Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of knowledge integration in the Islamic Education Management Study Program, Tarbiyah Faculty and Palopo State Islamic Institute.. The research is aimed at: To learn about the integration of sciences in Islamic education management program of the tarbiyah faculties and the sciences of the religious institute of Islam of the state of palopo; To know the supporters and inhibitors of integration in the program of studies of the management of islamic education of the Tarbiyah faculty and of the science of the religion of Islam Institute of the Palopo state.  The type of research used is qualitative research. The subjects of this research are Deputy Dean II of FTIK, Head of Study Program, Lecturer, and Student. Research data is obtained through interviews, documentation, and observations with data analysis using processing/naming of raw materials, data sorting based on the result of rewriting, data encoding according to information characteristics, data coherence interrogation analytically, identification of meaning relationships between data from one to the other, data transposition in chart form, meaning display and rewrite about meaning display.  The results of this research explain that the implementation of integration of science has been implemented which is seen on RPS, learning materials, and the use of appropriate methods. The integration of science in Islamic Education Management has long been triggered by the leadership, which then the new leadership continued the program in accordance with the vision of mission both in the institution, faculty, and vision of the mission of the study program. Supporting Factors consist of; Human Resource Quality Factors and Government Policy Factors; and inhibitory factors consisting of; Budgetary constraints; teaching materials; means and supplies; and guidelines in the implementation of the integration of science into the Islamic Education Management curriculum.

Abstract

Kelurahan Pasir has the widest beach tourism and the densest coastal community. Fast and responsive first aid for drowning victims in coastal communities is very important because the risk of drowning often occurs. Drowning is an emergency that requires speed and responsiveness of first aid. The impact of delayed first aid for drowning victims is death. Drowning is the 3rd leading cause of death in unintentional injuries. In 2021, there were 3 cases of drowning victims. The results of observations and interviews with coastal communities and fishermen, said they did not know and did not understand how to first aid drowning victims. So it is necessary to carry out education, training in coaching the coastal community in Pasir Village in the form of simulating the first aid for drowning victims, creating a SIGAP (alert and responsive) drowning nagari group and using the techno first aids application. The activity aims to assist government programs in building and increasing the independence of coastal communities to become safe, comfortable, safe tourist areas, and able to provide first aid for drowning victims. The service was carried out for 3 years based on the following partner problems in Pasir Village: Improving the understanding and skills of the Pasir Village Coastal Community about first aid for drowning victims which is still low.

Abstract

The nilem fish (Osteochilus vittatus) has high economic value, but its growth rate is relatively slow. One potential solution to accelerate its cultivation period is the use of recombinant growth hormone (rGH). This study aimed to evaluate the effect of oral administration of rGH derived from Epinephelus lanceolatus (rElGH) on the growth rate of nilem fish juveniles at different stocking densities. A completely randomized design with three replications was used in this study. Juvenile fish with an average length of 4.43±0.03 cm and weight of 0.96±0.03 g were reared in aquaria measuring 100 × 50 × 50 cm with a water height of 20 cm for 30 days. The fish were fed commercial feed containing 31–33% protein, with rElGH-supplemented feed given to satiation twice daily (at 08:00 and 16:00) during the first seven days, followed by regular feed without rElGH. The best production performance was obtained in the R30 treatment group (30 fish per 100 L with rElGH), with an absolute weight gain (AWG) of 3.4 g, a survival rate of 98.89%, and a specific growth rate (SGR) of 4.8% per day, indicating that nilem fish given rElGH grew faster.

Abstract

Desentralisasi pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan melalui pelimpahan kewenangan kepada pemerintah daerah. Namun, dalam implementasinya, berbagai tantangan muncul terkait pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah daerah dalam menjamin akses dan kualitas pendidikan di era desentralisasi, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan pembiayaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di beberapa daerah yang telah menerapkan desentralisasi pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan, observasi, serta analisis dokumen kebijakan pendidikan daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah memiliki peran strategis dalam perencanaan dan pengalokasian anggaran pendidikan, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal kapasitas sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan anggaran, serta koordinasi antar instansi. Meskipun terdapat berbagai inisiatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui kebijakan berbasis kebutuhan lokal, masih diperlukan penguatan mekanisme pengawasan dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pemberian rekomendasi kebijakan yang berfokus pada peningkatan efektivitas peran pemerintah daerah dalam pembiayaan pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa desentralisasi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan apabila didukung oleh regulasi yang jelas, alokasi anggaran yang memadai, serta kolaborasi yang kuat antara pemerintah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of taxes, intangible assets, Exchange Rate on transfer pricing in multinational manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2019-2022. This research is a type of quantitative research, namely using secondary data in the form of financial reports owned by the company. Where the sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 40 samples was obtained. Data was obtained with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research show that taxes and exchange rates have a negative effect on transfer pricing, while intangible asset variables have a positive effect on transfer pricing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors influencing transfer practices in multinational manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. In this research, the factor used is the bonus mechanism intangible asset tax. This research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and 40 sample data were obtained. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear analysis with the SPSS 23 program The research results show that intangible assets have a positive effect on transfer pricing, while tax variables have a negative impact on transfer pricing

