Abstract

Abstract: Numeric Literacy in Elementary School PKMI Efesus Aek Batu. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the implementation of numerical literacy in learning, (2) efforts to overcome obstacles in numerical literacy, (3) supporting factors and (4) inhibiting factors of numerical literacy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are (1) the implementation of numerical literacy in learning based on three stages, namely the stages of habituation, development, and learning and according to the five indicators of numerical literacy. (2) The efforts made to overcome the obstacles in numerical literacy are in accordance with the literacy goals in schools. (3) The supporting factors are all school members who are the targets of implementing numerical literacy. And (4) the inhibiting factors are reviewed based on the class base, school culture and society.Keyword : Literacy, Numeric, Elementary SchoolAbstrak :Literasi Numerik di SD Swasta PKMI Efesus Aek Batu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pelaksanaan literasi numerik dalam pembelajaran, (2) upaya mengatasi kendala dalam literasi numerik, (3) faktor pendukung dan (4) faktor penghambat literasi numerik.Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) pelaksanaan literasi numerik dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran serta sesuai dengan lima indikator literasi numerik. (2) Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam literasi numerik sudah sesuai pada tujuan literasi di sekolah. (3) Faktor pendukung yaitu seluruh warga sekolah yang menjadi sasaran pelaksanaan literasi numerik. Dan (4) Faktor penghambat ditinjau berdasarkan basis kelas, budaya sekolah dan masyarakat.Kata kunci : literasi, numerik, sekolah dasar

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dan sikap ilmiah terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa di kelas IV SDN 066050 Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SDN 066050 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 066050 Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) observasi, (2) kuesioner (angket), (3) tes, dan (4) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data statistik uji ANOVA. Tahapan selanjutnya yaitu tahap pelaporan, menyusun analisis data dan kesimpulan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk laporan akhir. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran penggunaan model pembelajaran discovery learning memperoleh nilai rerata yang lebih baik dari pada siswa yang diajarkan dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran ekspositori. Selain itu hasil analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi model pembelajaran sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka hasil uji hipotesis menolak Ho atau menerima Ha dalam tarap alpha 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpiki kreatif siswa dengan pembelajaran penggunaan model discovery learning dan pembelajaran penggunaan model ekspositori.

