Abstract

Purpose: In an increasingly interconnected global economy, there is a growing recognition among governments of the importance of fostering an environment for businesses to thrive. Indonesia has introduced an integrated business licensing system that centralizes and automates the licensing and permitting processes, simplifying the journey for entrepreneurs, business owners, and government agencies. To multiply the benefits and effectiveness of the system, the government must assess the system to establish a firm basis for its ongoing advancement and enhancement. Methods: The evaluation of integrated business licensing system was conducted using the HOT-fit framework with the perspective of government agencies. Their involvement is crucial for effective licensing and supervision processes. Data was gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. Result: The findings revealed that system quality and service quality significantly influenced user satisfaction, whereas information quality, user satisfaction, organizational structure, and organizational environment positively impacted system usage. The results also showed that system usage and user satisfaction influenced net benefit. These results can be used to improve the system to match the government agencies’ expectations. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in its research object which is an integrated system. This research provides insights for targeted improvements in technological, organizational, and human aspects of integrated system implementation.

Abstract

Currently, the parking management implemented in several public places has not been managed properly, resulting in a buildup of vehicles and it is difficult for many vehicles to find a parking space. The Maspul Jaya boarding house as an example has challenges in managing parking because there are a large number of residents with 60 rooms and a limited number of parking lots, which means residents often have difficulty getting a parking space in the boarding house area. This research aims to design a prototype parking management system using NodeMCU and RFID card technology as a replacement for room number stickers on Maspul Jaya Boarding House residents' vehicles with a multiplatform Android and iOS-based application connected to the network. The data obtained will be processed by the microcontroller and sent to the database server and then displayed in the application. The application testing method used is Blackbox and direct testing of the system hardware. The results of this research are that at the entrance gate, residents can enter through the parking barrier if the driver brings the vehicle close to the infrared proximity sensor, the RFID card is registered, the card status is active and the driver is not detected as being parked. When all conditions are met, the servo as the entrance parking gate will open, and the opposite condition will occur on the side of the exit gate. The maximum reading distance between the object and the sensor is 8 cm and RFID cards can be read at a maximum distance of 3 cm. Apart from that, the results of black box testing on the input-output of this application function well and are free from errors so that monitoring can be carried out via the application on data related to empty parking slots and the history of vehicles that have been parked using both the Android and iOS platforms. With this system, parking management at the Maspul Jaya boarding house will become more organized and efficient.

Abstract

Driving at high speed and recklessly is the main cause of traffic accidents. In several places speed bumps are installed as a medium to warn drivers to slow down the speed of the vehicle, but the installation of speed bumps in several places has become a problem in itself with inconvenience for drivers traveling at low speeds, so it is necessary to develop an intelligent system to warn drivers when speeding. vehicles break safety boundaries, making drivers safer and more comfortable. At the vehicle identification stage, a combination of the Adaptive Background Subtraction method with the Haar Cascade Classifier is proposed, and vehicle speed estimation is carried out by calculating the time difference in the detection area or Region of Interest (ROI). Testing was carried out using traffic videos with three conditions, namely day, evening and night, with each condition using the same object data, namely 55 images of car objects. The proposed method produces car detection accuracy with an average of 85% and MSE 0.5 in vehicle speed measurements.

Abstract

The determination of the onset of season typically utilizes the rainfall distribution pattern during the climatological period in the form of a bar graph. However, according to previous research, the prediction of the onset of the season can also use the components of Zonal and Meridional winds. There hasn't been much research related to the onset of season in Tana Toraja; therefore, this study aims to determine the profile of Zonal and Meridional winds at the 850 mb level and their relation to the onset of season in Tana Toraja during the climatology period from 1998 to 2022 (25 years) as well as during El Niño and La Niña events. Reference data for this analysis is sourced from daily precipitation records from the Toraja Meteorological Station and daily Zonal and Meridional wind array model data from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF). The collected data is then visualized through maps and graphs, followed by spatial and descriptive analysis for the klimatologi period, El Niño, and La Niña events. The analysis findings reveal that the rainfall pattern in Tana Toraja is significantly influenced by monsoonal winds, particularly characterized by the prevalence of westerly Zonal winds during the rainy season. The onset of the rainy season typically occurs in early July, with the peak of the rainy season usually observed from mid-March to mid-April. Zonal winds during El Niño and La Niña events notably impact rainfall accumulation in the Tana Toraja region, resulting in variations in the strength of Zonal and Meridional winds.

