The performance of early childhood teachers currently has many problems in implementing learning services. The performance of early childhood teachers is certainly influenced by many factors. This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between psychological well-being and social support with the performance of PAUD teachers. This research is included in the quantitative associative causal research. The sample for this study was 153 PAUD teachers spread across 16 sub-districts in Karo District. Research data was collected using a research scale that was declared valid and reliable. Technical data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) there is a relationship between psychological well-being and teacher performance. From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the correlation coefficient rx1y was 0. 262 with p <0.05, this means that the level of psychological well-being possessed by the teacher will be able to increase or decrease his performance. (2) there is a relationship between social support and teacher performance. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the correlation coefficient rx2y was 0.572 with p <0.05, thus it can be concluded that the amount of social support received by teachers will be able to increase or decrease their performance. (3) there is a relationship between psychological well-being and social support with teacher performance. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the coefficient F reg = 28.539 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.593 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.352. Thus it can be concluded that psychological well-being and social support together have an effect on teacher performance,

The instrument used is a Likert scale model questionnaire. The data collection technique uses three scales consisting of Parents' Social Support, Learning Motivation, and Self Regulated Learning scales. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: 1) there is a significant positive relationship between parental social support and Self Regulated Learning with a t coefficient of 2,654 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient (rx1y) is 0.230 with p <0.05. 2) There is a significant positive relationship between student learning motivation and Self Regulated Learning with a t coefficient of 6,493 with p < 0.05, with a correlation coefficient (rx2y) of 0.531 with p < 0.05. 3) There is a significant positive relationship between parental support and student learning motivation with Self Regulated Learning with a coefficient F reg = 25.141 with p < 0.05, and a correlation coefficient R = 0.573 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.328 with a contribution of 31.5% . These results indicate that there is still 68.5% contribution from other factors that can influence Self Regulated Learning. From these results it can be said that the higher the parental support and learning motivation, the higher Self Regulated Learning,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and subjective well-being in terms of the gender of SMK students in Tanjung Morawa. In this study using an explanatory quantitative approach. A sample of 192 based on random sampling technique. Using two psychological scales, namely the scale of subjective well-being and peer social support. In processing the data used normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between peer social support and students' subjective well-being. The higher the peer social support, the higher the subjective well-being, and vice versa. There is no significant difference in subjective well-being between male and female students. This states that both male and female students have the same level of subjective well-being. It is hoped that the school can improve the subjective well-being of students by increasing the social support of students' peers, through entering the community they want, providing space to talk to friends, holding school vent events and other activities. Students are expected to be able to improve subjective well-being by: getting involved in school sharing events, communicating feelings and emotions in various situations such as feeling pleasant, having positive expectations in the learning process, entering the community they want.
