The research was motivated was by the unsatisfactory work system carried out by account officers for customers and the lack of self-awareness of customers regarding the financing carried out so that financing problems often occur every year PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research, namely research that tries to describe, explain and interpret a phenomenon regarding the role of account officers in minimizing financing problems at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang. The data collection technique in this research was interviews by visiting the PT office directely BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang as well as documntation to obtait written data related to this thesis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the analysis of the role of account officers in minimizing problematic financing at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang is analyzing financing applications that refer to the 5C principles, namely, character, capacity, capital, condition of economy, and collateral. Factors causing financing problems at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang is caused by the bank (internal) and the customer (external). Techniques for resolving problematic financing at PT. BPRS Gajahtongga Kotopiliang is to reschedule (reconditioning) and restructuring.

This research is motivated by the lack of resources at PT Arminareka Perdana which hinders the implementation of the plan set, the number of competitors with PT Arminareka Perdana, the lack of marketing because it only promotes through social media. The objectives of this study are: 1). the lack of human resources at PT Arminareka Perdana in Padang city hinders the implementation of the plan that has been set and affects the quality of the services provided. 2). There are still many competitors with PT Arminareka Perdana in Padang city. 3). Only promoting through social media only, this makes its marketing not known to everyone. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods, where the data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the research uses the SWOT Analysis method. And as for the results of the SWOT analysis carried out at PT Arminareka in the marketing strategy for Hajj and Umrah equipment, namely: Utilize PT Arminareka's reputation and experience in the Hajj and Umrah travel industry to develop a comprehensive e-commerce platform, Establish strategic partnerships with travel agents, hotels, and airlines to provide integrated Hajj and Umrah equipment packages, use knowledge and experience in the industry to identify new needs of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and develop innovative products that meet high quality standards, and improve employee training and development to ensure failed customer service.

This study aims to determine the leadership style in motivating employee work applied at PT BSI Bukittinggi Pasar Aur. The informants in this study were 3 people, namely the head of BSI Bukittinggi and 2 BSI employees, namely the marketing and customer service departments. This research is field research (field reserch) or commonly called qualitative research. The method in this research uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study that (1) that the leadership style applied varies depending on the situation and characteristics of employees (2) Employees feel more motivated and productive when leaders show empathy, provide support, and involve them in decision making. Increasing employee work depends heavily on the leader's ability to apply leadership styles according to employee needs. (3) in improving employee work motivation, leaders must always ensure that the company's vision and mission must be well understood and become a reference in decision making. (4) leadership is the process of influencing in determining organisational goals, motivating several parties to achieve goals, influencing to improve the group and its culture.

Rupbasan Kelas II Rengat sebagai salah satu UPT di bidang penyimpanan benda sitaan dan barang rampasan negara, memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga barang bukti yang diperoleh dari berbagai tindak kejahatan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian yang mendalam mengenai tanggungjawab pengembalian barang bukti pasca putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap di Rupbasan Rengat, guna memastikan bahwa lembaga ini berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan untuk memperbaiki sistem pengembalian barang bukti pasca putusan berkekuatan hukum, agar dapat memaksimalkan sistem peradilan pidana. Selain itu, pengembalian barang bukti penting dilakukan guna memastikan keadilan bagi korban, serta mencegah potensi kerugian bagi negara. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Implementasi pengembalian barang bukti pasca putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap di Rupbasan Rengat bahwa implementasi pengembalian barang bukti sering kali menghadapi kendala teknis dan administratif, terutama terkait keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur. Meskipun prosedur hukum telah ditetapkan melalui Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP), pelaksanaannya memerlukan upaya yang konsisten untuk memastikan barang bukti dikembalikan kepada pihak yang berhak sesuai dengan putusan pengadilan. Pengawasan pengembalian barang bukti pasca putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap di Rupbasan Rengat bahwa pengawasan dalam proses ini juga memegang peranan penting untuk memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Di Rupbasan Rengat, pengawasan internal dan eksternal perlu ditingkatkan agar setiap langkah dalam proses pengembalian barang bukti berjalan sesuai prosedur hukum. Namun, keterbatasan teknologi dan koordinasi antarlembaga masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Pertanggungjawaban pengembalian barang bukti pasca putusan berkekuatan hukum tetap di Rupbasan Rengat bahwa Rupbasan memiliki kewajiban penuh untuk menjaga barang bukti dalam kondisi baik selama penyimpanan dan memastikan barang tersebut dikembalikan sesuai dengan amar putusan pengadilan. Jika terjadi kerusakan atau kehilangan, tanggung jawab hukum dan moral harus ditegakkan.

The position of work involvement as a mediator influencing the management of personality and grit talents towards OCB is an aspect of theoretical novelty studies. The purpose of this study is the effect of work involvement as a mediating variable between talent management, personality and grit and organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The research was conducted through a survey. This research was conducted at 3 PTKIN namely UIN Padang, IAIN Bukittinggi and STAIN Mandailing Natal. The results of this study are First, there is a direct influence between talent, personality and grit management on OCB as shown by the estimated coefficient of each 0.155 (significant at p<0.05 ), 0.310 (significant at p<0.01), 0.268 (significant at p<0.01) and 0.201 (significant at p<0.01). Second, job withdrawal does not mediate the relationship between personality and OCB (VAF=0.190, p<0.01). Third, giving up work did not mediate the relationship between grit and OCB (VAF=0.190, p<0.01). Thus the results of this test reveal that work involvement only mediates the influence of the talent management relationship on OCB, but does not mediate the influence of personality and persistence on OCB.

