Abstract

The increasing use of the internet makes the implementation process more accessible, but the problem is that it is difficult to manage network management, with the emergence of container technologies such as Docker and Podman as efficient application management solutions. This research compares Docker and Podman regarding container management using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology. This study evaluates three parameters: accessing the Fedora project registry, handling images or ISOs, and user access in containers. The results show that Podman performs better regarding registry access, is slightly faster with images, and offers faster user creation. Overall, the study concludes that Podman is superior, demonstrating compatibility with Docker and proving its efficacy in container management.

Abstract

Automation of software-defined networking (SDN) in Proxmox VE 8.1 enhances virtual network management by improving efficiency, scalability, and the speed of network configuration changes. This study aims to automate SDN configuration management in Proxmox VE using Ansible and evaluate its performance. The research follows the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, consisting of six stages: Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring, and Management. Automation was implemented successfully using an Ansible playbook to manage creating and deleting zones, VNets, subnets, IP gateways, and DHCP ranges. The automated process was tested over three trials, with creation times of 23, 20, and 21 seconds and deletion times of 20, 19, and 20 seconds, respectively. By contrast, the manual process required 6 minutes 6 seconds for creation and 2 minutes 37 seconds for deletion. These results demonstrate that automation using Ansible significantly reduces configuration time, offering a more efficient and reliable approach than manual methods. The findings highlight the potential of Ansible to streamline SDN management in Proxmox VE, saving time, energy, and resources while ensuring scalability and consistency in virtualized network environments.

Abstract

Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport is an airport with a unique topography, making the process of rainfall formation at this airport very dynamic. To ensure safe flight operations at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, rainfall forecasting is needed using fuzzy logic methods, with input data influencing rainfall formation, such as precipitable water, relative vorticity, and divergence. In this study, the data used for applying fuzzy logic can be divided into three types: training data (for developing the fuzzy logic method), validation data (for validating the fuzzy logic method), and testing data (for testing the fuzzy logic method). Therefore, validating the fuzzy logic method to obtain results and accuracy of rainfall events, as well as testing the fuzzy logic method for rainfall event forecasting, are the goals of this research. The precipitable water, relative vorticity, divergence, and rainfall data in this study are divided into three types: training data (2010 – 2021), validation data (2022 – 2024), and testing data (2025 – 2030). The validation results for 2022 – 2024 were dominated by non – rain events, with 7.051 occurrences, while there were 948 occurrences of rain events. The accuracy of the fuzzy logic validation method was found to be 78.58% during 2022 – 2024, allowing the fuzzy logic method to be applied for forecasting rainfall events in 2025 – 2030, beginning with the creation of input data using the moving linear regression algorithm. The forecasting results for 2025 – 2030 using the fuzzy logic method were dominated by non – rain events, with 15.232 occurrences, while there were 2.296 occurrences of rain events.

Abstract

Deface attacks are critical threats that disrupt server integrity and damage an organization's reputation. This research aims to design a Wazuh-based Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system integrated with the Telegram Bot to detect, prevent, and provide real-time notifications against deface attacks. The method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which has three main stages: requirement analysis, system design, and prototype simulation. The implementation was conducted on a virtual environment using Ubuntu Server 22.04 as the Wazuh Manager and Parrot Security OS as the attack simulator. The results showed that Wazuh successfully detected three main types of attacks: File Upload Vulnerability, Remote Code Execution (RCE), and Webshell through log analysis and custom rules. Integration with Telegram Bot enables instant notification when threats are detected, along with automated responses such as directory restores, attacker IP address blocking, and proactive mitigation. Tests prior to Wazuh's implementation proved the server's vulnerability to file modification, while after implementation, the system was able to prevent illegal changes with 100% effectiveness. The conclusion of this study confirms that the combination of Wazuh SIEM and Telegram Bot improves server security through early detection, rapid response, and centralized monitoring. This solution not only reduces the risk of deface but also provides an efficient notification mechanism for administrators. Recommendations for development include adding attack variations, improving active response, and optimizing integration with other platforms.

Abstract

Marriage in Islam is a social and spiritual institution that has a strong legal dimension. Islamic law regulates marriage comprehensively, starting from the pillars and conditions, objectives, to the annulment of marriage. Understanding the concept of Islamic marriage law is very important to ensure the continuity of family life in accordance with Islamic law and moral values. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a library research method. Data were collected through a review of primary and secondary sources, such as the Qur'an, hadith, classical and contemporary fiqh books, as well as Islamic legal literature and relevant legislation, including the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). It was found that the law of marriage in Islam includes five kinds of laws based on individual conditions: obligatory, sunnah, permissible, makruh, and haram. A valid marriage according to Islam must fulfill five main pillars, namely the prospective husband, prospective wife, guardian, two witnesses, and ijab qabul. The rights and obligations of husband and wife are regulated proportionally to maintain family harmony. Islam also establishes prohibitions on marriage in order to maintain the sanctity of the relationship and accommodate the resolution of household conflicts through divorce, khulu', and fasakh. The concept of marriage law in Islam emphasizes the importance of justice, responsibility, and protection of the human rights of each partner. These values have high relevance in the dynamics of modern life and become a strong normative foundation in the formation of a sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah Muslim family. In addition, the flexibility of Islamic law in responding to social situations makes it relevant to be applied in pluralistic national and international legal systems.

