Abstract

Penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar sangat penting dalam media komunikasi visual seperti poster, terutama yang digunakan dalam konteks edukatif. Namun, masih ditemukan berbagai kesalahan berbahasa pada poster bertema geografi yang dapat menghambat pemahaman informasi oleh pembaca. Bahasa yang tidak sesuai kaidah dapat mengurangi efektivitas pesan yang disampaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan penggunaan bahasa Indonesia pada penulisan poster bertema unsur geografi, yaitu gempa bumi, tanah longsor, tsunami, dan kekeringan. Fokus kajian meliputi tiga aspek utama: ejaan, pilihan kata, dan struktur kalimat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik dokumentasi terhadap empat poster geografi yang dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan ejaan berupa penulisan huruf kapital dan pemakaian tanda baca menjadi kesalahan yang paling dominan. Selain itu, ditemukan pula kesalahan dalam penggunaan kata tidak baku serta struktur kalimat yang tidak sesuai kaidah bahasa Indonesia. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pemahaman kaidah bahasa Indonesia sesuai Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI), terutama dalam media komunikasi visual seperti poster.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yang artinya menggambarkan suatu subyek penelitian. Dalam hal ini adalah konsep pembangunan berkelanjutan pada Bank Syariah. Kemudian desain peran dari bank syariah tersebut dalam pencapaian Sustanaible Development Goals (SDGs). Konsep keuangan syariah yang sejalan dengan tujuan SDGs. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah data kualitatif yang bersumber dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu, website (google scholar) dan juga buku-buku rujukan (buku elektronik). Lembaga keuangan syariah dan SDGs memiliki kesamaan tujuan untuk hadir mensejahterakan masyarakat, melalui layanan keuangan dan produk lembaga keuangan syariah bisa mewujudkan tujuan SDGs yaitu meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat dan memberi kesejahteraan. Melalui lembaga keuangan syariah masyarakat bisa memperoleh modal usaha, dan menikmati produk-produk yang bisa menambah pendapatan seperti investasi.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the strategic sectors in regional economic development. Pantai Muaro Sasak, as a tourist destination, has significant natural potential but faces challenges in increasing visitor numbers. This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies and tourism services implemented at Pantai Muaro Sasak and evaluate their alignment with Islamic business ethics principles. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with tourism managers, direct observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that the promotional strategies implemented include digital marketing through social media, partnerships with travel agencies, and organizing tourism events. Meanwhile, tourism services focus on hospitality, cleanliness, and visitor safety. From the perspective of Islamic business ethics, the promotional strategies and tourism services at Pantai Muaro Sasak reflect the principles of honesty (ṣidq), justice (‘adālah), and public benefit (maṣlaḥah). However, some aspects require improvement, such as price transparency and the enhancement of Sharia-compliant facilities. This study provides recommendations for tourism managers to enhance the effectiveness of digital promotions, improve services in accordance with Islamic principles, and develop halal tourism facilities to attract more Muslim tourists.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Pasal 90 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan ditegaskan bahwa pemberi kerja dilarang membayar upah lebih rendah dari upah minimum. Keputusan Gubernur Riau Nomor Kpts.1581/XI/2020 tentang Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2021 menetapkan bahwa Upah Minimum Kota (UMK) Pekanbaru adalah sebesar Rp 2.997.971,-. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. Penerapan upah minimum di Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru belum terlaksana. Faktor yang menghambat dalam penerapan upah minimum dari sisi pekerja adalah kurangnya pemahaman pekerja mengenai Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Keputusan Gubernur Riau Nomor Kpts.1581/XI/2020. Faktor yang menghambat dalam penerapan upah minimum dari sisi pelaku usaha adalah kondisi keuangan pelaku usaha sedang menurun akibat pandemi Covid-19. Upaya yang dilakukan terkait kurangnya pemahaman pekerja adalah Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dapat memberikan sosialisasi mengenai Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan Keputusan Gubernur Riau Nomor KPTS.1581/XI/2020 kepada para pekerja. Apabila pelaku usaha ternyata sengaja tidak memberikan Upah Minimum Kota (UMK) Pekanbaru kepada para pekerja dan menjadikan pandemi Covid-19 sebagai alasannya, maka Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dapat memberikan sanksi kepada pelaku usaha tersebut.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan CSR PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan terhadap masyarakat Kecamatan Rumbai Timur Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan di Provinsi Riau adalah belum terlaksana optimal, terutama di bidang pelestarian adat dan budaya serta pemberdayaan tenaga kerja lokal. Hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan CSR PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan terhadap masyarakat Kecamatan Rumbai Timur Kota Pekanbaru dari sisi masyarakat adalah ketidaktahuan masyarakat Kecamatan Rumbai Timur mengenai Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan di Provinsi Riau, dari sisi perusahaan adalah area kerja PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan yang luas se-Provinsi Riau, serta dari sisi pemerintah adalah kurangnya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau terhadap PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan CSR PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan terhadap masyarakat Kecamatan Rumbai Timur Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan di Provinsi Riau adalah Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau dapat memberikan sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Riau Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan di Provinsi Riau kepada masyarakat Kecamatan Rumbai Timur, PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan dapat memprioritaskan anggaran dana untuk program CSR di Kecamatan Rumbai Timur yang berbatasan langsung dengan area perusahaan, serta Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau dapat meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan CSR PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan.

