Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis Yadnya secara simultan terhadap hasil dan motivasi belajar PPKn, (2) pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Yadnya  terhadap hasil belajar PPKn, (3) pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Yadnya  terhadap motivasi belajar PPKn. Penelitian berbentuk kuasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah  109 orang. Sampel penelitian  sebanyak 64 orang siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan class random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan  Manova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran berbasis yadnya secara simultan terhadap hasil dan motivasi belajar PPKn dengan kearifan lokal Tri Kaya Parisudha F = 10,724 dan memiliki signifikansi 0,000.; (2) terdapat pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran berbasis yadnya terhadap hasil belajar PPKn dengan kearifan lokal Tri Kaya Parisudha F = 19,305 dan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000; (3) terdapat pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran berbasis yadnya terhadap motivasi belajar PPKn dengan kearifan lokal Tri Kaya Parisudha dengan F = 4,221 dan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,044

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effort to shape student character through the activities of intra-school student organizations (OSIS) in SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that is research with direct decrease in spaciousness. In this study the determination of subjects and research objects using purposive sampling techniques, is data retrieval with several considerations so that the data will be more representative of all. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and study of literature. Checking the validity of the data is obtained through data triangulation, method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Character values applied through OSIS activities in which almost 18 character values are applied to students or all school members according to their respective portions. (2) One of the efforts to form student character through student council activities by participating in various activities that have been designed by student council, because in these activities can form student characters including participating in LKDS (Student Leadership Basic Training), in addition to other student council activities that can shape the character of students by conducting raids on every Saturday able to improve the discipline of all students in the school. (3) The obstacles in the effort to form student character through student council activities include lack of confidence in the student council members or student council organizers in carrying out activities or participating in activities, the difficulty of regulating hours between playing, studying, and organizing, this happens because of background and economics differentstudents.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the significant influence of LMS-based Creative Problem Solving learning models on students on the ability of Cultural Literacy of Citizenship and multicultural attitudes.  Experimental research is a non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population in this study was 197 elementary students in Singaraja City and and the study sample amounted to 60 students with the specifications of students of grade IV Of State Elementary School 1 Banjar Tegal which amounted to 30 students as an experimental class and grade IV Elementary School 1 Great Package which amounted to 30 students as a control class.  Simple random sampling is used as a sample determination for experiments and control groups. The data is analyzed using MANOVA. The results showed: 1) Based on the data of the analysis on hypothesis 1 obtained F values of 11.331, df = 1, and Sig = 0.001, This means that significance smaller than 0.05 can be concluded that there is a significant difference in state cultural literacy between students studying with lms-based Creative Problem Solving Learning Model with conventional learning model;  2) Based on the data of the analysis on hypothesis 1 obtained F values of 22.749, df = 1, and sig = 0.000, This means sig values smaller than 0.05 can be concluded that there is a significant difference in multicultural attitudes between students who follow the LMS-based Creative Problem Solving Learning Model and students who follow conventional learning models, 3) Manova analysis results show that the calculated F price for Pillae Trace, Wilk Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, Roy's Largest Root from the implementation of lms-based Creative Problem Solving Learning Model is smaller than 0.05. Thus, there is an influence on the application of LMS-based Creative Problem Solving Learning Model on state cultural literacy and multicultural attitude simultaneously in students.Keywords: Citizenship Cultural Literacy, Multicultural Attitudes, Creative Problem Solving Learning Model, LMS.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 menyebabkan pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara daring. Pembelajaran daring memiliki karakteristiks yang berbeda dengan pembelajaran tatap muka. Selain itu, pembelajaran daring adalah hal yang baru dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika pembelajaran daring di SMAN 6 Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 15 guru mata pelajaran dan 30 siswa. Guru yang terlibat terdiri dari guru Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Fisika, Biologi, Kimia, Ekonomi dan Gegrafi. Sedangkan siswa tersebar dari kelas X, XI dan XII. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah panduan wawancara terstruktur dan lembar kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification, analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat lima problematika pembelajaran daring yang bersumber pada guru, yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang pembelajaran daring, kurangnya literatur yang dijadikan acuan pembelajaran daring, usia guru yang relatif sudah tua, kurang terbiasa menggunakan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran dan kurangnya kepercayaan guru terhadap kinerja siswa. Di sisi lain, terdapat tujuh problematika pembelajaran daring yang bersumber pada siswa meliputi sinyal internet yang tidak stbail, siswa yang kurang termotivasi belajar, kurangnya disiplin siswa mengikuti pembelajaran, stigma bahwa pembelajaran daring hanya formalitas, biaya pembelajaran daring, saling mencontek tugas-tugas dan kurangnya kreativitas siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenilaian merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan penilaian maka dapat diketahui seberapa besar keberhasilan siswa dalam menguasai kompetensi atau materi yang telah dibelajarkan oleh guru. Mengingat pentingnya pelaksanaan penilaian, maka perlu dilalukan sebuah penelitian kepustakaan mengenenai model evaluasi PKn (tes) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai tujuan dan fungsi dari diadakannya penilaian PKn, prinsip dan jenis penilaian, serta syarat instrument tes PKn yang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literasi atau studi kepustakaan. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berupa data yang diperoleh dari riset melalui membaca jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku referensi dan bahan publikasi untuk memperoleh informasi. Jenis pustaka yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah sumber tertulis yang terdiri dari 6 jurnal ilmiah mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran dan model evaluasi PKn. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, buku, makalah atau artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya. Dari data yang dikumpulkan, diperoleh hasil mengenai definisi test, prinsip-prinsip dalam penyusunan tes, syarat-syarat tes yang baik dan layak digunakan, serta komponen-komponen dalam penyusunan tabel spesifikasi tes.