Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh minat dan motivasi belajar baik secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “expost facto” yang bersifat kausalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar. Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua anggota dari populasi yang terdiri dari 25 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar matematika dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes, sedangkan untuk mengukur minat dan motivasi belajar siwa digunakan angket. Hasil penelitian mwngungkapkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar dalam kategori sedang yaitu sekitar 48 % dengan nilai rata-rata 75,40 sedangkan minat belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar berada dalam kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 44,32. Hasil analisi inferensial menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar matematika berpengaruh posiitif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar, dan motivasi belajar matematika berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat dan motivasi belajar matematika secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Makassar dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel yaitu 29,152 > 3,44 atau nilai P < taraf signifikan yaitu 0.00 < 0,05 dengan nilai sumbangan total (R2)= 0,726 atau 72,6 % dengan persamaan regresi Y= 16,464+0.440 X1 + 0,786 X2

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatar belkangi oleh rendahnya literasi lingkungan generasi Z khsusnya yang berada dijenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi lingkungan generasi Z melalui kegiatan edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan dan sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan edukatif, evaluasi serta tahap keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa setelah kegiatan dilakukan terdapat peningkatan literasi lingkungan generasi Z melalui kegiatan edukatif yang dilakukan. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi lingkungan siswa, tetapi juga memperkuat peran sekolah sebagai agen perubahan menuju masa depan yang lebih hijau, berkelanjutan, dan berdaya saing, serta melalui pendekatan edukatif, program ini mampu menjembatani tujuan SDGs dengan tindakan lokal yang sederhana namun berdampak dengan melibatkan Generasi Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on students' financial behavior, with personal financial attitudes as a mediating variable. This quantitative study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique with 130 Universitas Bung Hatta students as respondents. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, which provided equal opportunities for Universitas Bung Hatta students to be selected as research samples. The results were processed using the SMART-PLS application using the Measurement Model Assessment (MMA), R-Square, and Structural Model Assessment (SMA) procedures. The results of this study indicate that 1) financial literacy has a positive effect on students' financial behavior, 2) financial literacy has a positive effect on personal financial attitudes, 3) personal financial attitudes have a positive effect on students' financial behavior, and 4) personal financial attitudes mediate the effect of financial literacy on students' financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims ti determine the effect of the use of animated videos in Pancasila Education subjects to increase the learning motivation of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung. This background is base don the low learning motivation of students caused by conventional learning methods that are still dominantly used and the lack of utilization of interesting learning media. This study uses a quantitative method with a One Group Pretest- Postest Experiment design with the number of students in grade VII-1 being 31 people who became the sample in the study selected by the Purposive Sampling technique. The research instrument distributed to students before and after being given treatment, namely animated videos, is a learning motivation after receiving treatment. The Paired Sample Test produces a significant value of 0,000 (<0,05), which means there is a difference in learning motivation between before and after being given treatment with the average value of learning motivation increasing from 37,39 to 50,16. In addition, the coefficient of determination test shows that the use of animated videos contributes 39,6 % while the rest is influenced by other factors. Thus the use of animated videos has proven to be an effective learning médium in increasing student, motivation, particulary in abstract subject such as Pancasila Education. Therefore, the use of animated videos is reccomended as a relevant learning innovation that aligns with the characterictis of today’s students, known as generaziton z to support the implementation of the independent curriculum in School. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan Video Animasi pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung. Latar Belakang ini didasarkan pada rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran konvensional yang masih dominan digunakan serta kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain Eksperimen One Group Pretest-Postest dengan jumlah siswa kelas VII-1 ialah 31 orang yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yang dipilih denga teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang dibagikan kepada siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan yaitu video animasi adalah angket motivasi belajar untuk mengukur perubahan tingkat motivasi belajar setelah menerima perlakuan. Uji Paired Sample Test menghasilkan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 (<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar antara sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan dengan nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar meningkat dari 37,39 menjadi 50,16. Selain itu, uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video animasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 39,6% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian, penggunaan video animasi terbukti sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa khususnya pada materi yang bersifat abstrak seperti Pendidikan Pancasila. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan video animasi direkomendasikan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran yang relevan dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa zaman sekarang yang disebut generasi Z dalam mendukung pelaksanaan kuriikulum merdeka di sekolah.

Abstract

Globalization has influenced citizens' mindset, behavior, and attitudes, shifting traditional national values such as mutual cooperation, care, fairness, and mutual respect toward more individualistic and egocentric orientations. These changes pose a serious challenge to shaping national character, particularly among university students. This study aims to develop a Global Civics Learning Model Based on National Projects to strengthen students' character in embracing diversity. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4-D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Data were analyzed using the Independent Sample T-Test to assess the model's effectiveness. The results indicate that the model has a very high level of validity, with content validation scoring an average of 94.72% and construct validation at 94.20%. Effectiveness testing revealed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (sig. < 0.001), demonstrating the model’s effectiveness in enhancing students’ character related to global diversity. It is recommended that the model be applied more widely in civic education courses to cultivate national identity while promoting global citizenship values among students.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze how organizational culture and career development affect the quality of work life of assistant investigators at the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the North Jakarta Metro Police. Research Methodology: A mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design was applied. Quantitative data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire with 45 items completed by 61 assistant investigators. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, producing the equation ? = 5.104 + 0.999X1 + 0.367X2 + e. Instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing were conducted. To deepen the findings, qualitative data were obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Results: The study found that the quality of work life had the highest mean score (4.01), followed by organizational culture (3.90) and career development (3.72). The adjusted R² of 0.850 indicates that organizational culture and career development together explain 85% of the variance in quality of work life. Organizational culture positively and significantly influences involvement and mission clarity but reveals weaknesses in digital adaptability. Career development also has a significant effect, though training access remains uneven. Conclusions: Both organizational culture and career development significantly enhance the quality of work life of assistant investigators, with culture being slightly more dominant. Limitations: This study was limited to one police unit and may not fully represent other contexts. Contribution: Contribution: This research guides police institutions to enhance culture, digital readiness, and fair career development.