Abstract

Sustainable and technology-based tourism development is a necessity to face the digital era. This community service activity aims to support digital transformation in the Lombok tourism sector through the implementation of electronic tickets, as a step towards smart tourism. The implementation of electronic tickets is designed to improve operational efficiency, tourist comfort, and facilitate the management of tourist destinations. By utilizing information and communication technology (ICT), this system is expected to reduce queues at tourist locations, speed up the tourist entry process, and provide real-time data that is useful for destination managers. This activity involves training for tourism managers in Lombok, as well as the implementation of an electronic ticket system at Bangsal Port which leads to the 3 Gili tourist destinations, namely Gili Trawangan, Gili Medno and Gili Air, where ticket sales have so far been manual and managed by the Karya Bahari Bangsal sea transportation cooperative. The results of this program show an increase in the quality of tourism services and management efficiency, while encouraging the use of technology in the promotion and management of tourism data. With the success of this program, it is hoped that Lombok, especially the 3 Gili tourist area, can become a pioneer in the implementation of smart tourism in Indonesia, increasing its competitiveness as a modern and technology-friendly global tourist destination.Keywords: smart tourism; electronic ticketing; digital transformation; lombok Abstrak: Pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis teknologi menjadi sebuah kebutuhan untuk menghadapi era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di sektor pariwisata Lombok melalui implementasi tiket elektronik, sebagai langkah menuju pariwisata cerdas (smart tourism). Implementasi tiket elektronik dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kenyamanan wisatawan, serta mempermudah pengelolaan destinasi wisata. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi antrian di lokasi wisata, mempercepat proses masuk wisatawan, serta memberikan data real-time yang bermanfaat bagi pengelola destinasi. Tahapan pertama yang akan dilakukan dalam PKM ini melakukan identifikasi masalah, merumuskan masalah, menetapkan tujuan, pengumpulan data, pembuatan e-tiket, membangun sistem dan ujicoba, promosi melalui media sosial, pelatihan hingga sistem di implementasikan oleh mitra. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan wisata dan efisiensi pengelolaan, sekaligus mendorong penggunaan teknologi dalam promosi dan manajemen data pariwisata. Dengan keberhasilan program ini, diharapkan Lombok khususnya wisata 3 gili dapat menjadi pionir dalam penerapan pariwisata cerdas di Indonesia, meningkatkan daya saingnya sebagai destinasi wisata global yang modern dan ramah teknologi.Kata kunci: pariwisata cerdas; tiket elektronik; transformasi digital; lombok

Abstract

Tanah longsor merupakan bencana alam yang dapat terjadi dimanapun dan kapanpun yang dapat menimbulkan kerusakan dan kerugian serta dapat menimbulkan korban jiwa. Beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan longsor yaitu, Erosi, Lereng dari bebatuan yang lemah, Padatnya arus lalu lintas yang di lintasi oleh kendaraan yang bermuatan lebih, dan aktivitas manusia seperti penebahan pohon & penggalian. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan sistem pendeteksi longsor agar dapat memonitoring jika adanya suatu getaran yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya longsor. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan beberapa komponen untuk merancang prototipe pendeteksi longsor tersebut yaitu : NodeMCU ESP32 sebagai pusat kontrol, sensor getaran piezoelektrik untuk mendeteksi suatu getaran, aplikasi android dan perangkat android untuk menampilkan status longsor yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat yang berada di daerah rawan longsor, informasi tersebut ditampilkan dalam bentuk notifikasi dan alarm pada perangkat android agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui lebih dini jika adanya suatu getaran yang dapat menimbulkan longsor.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ( PKM) melaakukan pendampingan tentang manajemen pengelolaan keuangan pada gabungan kelompok tani ( Gapoktan) Resta Desa Tumpiling Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Provinsi Sulawesi Barat Jenis pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan manajemen terhadap Gapoktan resta, dimana gapoktan ini adalah penerima dana sebanyak Rp. 100.000.000 ( seratus Juta Rupiah ) dari kementrian Pertanian RI. Dana Bantuan tersebut berupa dana yang langsung di kirim kerekening Gabungan Kelompok Tani yang menjadi modal awal pada Gapoktan tersebut untuk membiayai kegiatan Pertanian anggota. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah membantu Gapoktan untuk untuk membuat pencatatan keuangan yang di pijam anggota, membuat pelaporan yang di tujukan kepada Kepala Dinas Pertaanian dan secara berkala laporan tersebuy diteruskan ke Kementrian Pertanian RI Waktu pendampingan ini adalah selama satu bulan dengan berbagai tahapan kegiatan sampai pada pembuatan pelaporan Hasil Pengabdian ini berupa Laporan simpanan, laporan Pembayaan, Laporan rekap Peminjam, Laporan Mutasi Laporan Neraca, Laporan Sisa ( Rugi Laba), Kesemua Laporan ini disajikan dalam bentuk Tabel, dilengkapi dengan foto dokumentasi