Permasalahan mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah minimnya pengetahuan siswa SMK Negeri 7 Kota Pekanbaru mengenai hak-hak konsumen dalam transaksi elektronik berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah menggunakan metode ceramah, dialog, dan diskusi dalam rangka memberikan penyuluhan hukum kepada siswa SMK Negeri 7 Kota Pekanbaru. Partisipasi mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Wakil Kepala SMK Negeri 7 Kota Pekanbaru yang berpartisipasi menyediakan waktu, menyediakan tempat dan fasilitas pendukung, serta menghadirkan siswa sebagai peserta kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis tanggal 19 Desember 2025 jam 08.00 WIB bertempat di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dihadiri sebanyak 30 orang peserta. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah berhasil dilaksanakan dan bermanfaat bagi para peserta. Sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan, dari 30 orang peserta, hanya 36,6% yang menjawab dengan benar materi yang akan disampaikan. Sedangkan, setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan, 74,6% peserta menjawab telah memahami materi yang disampaikan

Background: The quality of nurse communication is a form of nurse performance which plays an important role in increasing visits and trust in hospital services, especially nursing services. The high quality of nurse communication reflects good and quality hospital services. Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work ethic, self-efficacy and quality of work life on the quality of communication of inpatient nurses at Puri Cinere Hospital. Method: The research uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory causality research with a cross-sectional study approach. One hundred samples were recruited in this study using the simple random sampling. The regression analysis was used to analyzed the data and examine the association between independent variables with the dependent variable. Result: The results of the research show that work ethic, self-efficacy and quality of work life together have a significant effect on the quality of communication of inpatient nurses at Puri Cinere Hospital. Empirically, work ethic has no significant effect on the quality of communication of inpatient nurses at Puri Cinere Hospital. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on the quality of communication of inpatient nurses at Puri Cinere Hospital. The quality of work life has a significant effect on the quality of communication of inpatient nurses at Puri Cinere Hospital. Recommendation: The health care services ned to consider the work ethic and self-efficacy to improve the quality of communication among nurses. The quality of work life also needs to consider in order to improve the quality of communication. Furthr study may develop some intervensions to improve the communication skill among nurses in order to improve the quality of health care service

Financial literacy is an important aspect in individual financial management, especially for Generation Z who are starting to enter the world of work and computers on various financial products, including Islamic banking. However, their level of understanding of Islamic banking products is still relatively low. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the financial literacy of Generation Z in understanding and using Islamic banking products using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques with informants who are members of Generation Z in Padang Gelugur District. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis for understanding and the main factors that influence financial literacy. The results of the study show that attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control influence their understanding of Islamic banking. Financial experience and education play a role in forming positive attitudes, while social norms such as the influence of friends and the environment also play a role. However, the lack of access to information is a major obstacle. This study is expected to provide insight for Islamic banking in designing educational strategies to improve financial literacy among Generation Z.

This research aims to determine and describe the economic adaptation strategies used by the Nagari Bunuik Community in facing fluctuations in palm oil prices. The informants in this research were 20 people from the community who own oil palm land and are Muslim. The type of research used is qualitative, namely research where the data is in the form of words (not numbers) originating from interviews, report notes, documents and so on. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that there are several strategies implemented by the farming community in dealing with fluctuations in palm oil prices. The active strategies implemented by the community are selling goods online, being a carpenter, opening a small business (UMKM), doing odd jobs (home craftsmen), agricultural laborers, working as organ employees. And passive strategies such as using the house yard as a place to grow crops, using the house yard to raise livestock and fish, and taking debt from cooperatives to meet basic needs. There are several obstacles faced by the Nagari Bunuik Community in implementing the strategy, namely limited capital and unequal competition.

Perubahan kurikulum merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang terus berkembang dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun, perubahan yang terjadi dalam rentang waktu yang relatif singkat sering kali menjadi tantangan bagi tenaga pendidik, khususnya guru geografi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perspektif guru geografi terhadap perubahan kurikulum serta strategi yang mereka gunakan dalam menghadapi transisi dari satu kurikulum ke kurikulum lainnya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 10 guru geografi sebagai partisipan yang diwawancarai secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kurikulum yang terlalu cepat dan kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai berkontribusi terhadap kesulitan guru dalam menyesuaikan metode pengajaran mereka. Meskipun demikian, guru berusaha mengembangkan strategi adaptasi seperti belajar secara mandiri, mengikuti pelatihan informal, berdiskusi dengan rekan sejawat, serta memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya kebijakan transisi kurikulum yang lebih terstruktur, penyediaan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, serta peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan agar perubahan kurikulum dapat diimplementasikan secara lebih efektif dan berdampak positif pada kualitas pembelajaran.