Abstract

Humpback grouper is one of the most cultured fishes in Asia, including Indonesia. Themain problemfaced by humpback culture is its slow growth rate.One of themethods that willbe more effective and efficient to solve the problem is using transgenic technique. This studywas conducted to determine the effectiveness of transfection,microinjection and electroporationtechniques on gene transfer in humpback grouper. transfection was performed byincubating sperm to the foreign DNA (pktBP-ktGH gene construct)-transfectant complexsolution, while was by injecting those complex solution into testis of mature males.Microinjection was conducted in 2-4 cell stage embryos using 25 μg/ml of foreign DNAsolution, and duration of injection was 1, 2 and 3 seconds. Electroporation by 50 V, 30 ms ofpulse length, 5 of pulse number and 0.1 of pulse interval was performed to sperm using threeDNA concentration of 5, 10 and 20 μg/ml. The incorporation of foreign DNA in sperm andembryos were analyzed using PCR method. Based on PCR analysis, an optimum DNAconcentration for electroporation was 10 μg/ml. Limited number of embryos could bemicroinjected during 20-30 min to reach 2-4 cell stage. Microinjection for 1 second showedhigher survival rate of embryos, although none or very low number of larvae was hatched.Transfast was an effective DNA delivery reagent for humpback grouper sperm. Foreign DNAcould be detected in sperm from two out of ten transfected fish at least 36 hours posttransfection (hpt). By transfection, foreign DNA was detected in sperm at 48 hpt 25 Cincubation temperature. Our study revealed that transfection, microinjection as well aselectroporation could be used as transgenesis methods in humpback grouper. By means ofsimplicity and efficacy, however, electroporationwas an appropriate gene transfermethod.oIn vitroin vivoin vivoin vitro

Abstract

Siput gonggong Laevistrombus turturella merupakan siput laut yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sehingga populasinya diperkirakan menurun. Upaya pelestarian siput ini perlu dilakukan salah satunya dengan budidaya. Kegiatan budidaya memerlukan ketersediaan induk matang gonad. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ukuran induk siput gonggong matang gonad berdasarkan panjang cangkang dan warna gonad, serta mengevaluasi pengaruh paparan suhu berbeda terhadap kecepatan penentuan jenis kelamin induk. Panjang cangkang siput gonggong diukur dengan jangka sorong, kemudian dipecahkan untuk mengamati warna gonadnya. Data dianalisis dengan student t-test. Perlakuan paparan suhu air 15°C (P1), 20°C (P2), dan 30°C (P3). Tujuh ekor induk siput gonggong dimasukkan ke dalam akuarium sesuai perlakuan, durasi waktu keluar tubuh lunak siput gonggong dari cangkang dicatat. Data dianalisis dengan uji Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ukuran rata-rata panjang cangkang induk siput gonggong matang gonad dari laut Madong-Tanjungpinang adalah 63,449±5,352 mm (jantan) dan 66,953±5,876 mm (betina). Penentuan jenis kelamin siput gonggong dapat dipercepat dengan pemberian kejutan suhu dengan suhu air 20°C.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify female goats with the potential to give birth to triplets by examining morphological characteristics correlated with FSH and LH hormone levels in the blood. It included four triplet-bearing Boer goats and four triplet-bearing Etawah grade goats, each with 12 kids, and four single-bearing Boer goats and four single-bearing Etawah grade goats, each with four kids. Morphological indices of body sizes, including weight, height slope, length index, width slope, depth index, foreleg length, and hormone levels, were observed. A t-test and descriptive analysis were conducted. The average body size of Boer goats was larger than Etawah grade goats, but there were no significant morphological differences between triplet-bearing Boer and Etawah grade goats. However, single-bearing Boer goats had a significantly higher height slope than single-bearing Etawah grade goats. FSH levels significantly increased in the blood of triplet-bearing Boer goats compared to single-bearing Boer goats. Morphological indices and hormone levels can help select goats likely to give birth to triplets.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan menggambar bentuk pada mata pelajaran Seni Budaya (seni rupa) di kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja dan kendala yang dialami peserta didik dalam menggambar bentuk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif .penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja sedangkan sampel kelas X 1 berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampel total. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, tes praktik, dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menggambar bentuk berdasarkan hasil tes praktik. Dari 32 orang kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 2 Tana Toraja terdapat 15 peserta didik (46,87 %) yang berada pada kategori kurang. Adapun kendala peserta didik dalam membuat karya, yaitu pada kendala internal yang meliputi (perhatian, minat, motivasi.dan kesiapan sedangkan kendala eksternal meliputi (keluarga, masyarakat, dan sekolah)
