of the data in the field. Through observations and interviews, data were gathered. Triangulation techniques were used to validate the data. The results showed that cadres have a considerable function as communicators between the community and health professionals; in addition to being active in the planning and implementation of activities on the day of Posyandu for integrated services; however other than the integrated services, there was still limited role: only to greet mothers on their way to Posyandu; visitation activities conducted by the health officers accompanied by cadres when the toddler was first detected undernutrition and toddlers did not attend two consecutive months; provided guidance to the public was still not maximized; and cadres were still less active in counseling. t is recommended that cadres hold frequent meetings and training sessions, delegate authority to them beyond the integrated services, develop dietary guidelines for families, and distribute children's health literature.

Abstract

Immunization programs include efforts to reduce morbidity, mortality and mortality rates in infants and toddlers. This program is carried out for diseases that can be prevented by immunization such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, polio, measles, rubella, inflammation of the lining of the brain and pneumonia. Based on the Health Profile of the Sungai Salak Health Center in 2021, the achievement of complete basic immunization is 13.4% of the target of 95%. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Implementation of the Complete Basic Immunization Program (IDL) in the Working Area of the Sungai Salak Health Center, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive, with a case study design. The research location is in the Working Area of the Sungai Salak Health Center, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research time is August 2023. There were 6 informants for this research, consisting of 1 Main Informant, 2 Key, and 3 Supporting Informants. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations and document review. Data validity is done by triangulation of sources, methods, and data. The results of this study found that human resources were still lacking because there were no logistics management personnel, the distance to immunization services was difficult, the low knowledge of mothers and families on the importance of immunization, and there was no monitoring so that the reporting of Complete Basic Immunization coverage was gaped. It is expected that the Head of the Puskesmas will form an immunization program energy team, in collaboration with Cross Sectoral to run the My Home My Vilage (MYMV) Program.Keywords: Complete Basic Immunization, Sungai Salak Health Center, and Immunization Program

Abstract

Tetanus Toxoid Immunization in pregnant women or women of childbearing age can reduce the risk of Neonatal Tetanus incidence by 94%, making Tetanus Toxoid Immunization one of the main strategies in the successful implementation of the Elimination of Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus (ETMN) program. The percentage of coverage of pregnant women who received Td2 + was 42.8%. This is still far from the set target of 80%.  The aim was to analyze the factors associated with Tetanus Toxoid Immunization status in third trimester pregnant women at UPT Puskesmas Tembilahan Kota, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research method used quantitative research methods with a Cross Sectionl design approach. The number of samples in this research amounted to 175 people. Data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this research indicated that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.008), attitude (p value = 0.010), occupation (p value = 0.011), parents in law or family support (p value = 0.005), health worker support (p value = 0.001), exposure to premarital counseling (p value = 0.046), social culture (p value = 0.007), the role of the KUA sector (p value = 0.003) with the completeness of TT immunization in third trimester pregnant women at the Tembilahan City Health Center. Conclusion, the variable role of the KUA sector is the dominant factor that most influences pregnant women in getting complete TT immunization with p value = 0.01, r2 = 0.252, and OR = 2.727. Suggest, the role of the KUA sector can be improve and cooperate with other cross-sectors, such as the RT / RW level, the Headman / and the Sub-district in monitoring and encouraging the society to check reproductive health including Tetanus Toxoid Immunization status.Keywords        : Factor, Tetanus Toxoid Immunization, Pregnant Mother

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) once declared Mpox a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The cumulative number of cases as of September 26th  2023 was 90,618 cases with 157 deaths reported from 115 countries. Until the 51st week, Indonesia reported 71 cases with 56 recovered cases.  Port Health Office (KKP)of Dumai as one of the points of entry at the country's entrance is required to be able to implement disease prevention. The aim of this research is to describe the preparedness of the KKP Dumai in facing the risk of the Mpox disease outbreak entering through the Dumai port. The method in this research is qualitative, with 3 informants, taking informants based on purposive sampling. The research results show that human resources at the KKP  Dumai are sufficient and their competence is also adequate, but there is a need to refresh the Rapid Action Team. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, they are sufficient and in good condition. However, the use of thermal scanners at passenger ports needs to be paid more attention because the results are influenced by environmental temperature, and the KKP Dumai does not yet have an isolation room. In terms of coordination, it needs to be improved again. Existing contingency plan documents need to be simulated and there is no cooperation document between the KKP and RSUD. The conclusion of this research is that Port Health Office i Class II Dumai is not yet optimal in carrying out its preparedness, therefore it is necessary to form a TGC Decree, improve coordination with cross-sectors and cross-programs.Keywords: Preparedness, Coordination, Mpox, facilities & infrastructure, human resources

Abstract

ABSTRAKDi Puskesmas Melur Kota Pekanbaru terdapat kasus 10 orang ibu yangmenggunakan kontrasepsi 6 diantaranya mengalami kenaikan berat badan. Tujuan daripenelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhiKenaikan Berat Badan Pada Akseptor KB Di Puskesmas Melur Kota Pekanbaru Tahun2021. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan desain StudiPenampang Analitik (Analytic Cross-sectional). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalampenelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling.Analisis data yang digunakanmenggunakan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat, yaitu menggunakan perhitungan StatistikDeskriptif, Uji Chi-Square, dan Uji Regresi Logistik.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasilvariable aktivitas fisik mempunyai nilai P Value 0.015 < 0,05 sehingga ada hubungan yangbermakna antara kenaikan Berat badan dengan aktivitas fisik akseptor KB. Nilai POR hubunganaktivitas fisik akseptor KB yang memiliki aktivitas fisik sedang dengan kenaikan berat badanadalah 3,415 (CI 95% 1,073-10,868). Hal ini berarti akseptor KB dengan aktivitas sedangmemiliki resiko kenaikan berat badan 3,4 kali dibandingkan dengan akseptor KB yangmempunyai aktivitas fisik tinggi.Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Fisik, Kenaikan Berat Badan, AkseptorKBABSTRACTAt the Melur Health Center in Pekanbaru City, there were cases of 10 mothers whoused contraception, 6 of whom experienced weight gain. From the results of thisstudy, the results of the physical activity variable had a P Value of 0.015 <0.05 so thatthere was a significant relationship between weight gain and physical activity of familyplanning acceptors. The POR value of the relationship between physical activity offamily planning acceptors who had moderate physical activity with weight gain was3.415 (95% CI 1.073-10.868).
