Abstract

Background: Based on a preliminary survey, it was found that there are still problems in: patient loyalty, complaint handling, and suboptimal communication in the outpatient installation service of dr. Sitanala General Hospital Tangerang. Research Objective: aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of relational marketing and brand image on customer loyalty with patient experience as an intervening variable. Research Method: This quantitative study uses an explanatory method with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 119 patients of the Outpatient Installation of dr. Sitanala General Hospital Tangerang, who had been treated at least twice. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Research Results: Shows that the brand image variable is the variable that has the most positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in the outpatient installation of dr. Sitanala General Hospital Tangerang. While patient experience partially mediates (complements) the effect of relational marketing and brand image on customer loyalty. In a managerial context, this study can be a basis and reference for hospitals on the importance of creating and building a positive and strong brand image consistently and continuously in order to form a positive and strong patient perception in order to achieve customer loyalty. In addition, it is also necessary to make efforts to improve the quality of interactions with patients and strive to achieve a positive patient experience.

Abstract

Background: The use of gadgets is one of the shortcuts for parents in accompanying their children as caregivers. At the age of adolescence in the pandemic era, it becomes a primary need to use gadgets in the online learning process, but the health impacts, including anemia, decreased role functions, decreased behavioral control, and sexual behavior deviations need to be a concern.  Purpose:This study aims to determine the distribution of gadget addiction. Methods:  This uses descriptive analytic. The research sample was teenagers who were taken by multistage random sampling and who met the inclusion criteria were 50 respondents. Data collection in this study used an instrument using the Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS) questionnaire. Results: results showed most gadget addiction is dependence level Low (46%), the level of dependence moderate (34%), very low level of dependence (18%), high dependency level (2%). Conclusion: There is a need for holistic nursing interventions for individuals and families with gadget addiction based on the level of dependence, it takes the participation of schools and the community in providing education on the negative impact of gadget addiction. Keywords: Addiction, Gadget, Adolescents

Abstract

Dari segi cara menentukan harga, bank dibedakan menjadi dua jenis, yaitu bank konvensional dan bank syariah. Bank konvensional maupun bank syariah wajib menerapkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance dalam kegiatan usahanya karena bank konvensional dan bank syariah merupakan lembaga intermediasi yang berfungsi menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkan kembali dana tersebut kepada masyarakat atas dasar kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbandingan prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada bank konvensional dan bank syariah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Prinsip Good Corporate Governance yaitu prinsip keterbukaan, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan kewajaran. Pada dasarnya, penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada bank konvensional dan bank syariah adalah sama, karena mengacu pada ‘Pedoman Good Corporate Governance Perbankan Indonesia’ yang dikeluarkan oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance. Perbedaannya adalah prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada bank syariah diatur secara tegas pada Pasal 34 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008. Perbedaan lainnya terletak pada prinsip syariah yang digunakan oleh bank syariah karena selain dibina dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, bank syariah juga diawasi oleh Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia secara umum dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah secara khusus.

Abstract

Background: During the pandemic, most nurses withdrew/resigned from service (turnover). Objective: The study aimed to analyze the effect of work engagement, perceived organizational support, and organizational culture on the intention to stay of MKK Hospital employees. Method: This quantitative study uses a survey approach to examine the causal effects of work engagement, perceived organizational support, and organizational culture on the intention to stay of employees at MKK Hospital, Jakarta. This study's population was all MKK Jakarta Hospital employees, totaling 418 people. The sample in this study was 213 MKK Hospital employees consisting of nurses. Result: The results showed an effect of work engagement, perceived organizational support, and organizational culture on intention to stay among employees at MKK Hospital. Conclusion: The conclusion showed that work engagement has the most significant influence, followed by organizational culture and perceived organizational support influencing the intention to stay in MKK Hospital employees. Recommendation: This research helps hospital management, especially the Human Resources department, to design programs, formulate strategies and start employee organizational development to strengthen/increase employee retention or intention to stay in hospital employees in Indonesia, especially MKK Hospital

Abstract

Introduction: One of the hospital's efforts to improve the quality of medical care is by implementing an electronic medical record (EMR). This depends on individual readiness factors and the acceptance of new technologies in hospital EMR implementation. Objective: The study aims to analyze the readiness of technology and nurse acceptance models for the implementation of EMR. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with exploratory objectives. This study used a questionnaire to sample 264 respondents (nurses), as well as SEM (structural equation modeling) as a data analyst. The study results showed that of the 11 existing hypotheses, two hypotheses were rejected: insecurity against perceived ease of use with a p-value of 0.761 > p-value 0.05 and discomfort against perceived usefulness with a p-value of 0.156 > p-value 0.05. Results: The results of the study show that the futility of individuals and models of accepting new technology through factors such as optimism, innovativeness, insecurity discomfort, as well as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness can influence Indovidu in accepting new technologies, such as electronic medical records Recommendation of your study must be clear. Abstract