Abstract

Nurses who have the willingness to do work beyond their obligations due to nurses high commitment to the hospital are an advantage for hospitals to improve performance effectiveness and efficiency, but factors that can create such behavior such as hospital support for nurses, nurse career development and teamwork atmosphere are less considered, making nurses unable to realize citizenship behavior towards the hospital. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, career development, and teamwork on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in nurses at Duta Indah Hospital. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were nurses at Duta Indah Hospital totaling 95 respondents. Data collection with questionnaires and analysis techniques with SEM-PLS. The results showed that organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of perceived organizational support, career development and teamwork on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, career development has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of perceived organizational support, career development and teamwork on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly competitive business competition in the culinary industry, especially the bakery business. In order to win the competition, business actors must pay attention to and apply the right marketing mix. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the marketing mix at Bunda Cake & Bakery Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to determine how the marketing mix in facing competition at Bunda Cake & Bakery. This type of research is qualitative research with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study of the four marketing mixes of Bunda Cake & Bakery, the price variable meets the good category, while the product and place variables are classified as medium categories and the promotion variable is classified as low categories. So for the product variable, it needs to be improved again, especially in the indicators of variation, quality, design and packaging. For the place/location variable, it is necessary to expand product distribution so that it can be more easily reached by consumers. The promotion variable needs to be improved again by using social media to expand market reach. From the results of the analysis conducted, in general the marketing mix applied according to the Islamic marketing concept is halal and thayyib products, flexible pricing and always maintaining the cleanliness of the place.

Abstract

Angel Bukittinggi Shop which is one of the women's clothing stores. Where now shopping is known in various circles, and in the Bukittingi market at this time a little, there are still some of them who have not utilized e-commerce media in marketing based on a lack of understanding in online sales and are more focused on resellers and direct purchases. And there is a decline in the level of sales in the marketplace media where the marketplace is less in demand by the community today. The research method used is qualitative, namely research whose data is in the form of words (not numbers) which come from interviews, report notes, documents and others. The results of the study showed that there was a decline in sales at Angel Shop due to the lack of public interest in the marketplace media, of course business owners can hold discount offers, and hold big giveaways, this can be a concern and also customer buying interest in Angel Shop. Angel Shop has utilized e-commerce media but some business actors have not utilized the media because the actors are more focused on sales in large scale. Angel Shop has implemented various steps that reflect the principles of sharia business, such as honesty, transparency, and fairness in every transaction. The use of e-commerce media can support business development in the future because customers are more interested in using e-commerce media, because by purchasing on e-commerce media, customers feel it is easier without having to come to the store.

Abstract

The background of this study is to see the promotional strategy of rendang yolanda in increasing sales of rendang yolanda in the city of Payakumbuh. Which promotional strategy will have an impact on a business, both positive and negative impacts. The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the promotional strategy to increase sales of rendang yolanda in the city of Payakumbuh. The research method used by the author here is qualitative research, with the key informant of this study being Mr. Nasrudin as the owner of rendang yolanda. In data collection, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of the study obtained from the analysis of promotional strategies in increasing sales of rendang egg yolanda in the city of Payakumbuh are that the promotional strategy used is quite good and runs well, where rendang yolanda has implemented a promotional mix in promoting its rendang egg. Using a promotional mix will make more people know rendang yolanda and increase sales of rendang yolanda. So that this can increase sales of rendang yolanda and increase profits.

Abstract

The importance of increasing the independence and welfare of village communities through economic development, one of which is through the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMNag). BUMNag is a village economic institution that aims to utilize village resources and assets to build villages and improve community welfare. BUMNag Sukatan Nagari Batu Taba, which had been inactive, was rebuilt in 2022 with two business units: Rumah Pangan and Kios Tani. In an era of increasing business competition, income is the key to business success, which is highly dependent on the marketing strategy implemented. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the marketing mix strategy at BUMNag Sukatan Nagari Batu Taba, Ampek Angkek, Agam to increase business income. This study is a field study with a qualitative method that connects theory with facts using primary and secondary data sources. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study of the four marketing mixes of BUMNag Sukatan Batu Taba on the price variable meets the very good category, while the product and place variables are included in the good category and the promotion variable is included in the less good category. So for the product variable, it needs to be improved again, especially in the product variation indicator. In the place/location variable, it is necessary to expand product distribution so that it can be more easily reached by consumers. In the promotion variable, it needs to be improved again by using social media to expand market reach. So it can be concluded that in the marketing mix of BUMNag, the Batu Taba gauge on the product, place and location variables need to be improved to increase revenue. From the results of the analysis carried out, the marketing mix applied according to the Islamic marketing concept is halal and thayyib products, flexible pricing, distribution without any elements of coercion, and honest promotions that do not manipulate consumers.
