Abstract

This research explores the thoughts of al-Żahabi in the field of hadith, specifically within his book Talkhīṣ al-Mustadrak. The objective is to understand al-Żahabi's perspectives on hadith in this particular work. This literature review employs a combined approach of hadith and historical sciences. The data analysis methods include descriptive and comparative analysis. The findings reveal that al-Żahabi provided accurate scholarly commentary on the hadiths in Al-Mustadrak. For instance, he criticized a hadith authenticated by al-Hakim from the companion Sa’d bin Abi Waqqāṣ in al-Mustadrak due to its weak chain originating from Ṭalḥah bin Zaid al-Qurasyi, deemed weak by many hadith scholars. Despite this, there are instances of errors in al-Zahabi's assessments, such as in the evaluation of a hadith in the al-Mustadrak" on commercial transactions, authenticated by al-Hakim according to Bukhāri and Muslim's criteria, while al-Żahabi judged it according to Muslim's conditions. Further examination revealed discrepancies in the chain narrated by al-Ḥākim and a different chain in Saḥīḥ Muslim. Al-Żahabi refrained from commenting on most hadiths in al-Mustadrak, only referencing al-Ḥākim's authentication without necessarily approving it. His silence on certain hadiths is due to uncertainty about their status or prior assessment of the narrators. Therefore, scholars examining al-Mustadrak are advised to refer to al-Żahabi's comments in Talkhīṣ al-Mustadrak. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemikiran al-Żahabi di bidang hadis. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui pemikiran al-Żahabi di bidang hadis dalam kitabnya Talkhīṣ al-Mustadrak. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu hadis dan historis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan kompratif. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa al-Żahabi telah memberikan komentar ilmiah yang tepat terhadap hadis-hadis di dalam kitab al-Mustadrak. Seperti saat ia mendaifkan hadis yang disahihkan oleh al-Ḥākim dari sahabat Sa’d bin Abi Waqqāṣ dalam kitab al-Mustadrak karena semua jalur sanadnya berpangkal pada Ṭalḥah bin Zaid al-Qurasyi yang dinilai daif oleh banyak ulama hadis. Walaupun terdapat pula beberapa kekeliruan dari al-Żahabi dalam penilaiannya. Seperti pada hadis dalam kitab al-Mustadrak pada bab al-Buyu’ yang disahihkan oleh al-Ḥākim berdasarkan kriteria al-Bukhāri dan Muslim, sedangkan al-Żahabi menilainya sesuai dengan syarat Muslim. Namun, setelah diteliti jalur hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh al-Ḥākim berasal dari Muḥammad bin Ṡaur, bukan merupakan rawi Muslim. Adapun jalur hadis hadis di dalam Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim berasal dari Ibnu wahb. Sebagian besar hadis kitab al-Mustadrak tidak dikomentari oleh al-Żahabi. Ia hanya mengutip pentashihan al-Ḥākim terhadap hadis. Diamnya al-Żahabi terhadap pentashihan al-Ḥākim tidak menunjukkan persetujuannya terhadap penilaian tersebut. Ia tidak mengomentari sebagian hadis karena ia belum mengetahui secara pasti status hadis tersebut, dan pada sebagian hadis, ia tidak memberikan komentar karena ia telah menilai rawi hadis tersebut sebelumnya. Sehingga ia tidak lagi mengulangi penilaiannya. Berdasarkan hasil di atas maka para pengkaji hadis yang ingin meneliti kitab al-Mustadrak, untuk mengacu terlebih dahulu pada komentar-komentar al-Żahabi dalam Talkhīṣ al-Mustadrak.