Abstract

In the educational process, the teacher is one of the most important components of other components, such as curriculum goals, methods, facilities and the end of educational goals. The activity and involvement of students as a whole is very important so that learning activities achieve their goals. The existence of optimal student learning activities. Based on observations in class V of SD Negeri 040463 Sumbul, in the learning process the teacher conveys more information by not using learning media so that learning is less interesting. The delivery of learning is done by explaining the material or using the lecture method, giving examples of problems as student exercises. With such a learning process, students are less active and there is no student activity in playing a role. To overcome the above problems, an effective learning approach or learning model is needed and can increase student motivation in the learning process. To improve optimal learning outcomes, applying an inquiry learning model, to renew the student learning process. Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of research conducted in class V SDN 040463 Sumbul Kab, Karo in the 2022/2023 learning year, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning by using the Inquiry learning model on the theme of Events in Life in class V SDN 040463 Sumbul Kab, Karo in the 2022/2023 learning year is categorized as good. it can be seen from the results of students improvement of learning outcome in cycle I obtained 62% of the good category and in cycle II it increased to 88% of the very good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of smartphone-based learning media on student learning motivation. The type of research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method or Quasi-Experiment to see student motivation. The sampling technique used in this study was 25 people in the PGA6 group in the UHKBNP PGSD Study Program. Data collection techniques in this study used a learning motivation questionnaire and essay tests. Based on the results of the study, namely the learning outcomes before using TikTok media 71.04 and after using TikTok media 82.24. Based on the results of the analysis of student learning motivation, it is known that student learning motivation using TikTok media is 84.8 and without using TikTok media is 78.5. Thus, smartphone-based learning media can increase the learning motivation of UHKBNP PGSD students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning on decimal number material in grade IV SD by applying the pair check type learning model. Based on the data obtained, the increase in pre-test results the average value is 48%, in cycle I there is an average value of 65%, and in cycle II there is an average value of 82%. So it can be concluded that learning by using the Pair Check Type Cooperative Learning model on Decimal Numbers material can improve student learning outcomes. Classically, it can be seen that there is an increase in students' classical learning outcomes. In the pre-test, the learning result was 32%, in cycle I 54%, while in cycle II 75%. This shows that the expected classical learning completeness has been achieved. From the discussion that has been obtained by researchers, there is an increase in good learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II. This research is said to be successful if the completeness of student learning outcomes classically reaches 75% of students who reach KKM 70 and in cycle II obtained 75% classical learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that through the findings obtained by researchers can provide answers to the previously stated action hypothesis that by applying the Pair Check Type Cooperative model in Mathematics lessons can improve student learning outcomes in the material of Decimal Numbers at St. Thomas 2 Elementary School Medan Learning Year 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher responsibility on student learning motivation at SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang in the 2022/2023 school year. In this study using quantitative methods, the population of this study was all classes I-VI SD 101824 Durin Simbelang which amounted to 159 students. sampling using random sampling is said to be simple because it takes sample members from the population randomly and the samples used are students of SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang which amounted to 40 students. The results of this study indicate that student learning motivation with teacher responsibility is included in the very good category with an average of 86, with the correlation test results of 0.904 which means rcount (0.904) ≥ rtable (0.312) then Ha is accepted. So there is a very strong influence between the use of teacher responsibility on student learning motivation at SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang. It can be seen from the results of the T-test research where tcount ≥ ttable, namely 13.049 ≥ 0.312 so it can be stated that Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive effect of teacher responsibility on student learning motivation at SD Negeri 101824 Durin Simbelang in the 2022/2023 school year.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bermakna dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang sesuai, serta media, metode, maupun strategi yang tepat. Melalui model, strategi dan metode serta media yang tepat dapat mendukung keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di SD Swasta Katolik Assisi Medan masih bersifat konvensional dan bersifat teacher center, sehingga guru dalam hal ini harus inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas seperti menerapkan model pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang menarik dan mengatasi kejenuhan dan kepasifan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya pada IPS yaitu kegiatan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam pengambilan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan metode tes dengan uji Validitas dan uji Reliabilitas serta menggunakan metode observasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) pada siswa kelas IV SD Swasta Katolik Assisi Medan tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu, (1 ) perencanaan, (2)pelaksanaan tindakan,(3) pengamatan, dan (4) refleksi. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: pembelajaran materi kegiatan ekonomi dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) pada siswa kelas IV dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan peningkatan rata-rata dari siklus 1 sebesar 73,7 dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 85,35 hasil penelitian ini diperkuat melalui temuan bahwa siswa sangat antusias dalam menerima materi dalam bentuk kelompok pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) menjadikan mereka lebih aktif dan melatih kerjasama antar kelompok sehingga membuat pembelajaran menjadi bermakna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara metode picture and picture dengan motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas III SD Swasta Santo Petrus Medan materi pecahan. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD Swasta Santo Petrus Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas III-C berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif korelasional dengan instrumen penilaian berupa kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara metode picture and picture dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,735 artinya thitung > ttabel yaitu 0,735 > 0,361, selanjutnya dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa metode picture and picture memiliki memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif, hal ini terbukti dari thitung > ttabel dimana 5.743 > 1,70 pada taraf signifikansi ? = 0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara metode picture and picture dengan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The various conditions of students sometimes make it difficult for teachers to manage classes. The purpose of this community service is to explain the diversity of diverse learner's development in the learning styles of students at SDN 066050 Medan Denai. The method used in this study uses observation and field notes. The results obtained in this activity after direct observation can be seen in learning styles such as audio and visual learning styles and there are various intelligences. The difference can be seen from physical factors such as skin color, body posture and weight. Differences in learning styles can also be seen, such as audio-visual and kinesthetic learning styles.Keywords: diversity; diversity of differences; learning stylesAbstrak: Beragamnya kondisi siswa terkadang menyulitkan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Adapun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menjelaskan keberagaman pengembangan diverse learners dalam Gaya pembelajaran siswa-siswi SDN 066050 Medan Denai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan observasi dan field notes. Hasil yang didapatkan di dalam kegiatan ini setelah dilakukannya pengamatan secara langsung terlihat Gaya belajar seperti gaya belajar audio dan visual serta terdapat kecerdasan yang beragam. Perberdaan itu dapat dilihat dari factor fisik seperti warna kulit, postur tubuh dan berat badan. Perbedaan gaya belajar juga dapat dilihat seperti gaya belajar tipe audio-visual, dam juga kinesthetic.Kata kunci: diversity; keberagaman perbedaan; gaya belajar

Abstract

This paper describes the effect of applying the numerical literacy learning model on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in the material of collecting and presenting data in class V at SD Negeri 156320 Simpang Tiga 2 in the academic year 2022/2023. The research uses a quantitative research method. The research population is 30 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 156320 Simpang Tiga 2, which consist of 16 male and 14 female students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample, which distributes in class V with the number of 30 students. The research results indicate that students’ learning outcomes using the numerical literacy model are considered in the good category with an average score of 77.96 and a correlation test result of 0.983, which means rcount (0.983) ≥ rtable (0.361), hence Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a very strong influence between the use of the numerical literacy learning model on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in the material of collecting and presenting data in class V at SD Negeri 156320 Simpang Tiga 2. It can be seen from the results of the T-test research where tcount 28.266 ≥ ttable 1.697 so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted. It shows that there is a significant positive effect from the use of the numerical literacy learning model on students' mathematics learning outcomes in the material of collecting and presenting data in class V at SD Negeri 156320 Simpang Tiga 2 in the academic year 2022/2023.
