Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of investment decisions for the millennial generation. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of financial literacy and risk perception on the investment decisions of the millennial generation in the era of society 5.0. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 millennial generations who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23.0. The results of this study explain 1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the investment decision of the millennial generation in the society 5.0 era, 2) Risk perception has a positive and significant effect on the investment decision of the millennial generation in the society 5.0 era, and 3) Financial literacy and risk perception have a positive effect and significant for the investment decision of the millennial generation in the era of society 5.0. The findings of this study indicate that if the millennial generation wants to improve their investment decisions in the era of society 5.0, they must improve their financial literacy and risk perception.

Abstract

Minangkabau entrepreneurs in Indonesia offer a unique perspective on the trait-based entrepreneurial lineage, as they are culturally reinforced by their distinctive cultural norms, including their psychological aspects. This study aims to investigate the performance of marketing, financial, and operational as observed from their creative self-efficacy, intellectual capital, innovative work behavior, and the mediating role of perceived organizational support. This study adopts a quantitative approach where questionnaires are distributed to 254 MSMEs for path analysis construction using PLS-SEM. This study provides evidence that Minangkabau entrepreneurs exhibit innovative behavior and provide trait-based support to their employees, further enhancing their marketing, financial, and operational performance. The government can accelerate the digital transformation and innovation of MSMEs in Indonesia by exploiting these traits in the construction of their policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of digital payment technology in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 MSMEs in Bandung City that have used QRIS mobile digital payment services. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from MSME owners or managers in Bandung City who have used QRIS digital payment services. The results of the analysis show that factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and security affect the intention to use QRIS payment technology. In addition, validity, reliability, normality, and multicollinearity tests are also carried out to ensure data reliability and validity. The results of hypothesis testing show that all independent variables, namely Perceive in Use, Perceive in Usefulness and Security in Use, have a significant effect on user behavior in using QRIS. This research contributes to analyzing the acceptance and use of digital payment technology in MSMEs.

Abstract

Sejumlah penelitian terdahulu yang disebutkan di atas menunjukkan bahwa variabel Narsisme CEO mempunyai hubungan negatif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan karena seorang CEO yang terlalu narsis akan tergiur dengan hal-hal yang tidak substansial yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan kualitas produk dan merek. memercayai. , kualitas pelayanan, dan jumlah keputusan pembelian konsumen. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, peneliti mempunyai cara pandang dan paradigma berpikir yang berbeda (Sinaga et al., 2023). Padahal, dengan sikap narsis seorang CEO perusahaan akan mudah menarik perhatian investor, pemangku kepentingan, mempermainkan emosi pasar dan kompetitor, sehingga pada akhirnya produk akan lebih dikenal calon konsumen dan meningkatkan produksi. , keputusan pembelian, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan Kinerja Keuangan. Apalagi hal ini dibarengi dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Rum et al., 2019). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Narsisme CEO terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 50 CEO UMKM di Indonesia, 100 pegawai keuangan, dan 150 konsumen yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia (Maini & Tanno, 2021). Kuesioner berisi 14 item yang terdiri dari pernyataan sangat setuju, setuju, biasa saja, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0.

Abstract

Micro businesses contribute to the economy of families and the government, therefore there needs to be attention to business actors. With the development of business actors it will be able to help the government in absorbing labor and overcoming the problem of unemployment. The importance of business actors for the government is that steps can be taken by identifying the potential of business actors in their own regions. North Penajam Paser Regency is one of the districts in East Kalimantan which has business actors in various businesses. Business actors in North Penajam Paser district have problems related to knowledge in developing their businesses. This Community Service aims to increase knowledge of business actors in North Penajam Paser Regency so they can develop their businesses. The result of this service activity is that business actors understand the need to develop their business and know how to develop the business they already have.

Abstract

One of the problems facing the world of education in Indonesia is the problem of weak learning processes. This research aims to see the influence of lecturer competence on the quality of education in the Management department at the UKIP Makassar campus. This research uses a quantitative approach with SPSS as the data processing application. The sample in this study consisted of 73 students who were students from the 2019 - 2022 class. From the research results it was found that the competence of management lecturers had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education received by students majoring in Management at the UKIP Makassar campus. For this reason, the author suggests that lecturers who teach in the Management department further improve their competence in order to improve the quality of education at UKIP Makassar. Apart from that, the leadership should further increase supervision of lecturers' performance and continuously communicate about the tasks that lecturers must carry out, especially those related to learning. So that all lecturers can be more responsible for the tasks given.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. And to find out whether the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence partially affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study was 268 Consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling and the sample method used is Accidental Sampling. The data analysis model used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The test equipment used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted as true, namely, it is suspected that the product, price, location, and promotion partially affect the purchasing decisions of consumers at Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan, as evidenced by the t-count value is greater than the t-table value. And product, price, location, and promotion simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan, it is proven because the calculated F value is greater than the F table value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: Implementation of public services based on the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. And to find out the supporting factors in implementing public services based on the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative, data collection techniques consist of participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the ease of use of the Village SIAP application in Pao-Pao Village can reduce manual service procedures that can take hours to just a few minutes. The supporting factors in implementing public services based on the Village SIAP application are training in application operation, community participation, government support, the existence of computer equipment and a WiFi network at the village office.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan keuangan dan manajemen usaha bagi komunitas berpendapatan rendah. Fokus utamanya adalah memberikan pemahaman yang holistik dan praktis terkait pengelolaan keuangan serta strategi efektif dalam menjalankan usaha bagi komunitas yang memiliki akses terbatas terhadap sumber daya keuangan. Dalam konteks ini, kami mengeksplorasi berbagai metode pelatihan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan kapasitas komunitas, menawarkan solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan secara nyata. Diharapkan jurnal ini dapat menjadi panduan yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan keterampilan keuangan dan manajemen usaha di kalangan komunitas berpendapatan rendah, meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan dan mengembangkan usaha kecil.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the level of financial literacy on financial management among housewives. The method used in this research is quantitative. This research used 108 respondents with data collection techniques using the Solvin technique. The independent variable in this research is financial literacy, while the dependent variable is financial management. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire (Likert scale). The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. To strengthen the questionnaire data, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and auto correlation test are used to provide certainty that the data held is unusual. Hypothesis testing in this research uses the t-test (partial) and the coefficient of determination (R). The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial management among housewives in Balangdatu, Tanakeke Islands District, Takalar Regency.