Abstract

The issue of the high number of students dropping out of college is a major concern in higher education, especially in the smart campus ecosystem. This research aims to design a prediction system for students who are at risk of dropping out by integrating hybrid feature selection methods and ensemble learning that leverage academic data and students' digital footprints. The initial process of model development involves data cleaning and the selection of important features through a combination approach using filter-based methods (mutual information) and recursive feature elimination. A classification model is then designed using the XGBoost and Random Forest algorithms. The testing was conducted using a secondary dataset that included variables such as participation in discussions, attendance rates, interaction with learning materials, and academic achievement. The results of testing with the XGBoost model showed a satisfactory accuracy level, with an F1 score of 0.77 and a ROC AUC of 0.89. The confusion matrix recorded 67 correct predictions for students who graduated and 17 correct predictions for students who dropped out, with a total of 12 misclassifications. These findings suggest that the combination of hybrid feature selection strategies and XGBoost can produce sufficiently accurate predictions of student dropouts and has the potential to be utilized as an early warning system in the governance of a more flexible and responsive smart campus.

Abstract

Pelestarian budaya lokal di tengah arus globalisasi menjadi tantangan serius bagi komunitas desa yang memiliki warisan tradisi turun-temurun. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi kearifan lokal melalui penyelenggaraan Festival Budaya di Desa Harjowinangun Barat, Kecamatan Tersono, Kabupaten Batang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dan metode siklus 5-D (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, Destiny), yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan. Festival Budaya menjadi medium ekspresi budaya lokal yang menyatukan lembaga pendidikan, tokoh masyarakat, dan generasi muda dalam kegiatan seni, seperti tari tradisional, pidato budaya, doa keagamaan, dan gerak lagu. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa festival ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran budaya antar generasi, membangun kembali memori kolektif, serta memperkuat jejaring sosial komunitas. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong munculnya inisiatif warga untuk menjadikan festival sebagai agenda tahunan desa dan membentuk komunitas budaya secara mandiri. Festival budaya terbukti tidak hanya berdampak pada pelestarian simbolik, tetapi juga menjadi alat transformasi sosial, pendidikan karakter, dan penguatan identitas komunitas. Model ini berpotensi direplikasi di desa lain sebagai praktik baik dalam program pemberdayaan berbasis budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need, validity, and effectiveness of animated videos in improving ablution skills of seventh-grade students of SMPN 1 Rongkong. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of the study were seventh-grade students of the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, and then analyzed both descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the developed animated videos received validation from media experts at 72% (valid), material experts at 96% (very valid), and language experts at 88% (very valid). The effectiveness test through ablution practice showed a success rate of 91.43% (effective). Thus, animated videos are deemed feasible and effective for use as learning media to improve students' ablution skills.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pada proses seleksi Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK), Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat membutuhkan sistem seleksi yang objektif, terukur, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Selama ini seleksi masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna membantu proses pemilihan anggota PPK secara sistematis dan adil. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Data kriteria seleksi diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, dengan ARAS dan TOPSIS sebagai dasar perhitungan multi-kriteria, mencakup indikator seperti pengalaman organisasi, kemampuan manajerial, integritas, pemahaman kepemiluan, serta keterampilan komunikasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu menghasilkan peringkat alternatif calon anggota PPK secara objektif. Uji kepuasan pengguna memperoleh skor 85,33% dengan kategori “sangat setuju”, menandakan penerimaan positif dari aspek fungsionalitas, kemudahan penggunaan, dan akurasi penilaian. Kesimpulannya, penerapan ARAS dan TOPSIS terbukti saling melengkapi dalam pemeringkatan calon PPK. Sistem ini menjadikan seleksi lebih transparan, efisien, dan kredibel, sekaligus berpotensi diterapkan pada rekrutmen sumber daya manusia di instansi pemerintahan lainnya.

Abstract

The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is less than 0.24 percent of Indonesia's population of around 238 million people. Therefore, according to the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Syarifuddin Hasan, the number of entrepreneurs still needs to be increased in order to support economic growth in Indonesia. Bumigora University as one of the private universities in Indonesia is very aware of the importance of entrepreneurship. Since 2019, Bumigora University has made Management Information Systems a course. This research method is descriptive qualitative which aims to implement experienced phenomena, such as behavior, perception, motivation, etc., comprehensively and descriptively in the form of words and language, in context. certain realms at certain times and using different realms. Based on the results of research conducted at UD. Angel Telur which is on JL. Adisucito, Ampenan, Mataram City: The implementation of this SIM is applied to UD MSMEs. Angel Telur, after implementing the SIM, UD. Angel Telur experienced an increase in the number of sales and customers who came, as for the components in UD MSMEs.