Abstract

The aim of this research is to dig deeper into differentiation strategies through appropriate indicators and what differentiation is offered by coffee shop business actors. Based on data from the Labuhanbatu Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service in 2021, currently, the number of MSMEs operating in coffee shops is still surviving and is recorded as being actively assisted by 156 MSMEs. So, the authors decided to use the entire population as a sample of 156 respondents. Determination of sampling applies purposive sampling, one of the non-random sampling techniques. Data analysis uses validity and reliability tests as well as problem-solving using the IBM SPSS AMOS 22 path analysis approach. Based on the results of the respondent profile description, it is known that the majority are male, aged 31-40 years. The majority of businesses last 7-10 years with owner status. All hypotheses in this research can be accepted so that the variables of product differentiation, price differentiation, and service differentiation have a significant effect on marketing innovation.

Abstract

An agency will thrive if it is supported by qualified employees. So that employees are certainly one of the most important assets in an institution, both private and public institutions, so that agencies are required to recruit prospective contract employees who have competence and talent to support the implementation of work at the Open University of Mataram City. Skilled workers who can bring institutions forward and compete with other agencies so that they can keep up with the times, and the recruitment aspect is starting to get a special view, because the recruitment process is not in accordance with the needs at the Mataram Open University so that it can hinder the rate of development of the agency itself. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the contract employee recruitment process at the Universitas Terbuka Mataram. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the contract employee recruitment process at universitas Terbuka Mataram campus. This decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting SAW method. In this case, prospective employees are compared with one another so as to provide an output value of priority intensity which results in a system that provides an assessment of each employee. This decision support system helps evaluate each employee, make changes to the criteria, and changes the weight values. This is useful to facilitate decision making related to employee selection issues, so that the most appropriate employees will be received in the company. The purpose of this study was to select the best candidate for employees at the Universitas Terbuka Mataram. The results of this study indicate that the SAW method is appropriate for selecting the best prospective employees because it can obtain qualified employees in accordance with the expectations of the company and the leadership.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin berkembang  maka keamanan website merupakan aspek krusial dalam melindungi data dan menjaga integritas sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keamanan website terhadap serangan parameter injection menggunakan metode penetration testing. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada standar OWASP Top 10 denan menggunakan alat OWASP Zed Attack Proxy. Proses pengujian dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pemindaian, eksploitasi, dan pelaporan. Eksploitasi dilakukan terhadap dua jenis serangan utama, yaitu SQL Injection dan Cross Site Scripting, menggunakan alat SQLMap dan Burp Suite. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua jenis kerentanan pada sistem, masing-masing memiliki tingkat risiko tingg dan medium. Langkah mitigasi dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan teknik prepared statement, validasi dan sanitasi input, serta enkripsi data menggunakan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard serta melakukan konfigurasi tambahan untuk mencegah akses yang tidak sah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi teknis yang dapat digunakan oleh pengembang untuk meningkatkan keamanan website dari ancaman cracker.