Abstract

Tujuan Riset ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh kompetensi soaial kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan akreditasi di SMK Negeri 1 Barru. Kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dengan populasi penelitian adalah Guru dan Kepala Sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Barru melalii responden sebanyak 79. Proses menghimpun data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian analisis deskriptif yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sosial kepala sekolah pada kategoru sedang dengan jumlah responden 48 dari total 79 responden dengan persentase sebesar 60, 75%. dan Peningkatan Akreditasi pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah responden 53 dari total sebanyak 79 Responden dengan presentase sebesar 67, 08%. Uji Statistik menunjukkan nilai = 5,961 = 1,991, maka hipotesis Alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nihil ditolak, ini berarti ada pengaruh kompetensi sosial kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan akreditasi di SMK negeri 1 Barru.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how teachers make efforts to implement online-based learning in Islamic education lessons at MTs Negeri Manokwari. This research is qualitative research using a pedagogical approach. The data sources for this research are the Head of the Madrasah, Deputy Head of the Madrasah for Curriculum, Islamic education teachers and the students themselves. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this research show that the efforts of Islamic education teachers in implementing online learning at MTs Negeri Manokwari are by using several educational support platforms, such as the Zoom and Whatsapp Messenger applications which are combined online and offline while adhering to discipline in learning. Madrasahs have prepared the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support online learning. The implementation of online-based learning at MTs Negeri Manokwari has found a new, more efficient way of learning and students have experienced increased learning achievement. The implication of this research is that the implementation of Islamic education learning at MTs Negeri Manokwari has been running as it should with a learning schedule that has been neatly arranged, coupled with very adequate facilities from the madrasah so as to provide a new vehicle for implementing learning in MTs Negeri Manokwari itself without reducing the quality of implementation and learning objectives themselves. Online-based Islamic education learning at MTs Negeri Manokwari has become a discovery in implementing innovative learning methods so that it can improve learning achievement for students, of course with the involvement of all parties. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis daring pada pelajaran pendidikan Islam MTs Negeri Manokwari. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan pedagogis. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bagian Kurikulum, guru-guru pendidikan Islam dan peserta didik itu sendiri. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru-guru pendidikan Islam dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di MTs Negeri Manokwari dengan menggunakan beberapa platform penunjang pendidikan, seperti aplikasi Zoom dan Whatsapp Messenger yang dipadukan antara daring dan luring dengan berpegang teguh kepada kedisiplinan dalam pembelajaran. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran daring telah disiapkan oleh madrasah. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis daring di MTs Negeri Manokwari telah menemukan cara belajar yang baru, yang lebih efisien dan peserta didik pun mengalami peningkatan prestasi belajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan Islam di MTs Negeri Manokwari telah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dengan jadwal pembelajaran yang telah tersusun rapi, ditambah dengan fasilitas dari madrasah yang sangat memadai sehingga memberikan wahana baru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di lingkungan MTs Negeri Manokwari sendiri tanpa mengurangi kualitas dari pelaksanaan dan tujuan pembelajaran itu sendiri. Pembelajaran pendidikan Islam berbasis daring di MTs Negeri Manokwari telah menjadi satu temuan dalam pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar bagi peserta didik, tentunya dengan keterlibatan semua pihak.

Abstract

This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall Development model which consists of the information-gathering stage, the planning stage, the initial form development stage, the preparatory field test, the preparation field test revision, and the main field test. This study aims to develop an integrated earthquake mitigation bulletin with verses of the Koran that meet the valid and effective criteria for grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Polewali. The research instruments used were validation sheets and student and educator response questionnaires to the bulletin. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the newsletter met the valid criteria with an average value of 0.80. Student responses are in the positive category and educators' responses are in the very positive category so that the bulletin meets the criteria for being effective and worthy of being used as a learning medium in class. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of hadith concerning teacher-student relations within the context of Islamic education at STIBA Makassar. The focus of the research is on how the values embedded in the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are applied in the interactions between lecturers and students on campus. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a hadith science and case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that teacher-student relations at STIBA Makassar are grounded in the principles of adab (proper etiquette), compassion, and respect, as taught in the hadiths. Character-building programs and the emotional closeness between lecturers and students are key examples of this hadith implementation. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the significance of harmonious relationships in Islamic education and offers practical guidance for educational institutions on incorporating hadith values in academic interactions.