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, PKn, Instrumen Tes AbstractAssessment is something very important and strategic in learning activities. With the assessment, it can be seen how much success students have in mastering the competencies or materials that have been taught by the teacher. Given the importance of carrying out an assessment, it is necessary to carry out a literature study on the Civics Education evaluation model (test) with the aim of knowing the objectives and functions of the Civics assessment, the principles and types of assessment, as well as the requirements for a good Civics test instrument. The research method used is a literacy study or literature study. The data collected in this study are in the form of data obtained from research through reading scientific journals, reference books and publication materials to obtain information. The type of literature used in this article is a written source consisting of 6 scientific journals regarding learning evaluation and Civics evaluation models. The data collection technique in this research is documentation, which is looking for data about things or variables in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals and so on. From the data collected, the results obtained regarding the definition of the test, the principles in the preparation of the test, the terms of a good and proper test, and the components in the preparation of the test specification table.Keywords: Evaluation, PKn. Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu hal terpenting dalam dunia pendidikan adalah tersedianya sumber belajar yang memadai. Sumber belajar adalah suatu acuan atau refrensi yang digunakan dalam suatu pembelajaran guna mempermudah siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran atau kompetensi tertentu. Sesuai dengan pembelajaran diterapkan dalam pelajaran PPKn, dimana dalam pelajaran PPKn siswa mempelajari banyak hal yang berkaitan dengan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) Memberbanyak sumber belajar mengenai Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang di kemas dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaarn (PPKn), (2) Mengetahui pengertian dari NKRI, (3) Mengetahui tujuan dari NKRI, (4) Fungsi dari NKRI, dan (5) Upaya menjaga keutuhan NKRI.Kata Kunci: Sumber Belajar, PPKn, NKRI AbstractOne of the most important things in education is the availability of adequate learning resources. Learning resource is a reference or reference used in a lesson to facilitate students in achieving certain learning objectives or competencies. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the formation of student discipline characters through the application of school discipline and Civics learning at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are the formation of students' disciplined character through discipline starting from a). rules in school are made and formulated by students themselves, namely through the Student Council, the goal is to create disciplinary behavior in students without feeling burdened because disciplinary rules are the ideas of the students so that it arises awareness in students to obey the rules. b) the implementation of discipline in schools is carried out by all existing components, especially teachers and student councilors who routinely conduct raids on school attributes and other items that are prohibited at school. The formation of student discipline character through PPKn subjects, namely the teacher always emphasizes discipline in students, it starts from the teacher giving an example of discipline, creating a conducive learning atmosphere, and the teaching learning process is always orderly.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to find out and understand and provide an analysis of an increase in the learning motivation of second grade students at SD Negeri 4 Pancasari on the subject matter of Civics by implementing folklore animation video media based on local wisdom. (2) To find out and understand and provide an analysis of an increase in the learning activities of grade II students of SD Negeri 4 Pancasari on the content of Civics lessons by implementing folklore animation video media based on local wisdom. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The stages carried out in classroom action research (CAR) are (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection. The results of this study show (1) the average percentage of the learning motivation scale in the pre-action from 18.18% to 59.09% in the first cycle, and increased again in the second cycle to reach 90.90%. (2) the results of observations on the pre-action results of the average student learning activity are 15, 34%, in the first cycle the average result for student learning activities increased by 41.19%, and in the second cycle the average result for student learning activities increased, namely reached 88.92%. In this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of folklore animation video media can increase the motivation and learning activities of the second grade PPKN students at SD Negeri 4 Pancasari.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out about the legal consequences of marriage dispensation in Sidetapa Village and to review and find out the effectiveness of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage related to the existence of a dispensation for marriage of minors in Sidetapa Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The type of research used is empirical juridical. This research is descriptive. The location of this study is Sidetapa Village and Singaraja District Court. The informants of this study were to the Head of Sidetapa Village, the Sidetapa Village Community, and the Chairman of the Singaraja District Court. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation techniques, interviews and document studies, which later the data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The results show that the legal consequences of the marriage dispensation in Sidetapa Village, people who carry out underage marriages and parents do not apply for dispensation, the child born by their mother will not be able to have complete papers, besides that it will be difficult to make administration such as Marriage Certificates, Identity Cards, Family Cards. And the application of the marriage dispensation rules for underage marriages contained in Article 7 of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage has not been effectively applied in Sidetapa Village, the ineffectiveness of the rule can be reviewed from two things, namely in terms of community understanding of the rules of marriage dispensation, and there is no socialization from the apparatus that applies the dispensation rules to Sidetapa Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter disiplin siswa, (2) Mengetahui strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter mandiri, (3) Mengetahui kendala internalisasi nilai karakter disiplin dan mandiri, (4) Menemukan solusi mengatasi kendala internalisasi nilai karakter disiplin dan mandisi siswa di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Pegawai, dan Siswa. Objek penelitian adalah aspek-aspek karakter disiplin dan karakter mandiri. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi internalisasi karakter disiplin melalui membiasakan hadir tepat waktu, membiasakan mematuhi aturan, menggunakan pakaian sesuai dengan ketentuan. Strategi internalisasi karakter mandiri melalui sikap yang bertanggung jawab, percaya diri, inisiatif, mampu mengambil keputusan sendiri, mampu untuk bersaing dengan teman, dan mampu memimpin diskusi jika guru tidak masuk kelas. Kendala internalisasi karakter disiplin dan mandiri yakni siswa datang ke sekolah tidak tepat waktu, keluarga tidak mendukung anak untuk disiplin, siswa sepakat untuk tidak masuk kelas, dan tidak ada usaha untuk mengumpulkan tugas.