Abstract

Adolescents are the group most at risk of HIV-AIDS transmission because adolescence is the period when there is the highest social mobility and will open opportunities for them to be exposed to various physical and psychological changes. As a result, these adolescents have a high vulnerability to the transmission of multiple types of diseases, including HIV-AIDS. The results of interviews with several adolescents who are students at the high school level in Gowa Regency obtained information that adolescents view and evaluate people who have HIV-AIDS. Adolescents answer that they tend to avoid and hate them. According to the explanations of several youths, this was all due to the lack of information obtained, and the school had not yet provided a curriculum on HIV-AIDS in schools. Then, the results of interviews with several high school teachers revealed that no research had been conducted related to HIV-AIDS prevention behavior. On the other hand, the incidence of communicable and non-communicable diseases is closely related to a person's health literacy. The condition of the world of health, which is increasingly more complex than various diseases, certainly requires a skill in health literacy owned by every individual, including adolescents. Based on this, a study was conducted which aimed to reveal and find out 1) the description of health literacy and HIV-AIDS prevention behavior in high school youth in Gowa District, 2) the relationship between health literacy and HIV-AIDS prevention behavior in high school youth in Gowa District. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire, and the data analysis technique uses chis square analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) the health literacy of SMK youth in Gowa Regency was generally low, 2) the HIV-AIDS prevention behavior of VOCATIONAL SCHOOL youth in Gowa Regency was generally low, 3) there was a relationship between health literacy and HIV-AIDS prevention behavior in SMK adolescents in Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan Systematic Literature Review dalam menganalisis hubungan entropi terhadap panah waktu, terdapat 10 artikel yang telah dipilih melalui proses seleksi. Dimana tujuh artikel mendukung adanya hubungan antara entropi dengan panah waktu dan tiga artikel tidak mendukung adanya hubungan antara entropi dengan panah waktu. Di sisi yang mendukung mengatakan bahwa peningkatan entropi seiring waktu menunjukkan arah waktu yang bergerak dari keadaan lebih teratur ke lebih kacau. Sedangkan di sisi yang tidak mendukung mengatakan bahwa peningkatan entropi tidak cukup untuk sepenuhnya menjelaskan asimetri waktu, termasuk asimetri jejak masa lalu dan masa depan, entropi adalah fungsi keadaan dan bukan merupakan fungsi waktu. Entropi termodinamika digambarkan seperti melihat sebuah ruangan secara keseluruhan (makroskopis) sedangkan entropi Boltzmann digambarkan seperti melihat objek yang ada di ruangan dan menghitung semua cara berbeda objek-objek itu bisa disusun (mikroskopis). Dalam simulasi menggunakan Python, konsep entropi dianalisis melalui pergerakan dan interaksi partikel dalam ruang dua dimensi menggunakan distibusi Maxwell-Boltzmann. Variasi kecepatan partikel disesuaikan dengan suhu yang ditransformasi menjadi kecepatan (172 m/s (50 K), 244 m/s (100 K), 422 m/s (300 K), 770 m/s (1000 K)) menunjukkan bahwa distribusi kecepatan partikel berubah sesuai dengan suhu, di mana kecepatan lebih tinggi mengindikasikan suhu lebih panas dan lebih banyak ketidakteraturan. Sedangkan pada kecepatan yang lebih rendah mengindikasikan suhu lebih dingin dan kondisi dari partikel lebih teratur, dan semakin cepat pergerakan dari partikel, semakin tinggi nilai entropinya, dimana untuk nilai entropi berdasarkan kecepatan secara berturut-turut adalah 3,42 × 10-22 J/K; 3,69 ×10-22 J/K; 4,11 ×10-22 J/K; 4,57 ×10-22 J/K. Grafik hubungan entropi dengan panah waktu menunjukkan bahwa entropi, meningkat secara linear seiring waktu, sesuai dengan prinsip kedua termodinamika.

Abstract

Innovative work behaviour in higher education is an important aspect that requires attention. The study of innovative work behaviour in higher education is very important to foster a culture of creativity and progress. This research aims to identify lecturers who have innovative behaviour and provide rewards or support for their development. This can encourage professional growth and increase the competence of lecturers, thereby creating superior human resources in the field of higher education. The Sample in this research were lecturers who worked at private universities in the LLDIKTI X Region. Sample selection used probability sampling techniques with random sampling. Research hypothesis testing was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used to measure the influence between variables of organizational Innovativeness Climate, Motivation to Learn, and Knowledge Sharing towards Innovative Work Behaviour. The results of this research organizational Innovativeness Climate, Knowledge Sharing, and Motive to Learn significantly influence Innovative Work Behavior. The test results show that the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the level of innovative behaviour of lecturers in the workplace.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik dan mengubah model pembelajaran yang monoton pada buku dan metode ceramah. Maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Dan dari hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa yang menjadi faktor penghambat dalam pembelajaran PPKn kelas 2 di SDN 066057 adalah bahwa fasilitas yang kurang memadai dan model pembelajaran yang dilakukan hanya satu arah sehingga membuat peserta didik kurang fokus dan bosan karena saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung guru tidak melibatkan peserta didik. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis menawarkan pembelajaran bebasis permainan, yaitu "Rolling Stick.”
