Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, discipline and providing additional employee income partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food of Polewali Mandar Regency, which opened 114 civil servants. Sampling of this study was carried out using the slovin technique with a significant standard of 10%. So that it can be seen that the sample used in this study were employees of the Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 53 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 26,164 and Ftable with a value of 2.79. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that competence, discipline and the provision of additional employee income simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. From this description, it is known that competence, discipline and the provision of additional employee income partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture and Food, Polewali Mandar Regency. Furthermore, the competence variable is the most dominant influencing variable with a beta value of 0.467.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Astra Argo Lestari Tbk pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi PT.Astra Argo Lestari Tbk pada periode tahun 2017-2021 (data 5 tahunan). Metode analisis dalam penelitin ini menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan yang ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas (CR), rasio solvabilitas (DAR,DER), dan rasio profitabilitas (ROA,ROE,NPM,GPM), termuat pada hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas dari perhitungan current ratio menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaaan dalam keadaan “cukup baik”. Rasio Solvabilitas dari perhitungan Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio menunjukkan kinerja keuangan dalam kondisi “baik”. Rasio Profitabilitas dari perhitungan return of asset, Retun of equity , Rasio profit margin/ Net profit, Gross profit margin menunjukkan perusahaan kondisi menurun. Abstract

This study aims to examine shopping utility motives and the reference group that influences purchasing decisions. This research approach uses a scientific approach. The population in this study was all students of STIE Nobel Indonesia class 2016, 2017, and 2018 with 418 people. The criteria for this research are students of STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar class 2016, 2017, and 2018 who have bought online fashion products with the Slovin formula to calculate the sample size of a known population of 205 people. Multiple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of SPSS used to process research data. Based on the results of research and discussion on the Influence of Utilitarian Shopping Motives and Reference Groups on Online Fashion Product Purchase Decisions (Study on Students of STIE Nobel Indonesia Makassar), several conclusions can be drawn; there is a positive and significant influence on the independent variable, namely the utilitarian shopping motive variable and the reference group partially. on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision. This study suggests that companies should use reference groups for consumers in consumer decisions to buy fashion products. Then, future researchers should conduct the same research supported by making more observations by adding other supporting variables, such as hedonic motivation, lifestyle, consumer attitudes, and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Panakkukang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, menggambarkan bagaimana kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berusaha mewujudkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan dengan membandingkan keadaan sebenarnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Panakkukang Makassar dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 127 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling maka diperoleh sampel atau responden sebanyak 63 orang dengan analisa yang digunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Panakkukang Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, menguji disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai, menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, menguji pengaruh mediasi motivasi kerja pada lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, dan menguji pengaruh mediasi pada disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode   penelitian   yang   digunakan   yaitu   penelitian   survey.   Pendekatan penelitian yaitu penelitian ekplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitianya itu pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive  sampling.  Teknik  analisis  data  pada  penelitian  ini  yaitu  analisa  outer model, analisa inner model, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software smart PLS 3.2.7. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 393,2 termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, pengaruh disiplin  kerja  terhadap  kinerja  pegawai  sebesar  370  termasuk  kategori  tinggi, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 352,25 termasuk kategori tinggi. Mediasi motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh pada lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai.  Sedangkan  mediasi  motivasi  kerja  berpengaruh  signifikan  pada  disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. R Square pada kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,415 sedangkan R Square pada motivasi kerja sebesar 0,060.

Abstract

In obtaining student achievements and learning outcomes, students must have good skills and abilities. However, the fact is that many students still have low achievement and learning outcomes. This is urgent to research because there is a difference between theoretical expectations and reality to analyze learning skills and academic achievement within groups and to analyze differences in learning skills between male students and female students. The method in this research is quantitative by testing ANOVA. The subjects were 180 high school students. Data collection technique is using a learning skills instrument that contains two parts. The first section contains the demographics of the respondents. The second part also contains questions regarding learning skills. Instruments are assessed on a critical scale of 1 to 5 by distributing instruments using Google. A data analysis technique is using SPSS Version 25.0. Data analysis was analyzed using the Pearson correlation test to measure the relationship between learning skills and academic achievement. The results and findings show that the exam results show that there are no significant differences in learning skills among fourth-level students of different genders. ANOVA test results show that there are differences in learning skills among students in achieving academic achievement. The Pearson correlation test shows that there is a positive relationship between learning proficiency and academic achievement. The conclusion is that in obtaining achievements and learning outcomes, individual student learning skills and good academic performance are still needed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially analyze the influence of social media use and product innovation on marketing performance. The analytical approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is all Big Bananas customers in the city of Makassar, the number of which is unknown.The type of non-probability sampling method used is judgmental sampling using the Rao Purba formula for sampling.So the total sample for this research is 96 Big Bananas consumers. The data analysis approach used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research results found that partially the use of social media and product innovation had a significant effect on marketing performance

Abstract

This research aims to depict the performance of teachers, student participation, the level of student motivation, as well as to analyze the improvement of learning achievement in mathematics on topic 6 "My Aspirations." In the learning process for fourth-grade students at SDN Telaga Biru 6 Banjarmasin, a combination of Problem Based Learning (PBL), Number Head Together (NHT), and Snowball Throwing (ST) instructional strategies is employed. A Classroom Action Research method with both qualitative and quantitative approaches was implemented over 4 learning sessions. The research findings indicate that teachers demonstrate effective performance, students actively engage in the learning process, student motivation is reasonably high, and there is noticeable progress in achieving learning outcomes for topic 6 in each session of the meetings.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di ITB Nobel Indonesia Makassar, bertujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan analisis potensi diri untuk pengembangan karir dan wirausaha menggunakan pendekatan Business Model You (BMY). Kegiatan melibatkan ceramah, praktek pengisian kanvas BMY, serta monitoring dan evaluasi implementasinya, diikuti oleh 25 mahasiswa pada tanggal 11-12 Januari 2024. Kegiatan penyusunan kanvas Business Model You menghasilkan beragam ide memulai usaha atau rencana karir dari mahasiswa. Kegiatan pelatihan BMY secara keseluruhan membantu mahasiswa memahami sumber daya, aktivitas, dan hubungan yang membentuk model bisnis pribadi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini membantu mereka memahami manfaat dan pengorbanan yang diperlukan untuk merintis karir atau memulai berwirausaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment risk on stock returns for the LQ45 index for the 2016-2021 period. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling using several criteria so that the data obtained were 27 companies. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the significance value is 0.781> 0.05 and the coefficient is 0.008, which means that Beta has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. The results of this study do not support the hypothesis that has been put forward.