Background: Healthcare providers, particularly nurses, face the issue of enhancing the quality and consistency of communication along the healthcare chain, specifically at the transitory point or when interacting with healthcare officials. Safety problems can occur as a result of losses caused by failing to transmit patient information. Objective: The study seeks to examine the impact of characteristics related to servanter leadership style, working climate, and work motivation on the implementation of handover. Method: This research employs a quantitative study which is the cross-sectional study. The participant selected for this study was a nurse in a leadership position in a hospital unit, and the total number of respondents was 72. The research data was collected by questionnaire responses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with the assistance of the SEM PLS application. Result: The findings of this study indicate that 1) Servant leadership, work climate, and work motivation together influence the implementation of handover. 2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on work motivation; 3) Work climate has a positive and significant influence on work motivation; 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on handover implementation; 5) There is no influence of servant leadership on handover implementation; 6) Work climate has a positive and significant influence on handover implementation. Conclusion: The integration of servant leadership, organizational climate, and work motivation is essential for the effective implementation of handovers

Abstract

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit serius yang memiliki dampak terhadap individu dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Insiden prognosis serangan stroke termasuk hipertensi, diabetes, kolesterol dan lainya. Posyandu Latulip memiliki angka lansia dengan permasalahan faktor resiko stroke dan kejadian stroke yang tinggi. Meskipun kegiatan posyandu sudah melakukan kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan, edukasi penyakit, namun belum melakukan pengelolaan yang maksimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pencegahan stroke dan perawatan stroke di Rumah. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu metode penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Peserta kegiatan ini  sebanyak 17 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang penderita stroke, 5 orang penderita resiko stroke, 3 orang keluarga penderita stroke, 6 orang keluarga penderita resiko stroke. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan adanya penambahan jumlah peserta yang berpengetahuan baik saat post test yaitu sebanyak 35,3%. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan keluarga tentang perawatan lansia stroke di rumah. Diharapkan keluarga mampu menerapkan edukasi yang sudah di berikan secara maksimal.Kata Kunci : lansia ; pengetahuan ; perawatan ;  stroke ; resiko stroke ;

Abstract

Latar belakang : Gout Arthritis merupakan penyakit sendi yang disebabkan oleh tingginya Asam Urat dalam darah. Kadar Asam Urat yang tinggi dalam darah melebihi dari batas normal menyebabkan Asam Urat menumpuk di persendian dan organ tubuh lain. Data WHO mengatakan asam urat menyerang 71,4% penduduk dunia. Tujuan : dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan asam urat diwilayah kerja puskesmas kurai taji kota pariaman. Metode penelitian : ini yaitu mengeksplorasi/ melihat atau mengenal masalah asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan asam urat dengan proses keperawatan yaitu pengkajian langsung dari sampel dan menerapkan dalam asuhan keperawatan. Pengkajian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Februari 2024 s/d 2 Maret 2024. Hasil : diagnosa yang didapatkan pada masalah Ny.S yaitu nyeri akut, gangguan mobilitas fisik dan manajemen kesehatan tidak efektif dimana inervensi di uraikan adalah manajemen nyeri, dukungan mobilitas, edukasi kesehatan dan implementasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang disusun, dan evaluasi didapatkan hasil yaitu nyeri kaki kanan dan kiri berkurang, katz indeks kategori normal, barthel indeks termasuk ketergantungan ringan, asam urat menurun, menjaga pola makan agar lebih sehat dan mampu melakukan aktifitas secara bertahap. Kesimpulan : Diharapkan klien untuk melakukan manajemen nyeri yang sudah diajarkan sebelumnya oleh peneliti agar dapat menstabilkan kadar asam urat, mengontrol pola hidup agar lebih sehat dan rutin untuk check up di pelayanan kesehatan seperti puskesmas

Abstract

Menurut data WHO tahun 2020, hipertensi menyerang 22% penduduk dunia dan merupakan faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskuler seperti serangan jantung, gagal ginjal, dan stroke. Faktor risiko hipertensi terbagi menjadi dua: yang tidak dapat diubah (usia, jenis kelamin, genetik) dan yang dapat diubah (merokok, pola makan tidak sehat, kurang aktivitas, stres, obesitas, konsumsi alkohol). Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan hipertensi di Puskesmas Kurai Taji, Kota Pariaman, dari 26 Februari hingga 2 Maret 2024. Diagnosis pasien mencakup nyeri akut, intoleransi aktivitas, dan manajemen kesehatan yang tidak efektif. Intervensi meliputi farmakologi (obat) dan nonfarmakologi (relaksasi napas, istirahat bertahap, edukasi kesehatan). Evaluasi menunjukkan perbaikan tekanan darah, pengurangan nyeri, peningkatan kemampuan aktivitas, dan kesehatan umum. Pasien dianjurkan untuk mengelola nyeri, menjaga pola hidup sehat, dan rutin memeriksa tekanan darah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandaskan hasil observasi awal yang menginformasikan banyaknya perawat yang mengundurkan diri di tahun 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara empiris pengaruh sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi terhadap komitmen normatif dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat rawat inap. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability, dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisa menggunakan analisa three box method serta PLS-SEM. Hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa secara sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen normatif dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sehingga dengan kepuasan kerja maka sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi dapat lebih tinggi mempengaruhi komitmen normatif, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen normatif dan mampu mengintervensi pengaruh sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi, Sistem penilaian kinerja merupakan variabel dominan yang mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen normatif, sedangkan remunerasi merupakan variabel terendah dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen normatif.