Abstract

Dalam khazanah fiqih Islam klasik permasalaan asuransi dalam bentuk implementasinya yang sekarang ini memang belum dikenal, karena itu tidak didapatkan status hukumnya dalam kitab-kitab mereka. Namun demikian, kajian tentang asuransi dalam perspektif Islam kontemporer sebenarnya sudah cukup banyak dilakukan oleh para ahli hukum, baik ahli hukum Islam secara khusus maupun ahli ekonomi Islam secara umum. Mengingat asuransi ini adalah masalah yang relatif baru yang belum pernah ada kejelasan status hukumnya pada masa pra Islam, maka perdebatan yang terjadi sekitar hukum asuransi pun tidak bisa dielakkan. Sebagia ulama ada yang mengharamkannya dengan alasan adanya unsur riba, sama dengan perjudian, mengandung penipuan, ekploitasi dan lain-lainnya.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how the concept of multiple intelligences is used in Qur'an hadith learning at MAS Madani Alauddin, Gowa, South Sulawesi. The main problem is then included in several sub-problems or research questions: How is the planning, implementation and assessment of Qur'an hadith learning at MAS Madani Alauddin, Gowa, South Sulawesi. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approaches used being phenomenology. The data sources for this research were the Qur'an hadith subject teacher and two class X students. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of the concept of multiple intelligences in learning the Qur'an hadith at MAS Madani Alauddin, Gowa, South Sulawesi, which includes planning, implementation and evaluation, has only just begun to be implemented as a support for differentiated learning in the independent curriculum and is still being implemented. requires a lot of evaluation to perfect the learning process. However, learning with the concept of multiple intelligences is more optimal if applied to learning outside mandatory class hours.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) relating to child education within the family and to examine their relevance to the concept of Islamic family law. Through a thematic approach to authentic hadiths, this study outlines parents' responsibilities in instilling religious values, morals, and character formation in children from an early age. The results of the study indicate that child education is an integral part of parental obligations recognized in Islamic family law, not only as a moral responsibility but also as a legal obligation. The Prophet's hadiths provide a strong foundation for establishing an educational system within Muslim families, while emphasizing the importance of parents' active and consistent role in fostering their children's spiritual and social development. This study recommends strengthening parents' religious understanding as a basis for fulfilling their obligation to educate children within the context of Islamic family law.

Abstract

Belajar merupakan sebuah proses penting dalam hidup manusia guna mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat. Dengan ilmu, manusia dapat melakukan berbagai hal dalam hidupnya seperti mencari nafkah dan beribadah. Belajar pada dasarnya menjadi kewajiban yang melekat pada manusia sebagai hamba Allah SWT karena dengan belajar manusia dapat memperoleh keselamatan didunia dan akhirat. Amal tanpa adanya ilmu bagai orang yang dapat berlari namun dia tersesat karena tidak mengetahui arah. Dalam makalah yang sederhana ini akan dibahas mengenai kewajiban menuntut ilmu atau kewajiban belajar yang bersandar pada kajian hadis tematik. Makalah ini membahas beberapa hadis yang membahsa tentang keutamaan belajar karena pada dasarnya banyak diantara hadis-hadis yang ada isi dan pesannya sama. Sebelum membahas mengenai kewajiban menuntut ilmu dalam hadis perlu dipahami terlebih dahulu pengertian kewajiban belajar dalam perspektif umum kemudian mengenai kewajiban belajar sebagaimana tertuang dalam hadis-hadis Rasulullah SAW serta sebagai dasar pembelajaran, kita juga akan membahas mengenai definisi ilmu, klasifikasinya serta keutamaan ilmu sehingga dapat dipahami seccara baik tentang bagaimana kewajiban menuntut ilmu, apa itu ilmu, pembagian ilmu dan keutamaan menuntut ilmu. Lebih lanjut dalam makalah ini adalah untuk membentuk motivasi untuk giat belajar dan mendalami ilmu khususnya agama.

Abstract

Hadith constitutes the second primary source of Islamic teachings after the Qur’an and plays a fundamental role in the formation of Islamic law, theology, and religious practice. The historical development of Hadith unfolded through several distinct periods, each characterized by specific historical and scholarly objectives. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the objectives of each period in the development of Hadith from the era of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to the contemporary period and the forms of transmission, codification, and methodological consolidation of Hadith scholarship that emerged therein. This research employs a library research method with a historical-descriptive approach, drawing upon classical and contemporary sources in Hadith studies. The findings indicate that each phase of Hadith development pursued specific and interconnected objectives, collectively forming a solid foundation for the discipline of Hadith studies up to the present day. This study is expected to contribute to the academic discourse by offering a comprehensive understanding of the historical dynamics and underlying purposes of Hadith periodization.
