Abstract

This form of assessment of addicts and victims of narcotics abuse is a form of positive breakthrough in law enforcement against narcotics abusers. However, in its application, the National Police experienced problems in the assessment process for handling addicts and victims because they were influenced by various factors that hindered the achievement of the ideals as envisioned by the law. The government must make stricter and wiser regulations regarding the Narcotics Abuse Evaluation Process, all law enforcement agencies prioritize an integrated assessment process for everyone who is proven to be affected by Narcotics abuse and law enforcement officials, such as the Indonesian National Police,

Abstract

This study aims to understand tofu entrepreneurs' perceptions of the factors affecting the decline of the tofus industry both simultaneously and partially in Kuningan Regency. The study employs descriptive quantitative methods through a survey approach, aiming to explain and summarize various conditions and situations while revealing problems or facts in more depth. This study also utilizes measurements and analyses to explore the views of tofo entrepreneurs regarding the elements that contribute to the decline in the number of industries. The results indicate that the entrepreneurs' perceived factors regarding capital, raw materials, labor, marketing, and training simultaneously have a significant effect on the decline, with a p-value of 0.049  0.05. In contrast, the capital factor does not have an impact on industry decline, while the marketing factor partially influences industry decline. In addition, the effect of reactivating tempeh-tofu cooperatives (Kopti) on operational efficiency and profitability is not significant. The findings provide practical implications for policymakers and entrepreneurs to address industry challenges. These avenues could provide valuable insights and actionable strategies that could be applied locally.

Abstract

Abstract

Seaweed cultivation is an alternative community livelihood that potentially helping to reduce pressure on coral reefs in the area of Raja Ampat Archipelago. This study was aimed to conduct an oceanographic analysis of the waters of Meosbekwan Island (Raja Ampat Regency) for the suitability of seaweed cultivation. Oceanographic data collection was carried out at three points (M1, M2, and M3) on the western side of Meosbekwan Island. Analysis of suitability for aquaculture was initiated with an analysis of key parameters, i.e., depth, protection and shipping traffic. The suitability analysis was followed by an analysis of the oceanographic parameters of the waters by weighting them using a ranking system. Furthermore, the final stage of suitability analysis was to evaluate the feasibility level of seaweed cultivation. The results showed that the depth of the waters on the western side of Meosbekwan Island ranged from 1.3 m – 5.8 m with an average depth of 1.5 m in the south (M1), 2.2 m in the middle (M2), and 3.9 m to the north (M3). Wave height during the study ranged from 0.1 – 0.3 m with an average value of 0.25 m at all points. The velocity of the water currents ranged from 0.08 – 0.25 m/s. The salinity of the waters was relatively homogeneous (30 - 31 o/oo). Water temperature also has small and relatively homogeneous variations with a range of 30 - 31˚C. The brightness of the waters ranged from 2.5 – 3.5 m. The bottom of the waters on the west side of Meosbekwan Island generally consists of coarse sand, rubble, and seagrass vegetation Enhalus acoroides and Cymodocea sp. In general, the oceanographic conditions of the waters are suitable for the life and growth of seaweed. The results of the location suitability evaluation indicated that the waters on the western side of Meosbekwan Island were technically feasible to serve as a location for seaweed cultivation.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe students' learning independence, learning styles, and  analyze their influence on chemistry learning achievement. The population as well as sample in this study were 42 students from classes XI.C and XI.D SMA Negeri 2 Pasarwajo in the 2024/2025 academic year. Questionnaire was used to obtain data of learning independence and learning styles, while learning achievement was obtained from semester test scores. Techniques of data analysis employed were descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis using dummy variables. The results showed that students' learning independence was in the moderate category (85.71%). Students' learning styles consisted of visual (21.43%), auditory (14.28%), kinesthetic (21.43%), and other combined styles. Meanwhile, students' learning achievement was in the moderate category (80.95%). Learning independence and learning styles influenced the chemistry learning achievement, both partially and simultaneously. Partially, learning independence contributed 35.3% and learning style namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic sequentially contributed 19.9%, 10.4%, and 7.3%. Simultaneously, they contributed 72.9% to chemistry learning achievement.

Abstract

This study examines the Cooperation Agreement between the the Social Security Provider (BPJS) for Health and Hospitals and how it impacts the delay in claim payments at RSUD Datu Beru Takengon in 2023. The research employs a juridicalempirical method focusing on the analysis of the Cooperation Agreement documents. The findings reveal that coding discrepancies are the major cause of claim delays, with a total of Rp 4,370,529,800 in delayed claims throughout 2023. While the cooperation agreement outlines rights and obligations for both parties, it lacks specific attention to resolving delayed claims. Therefore, the agreement needs improvement by emphasizing the prevention of claim delay cases to avoid negative impacts on hospitals and healthcare services.

Abstract

This study aims to describe digital literacy, learning styles, and chemistry learning outcomes on acid–base material, as well as the simultaneous and partial effects of digital literacy and learning styles. This research is quantitative and uses a survey method. The sample consisted of all 41 eleventh-grade students of SMAN 7 Kendari in the 2024/2025 academic year. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaires were used to measure digital literacy skills and learning styles using a 4-point Likert scale. Documentation of learning outcomes was obtained from students’ daily test scores. Hypothesis testing employed simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis based on the questionnaire data and learning outcome data. The results of the simple linear regression test showed that digital literacy had a significant effect on learning outcomes with a contribution of 10.2%, whereas learning styles did not have a significant effect on learning outcomes, contributing only 0.04%. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that digital literacy and learning styles simultaneously did not have a significant effect on acid–base chemistry learning outcomes, with a total contribution of 10.2%.
