Abstract

Integration of digital technology in Pancasila Education learning can strengthen the development of the Pancasila Student Profile which includes six dimensions: faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble character, independence, mutual cooperation, critical thinking, and global diversity. This article aims to analyze the impact of the use of digital technology in Pancasila Education learning on strengthening student character based on the Pancasila Student profile. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in elementary schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of learning documents. Integration of digital technology can increase student participation, facilitate collaboration, and strengthen understanding of Pancasila values. However, obstacles such as limited access to technology and teachers' digital skills need to be considered. Digital technology can play a significant role in shaping the character of Pancasila Students, but its implementation requires comprehensive support in terms of infrastructure and teacher training.

Abstract

The primary function of skin is to protect the inside of the body from physical and mechanical stresses. Skin is perceptive to its surroundings. Thus, a variety of skin issues may develop, including wounds. The standard wound treatment is chemical therapy using antiseptics. Antiseptics contain antimicrobial qualities that can eradicate bacteria. However, antiseptics can also destroy fibroblast tissue, which creates new skin tissue, and leukocytes, which are responsible for eliminating harmful bacteria. Alternative medicines, such as traditional medicine, are thus required to aid in wound healing. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Allium chinense G. Don extract on the healing of cut wounds in white rats. This research is experimental research using a post-test control group design. Data analysis used One way ANOVA. The research found that Allium chinense G. Don extract contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and triterpenoids/steroids, but no tannin compounds. The antibacterial properties of Allium chinense G. Don are effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Collagen density and fibroblast count increased in Wistar rat wound tissue after being treated with the extract. Allium chinense G. Don is effective in healing cut wounds in white rats (p <0,001).

Abstract

The efficacy of managing higher education institutions is influenced by a multitude of factors, among which human resource management holds significant importance. Both individual and collective behaviours within the workforce play a substantial role in shaping the institution's performance. Individual workplace behaviours, which can be evaluated through levels of job satisfaction, are classified into four categories based on whether they are constructive or destructive, and active or passive. A focal point of this study is the concept of voice behaviour. Research concerning human resources within higher education often centres on performance metrics or other elements directly associated with their core responsibilities, defined under the Tri Dharma of higher education. This study encompasses all lecturers actively engaged in teaching at X University, spanning across various ranks and qualifications. Participants were grouped into several demographic categories, namely: gender, age, highest educational attainment, and academic position. The objective of this research is to characterise the constructive behaviours of lecturers and examine the variances across these demographic groups. The analytical approach employed involves analysis of variance (ANOVA) and hypothesis testing through the t-test

Abstract

This study develops Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model to improve learning outcomes of Pancasila Education on the material "Cooperation in My Environment" for fourth grade students of SDN 064990 Medan Johor. This study uses an R&D approach with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop), without the Disseminate stage due to time constraints. Data collection includes expert validation of questionnaires, teacher and student response surveys, and pretests and posttests. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive methods (SPSS and N-Gain). The validation results show that LKPD is very feasible in terms of content (86.11%), design (92.85%), and language (81.94%). The practical test produced very positive responses from teachers (92.7%) and students (88.3%). LKPD is proven to be effective in improving learning outcomes with an N-Gain score of 42.86% (moderate category). RADEC-based LKPD also succeeded in increasing character values and 21st century skills (collaboration, critical thinking, creativity). In conclusion, RADEC-based LKPD is very valid, practical, and quite effective for Pancasila Education learning, and can be replicated and become a reference for innovation in the Merdeka Curriculum

Abstract

Handling social conflicts in urban areas requires a police approach that is not only repressive, but also preventive and participatory. Community Policing is a police strategy that emphasizes the partnership between the National Police and the community in maintaining security and social order. However, in practice, the implementation of Community Policing in urban areas still faces various challenges, such as low public trust in the authorities, lack of citizen participation, and weak consistency of implementation in the field. This research aims to examine the role of Community Policing revitalization in building civilization and social order through increasing trust and collaboration between the National Police and urban communities. Using a qualitative approach and case studies in several major cities in Indonesia, this study found that Community Policing revitalization based on transparency, two-way communication, and community empowerment has been proven to be able to improve the performance of the National Police and strengthen a sense of security and togetherness in urban environments. The results of this study recommend strengthening the capacity of POLRI personnel in social communication, developing a sustainable community participation system, and policy reforms that support long-term collaboration between officials and city residents. Thus, Community Policing is not only a security strategy, but also an important pillar in the development of an inclusive and orderly urban civilization.

Abstract

Community policing, a proactive crime prevention strategy, faces unique challenges in apartment-based urban environments like South Jakarta's Kalibata City Apartment complex. These communities are characterized by higher levels of individualism and lower social cohesion, making it difficult to establish effective community-police partnerships. The study, involving 360 randomly selected residents, found that the social fabric of apartment communities lacks the integration necessary for successful community-policing partnerships. The study also highlighted the socio-spatial characteristics of apartment complexes, such as high population density and vertical living arrangements, which significantly shape the feasibility and outcomes of community policing initiatives. This research contributes to the broader discourse on urban policing by identifying key gaps in existing practices and emphasizing the need for context-sensitive approaches.

Abstract

The existence of bamboo in Indonesia is very abundant; in fact, it is easy to find bamboo in almost every region of Indonesia. In general, the shape of bamboo construction is not completely straight, so some people do not use bamboo as a pole or supporting material for building or construction purposes. From various studies, bamboo structures have been proven to have many advantages. It’s tough and elastic fibers are very good at withstanding loads (both compressive/tensile, shear, and bending loads). This service aims to provide information, understanding, and skills to the community about how to process and use bamboo for various purposes, especially for building poles and plant cultivation places. The technique is by straightening the shape of the bamboo so that the straightened bamboo can be used on a wider scale. Bamboo is straightened with a simple machine with the help of fire, so that the bamboo is easier to process. After the bamboo is straightened with the help of a machine equipped with a hydraulic device and heated using fire, the added value of the bamboo increases and can be used more widely.
